Morning, afternoon, or evening. My name is Bait and I'm a 23 year old author-hopeful living in CST. I've been doing RP for over a decade, and after having been through platform after platform - I am hoping to take my hobby and my craft to the next level. I enjoy dark stories with a bit of light at the end, deep and versatile magic/power systems, and emotionally resonant characters with plenty of drama, having a cool world I can get lost in or have my jaw drop in awe/horror is also nice as well!

My favorite genres are Urban Fantasy, Futuristic/cyberpunk with a dash of the paranormal/magical, and maybe a little bit of Medieval Fantasy. Though that isn't to say I'm wholeheartedly locked to any one specific genre, I've been all over the spectrum.

I've been mostly a 'DM' for a lot of RP groups, directly managing and taking control of the narrative myself more often than not, and I have grown a bit worn on that. Having to play whole casts of characters CAN be fun, but enjoyment rapidly starts dropping if there's no reciprocation or interest. I would love to take on more of a 'protagonist'/player role, though I'm not against stepping back behind the curtain if there's proper engagement involved.

Happy to be here, and I hope I can make a few like-minded friends. Ones who are focused on making a fantastic story and having fun just like I am!

Second! I bet you're wondering how to start Role Playing and where to go! I think it's pretty fun to explore the forums, and I highly recommend doing so! Most thread homes, if not all, have a pinned post at the top of them to tell you what goes there!

However, the Request Threads are pretty self explanatory; Here's a Link! There's plenty to look through, but you could also build your very own! Tell people what you're all about and get those writing partners! Take your time though; there's never any pressure! If you were looking for an open story you can just jump in straight away, you can find them in Unfinished Tales!​


Next, I've created A Sanctum Tour to help find a lot of cool places on site! There's plenty to do while waiting on replies or to give yourself a break every now and then! But, these are some of my favorites! The first shout out goes to The Sanctum Tavern! Here you can find many a thing!
