First concept: Full horror
You have to sell a luxurious house in a backrooms kinda situation.
The house has a big hole in the middle where rain falls down into a court yard like area, and its always raining until you manage to get the contract 'signed' by a toy /doll like family.
You move the family into the house, and see that there is a toy replica model of the house inside it now. And you can move the family pieces wherever you want. You dont really pay it too much mind as you push the mom toy over onto the floor and then go about your days. (Either on purpose or by accident)
The house restocks food daily and nothing seems amiss until one day you realize the mom toy has gotten back up. You push it back down and the next day, the toy has moved.
Its a horror situation where you slowly realize that contract that you accidentally ripped up at the beginning had rules for where the dolls could go and when. Now, you've upset the order and the mom doll is creepy and is holding a knife. You realize that other dolls are dying now and the house is much bigger than you initially noticed. Shes starting to hunt you too.
Second concept:: non smut.
I am currently obsessed with the game Pragmata and resident Evil requiem. I want to preface this to say site rules. So no characters (regardless of being human or not)are going to be doing anything sexual before everyone is atleast 18+ in the story. I would prefer you to have played the games as well, so we can work on something original from the base ideas. Since I do want the characters to have their own face claims and everything too. I honestly want to mix match these ideas with dead space horror/RE7 too or just horror in general.
That being said, I am a fricken sap for the father x protect special daughter trope. The smut could come from an assistant/partner character or something. To be perfectly clear, its just a pairing where one of them has a daughter they're protecting. Not that the daughter is the main character or the father and daughter are a pairing. The daughter would be 18+ as well.
So I want to roleplay something along those lines. Hopefully that makes sense.
Third idea:: Body swapping, dystopian//futuristic
The main character needing to switch identities for money and then needing to run away when they realize that no longer want that identity (like they switched from being really poor to a superstar/rich/famous) but people keep trying to hunt you down and kill you. A girl that helps you escape by hacking police drones/robot cops in a heavily surveillance filled world while you run away as a high profile person and you dont know who the girl is.

I honestly want [Long Term] dark and/or smutty roleplays. I am looking for:
Who are you, how long have you been writing and what kind of things do you like to write?
I've been roleplaying for more than a decade and I enjoy horror/dark themes the most. Worldbuilding/smut is usually a 50/50 ratio for me.
How long do your replies tend to be and what is your writing schedule like?
I average one to five paragraphs usually. One paragraph if characters are just talking and up to five/more if there is any sort of action going on. And as far as schedules go, I'm always around really. This is my form of stress relief from an otherwise stressful life.
What is your tolerance level for gore? Violence?
Pretty high. It depends on the plot/ roleplay however.
Do you write sexual content? If so, what are your kinks? Limits?
Yes. My main limits are no characters under 18 for any sexual content and no killing off my characters without prior discussion. Other than that, I'm pretty flexible.
As far as my Kinks go, it depends on the plot. Can't jam in everything into a soup after all.
Do you write any fandoms? (Please bear in mind that any characters under 18 and any high school settings must be aged up)

Do you have any pairing or setting ideas?
I always have ideas rattling in my brain.
