I have been building a homebrew campaign for sometime now. (D&D). However I would like to text RP the kingdom a bit to see where others peoples interactions with the world will give me new exciting ideas to bring to my homebrew!
YOU CHOOSE WHO YOU WANT TOO BE!! I have ZERO control over your character. That takes the fun out of the creativity brought by each person to the RPing experience! I will say keep in mind what other people choose to play or be. I won't mind if you all want to be rogues, but it may make the RP a little interesting and difficulty at times.
I won't be treating this 100% as a D&D campaign. I will help with speaking in a narrating role to help us progress through some vast adventures, however I will be a player myself. (I want to interact with you guys player to player!)
I do hope you stick to some type of D&D class, however that is not necessary! If you want to do something completely on your own just give me a little extra backstory and description and I can work with it!
Now lets get to the good stuff......
Kingdom of Ternia:
Ternia is a beautiful kingdom. A strong hold surronded by two rivers to the southeast and southwest. They have lush fields and elegant forests. To travel from the very south of Ternia too the very north would take fours days on horse back. To the north lies treacherous mountains that seem to be under the rule of monsters and dwarves. Ternia has a direct relationship with the dwarves under the mountain. The kingdom is called. Gevrorgevna kjarnarrik. Ternia trades in wood, livestock and wheat to the dwarves and they offer precious metals to Ternia. To the far south is a large nation known as, Hyreene. Ternia and Hyreene have been at odd ends for many centuries. To the west lies very dense forrest. One where a major Elven kingdom lies. Veluthe Niffi is the name of this beautiful forest kingdom. Ternia has no immediate trade with them. However are on open border terms.
Ternia is ruled as a monarchy as most kingdoms are at this time. The king Ethrin Serient is the current ruler of the kingdom of 5 years now. However he is by far one of the youngest kings to reign. At a simple age of 19 the king has many close advisors especially his wife Raynora.
Within the capital there are many shops and a top rated blacksmith and armorer. However it seems to be lacking in high end potion shops. Aside from shops there seems to many guild operating with the walls of the kingdom: Tradesman guild, a craftmans guild, warriors guild, blacksmith guild, mages tower. Ternia also has the largest archive hold within the surrounding kingdoms.
Ternia has been known to have the strongest military within the immediate area, however and confrontations continue to happen along the borders between kingdoms and monsters, the King has been searching for adventurers to help fill in some of the gaps for missions to be done.
