Welcome all, this is where I will discuss an idea I've had and would like to renew and revitalize. So a bit of background on this story; it started years and years ago on myspace before that died out, it is a kingdom based around my OC Jirou Kirou. Jirou is the King of the kingdom of Destarx. Also known by the Kirou kingdom in the past. Once upon a time the family Kirou was known to keep the balance of the shadows and the light as their strength, resolve, insight and knowledge allowed them to hold a neutrality between humans and the creatures of the night. That was until the humans and jealous vampiric clans banded together to hopefully end the Kirou's reign. They succeeded in wiping out all but two Kirou's. Jirou himself and his younger sister Atsuhime Kirou. The world knows of Jirou but he had hidden away his sister in search of revenge. After hundreds of years he finally returned home to rebuild his kingdom. (Will give more info upon request on Jirou's backstory) upon rebuilding his kingdom he made it to where it was a safe haven for all creatures ranging from demons to humans. All were welcome as long as they followed the rules. The town quickly grew and Jirou knew he needed to fill several roles within the kingdom to allow it to prosper as greatly as it once did.

Name: Celewyn Moonsong
Age: 200 (appears 20)
Race: Moon Elf
Powers:

General Elven magic (primarily moon and nature focused)

Summon Fey creatures- Celewyn has the ability as an elf to summon small fey creatures, however as royal moon elf, she can also summon a unicorn mount.

Due to the Moon Elves natural ability to absorb energy from the moon, Celewyn has these abilities. Her powers are 2x stronger during the night, 4x stronger during nights with a full moon.

Lunar Healing-
Celewyn has the ability to heal minor to severe wounds. Fatal wounds take double the time and leave her vulnerable as her concentration must not be broken.

Moon Shield-
Celewyn can create a protective dome-shaped shield around herself and at least five other people, the amount of time she can maintain it is dependent upon the kind of beating the shield is taking.

Luna Bow-

Celewyn can summon a bow and arrows made of pure moonlight. The arrows are limitless, but she can only maintain this for an hour before the bow vanishes and she must wait another hour before she can do it again.
Weaknesses:

Mild fatigue during daylight hours

Being struck with dark magic usually does critical hits to Moon Elves

Backstory:

Celewyn is the daughter and only child of Ithilrin, King of the Moon Elves.

Celewyn grew up raised to be leader, to be strong and confident, to know when to be graceful and elegant… and when to be a fierce and ruthless warrior.

The future as the sole heir to the Moon Elves weighs heavily upon Celewyn, especially after the death of Queen Alara at the hands of orcs when the filthy beasts attacked a sacred temple of the moon goddess while the royal family performed the annual royal pilgrimage. Ithilrin was just barely able to escape the terrible onslaught with his young daughter in his arms… a grudge Celewyn has not and shall not forget, she and her father are determined to one day see justice upon the orcs for the death of her mother.

I love your character design. So I have a few questions, if I was to make your character the queen, how and when would the two characters meet? Would you like to play that out and have fun with it? What can she offer to the kingdom as its queen? Final question, would you help take the responsibility of the Kingdom and help it grow to a beautiful group? Then any questions or comments you have would be greatly appreciated.

We certainly could have them just meeting if you'd prefer they were not already married.

As for what she would offer to the kingdom: the more complex of elven magic taught to their sorcerers/wizards, elven reinforcements during wartimes and access to the Moon Elves lunar silver mines. Lunar silver softly glows like moonlight and is used in many magical instruments and weapons. In magical instruments, it gives the spell or potion enhanced potency, with weapons it bestows radiant magic damage along with whatever damage the type of weapon would give normally.

The Moon Elves are very picky about who they give access to, understandably I think, otherwise everyone would be dipping their hands in and it would be all gone.

I will do my best to offer you assistance when I can and I have the time, I do not have any issues with that.

I saw the post in the Characters and Worlds section first, before I found this. The positions listed there were different to the ones listed here, as I don't see the Knight position here. If that position was available, I was hoping for something like a Knight-Commander? If so, I'd definitely be interested in joining.
