Hi, my mother is very distressed, as am I, to the appaling state of care in your instutition. We have filed an official complaint and we will file a report of maltreat and mismanagment at the condition of my mother.
She needs exclusive care, and, to be honest, even in her state if she claims that there are little rodents inside the walls it NEEDS TO BE CHECKED UPON. The smell is ABHORRENT.
You can't just SEDATE MY MOTHER FOR NO OBVIOUS REASON!!
FIX THIS IMMEDIATLY!!!!
I WILL TERMINATE DEAL IF FURTHER NEGLECT
