PLOT:
Now finding himself in the modern day America, Lestat finds another to turn. Meeting a young man named Luka, who is down on his luck in life. Lestat offers Luka a chance for a new life. To become someone...entirely different. Teaching Luka the vampire ways, Lestat meets another young woman named Claudia. Following her for many nights, Lestat sees a spitting image of his "daughter" Claudia, who lives with Louis in France, and knows he must have her as his own daughter in America. The young woman escapes before Lestat can turn her, only to be met by another vampire, who turns her instead, the vampire having known Lestat for a long time, wanting to get revenge upon him in some way...
