I am a literate roleplayer of over 20 years who focuses on third person, fantasy themed adult erotica with ample world and myth building. I am a writer with broad taste and driven by insatiable curiosity and creative drive. I love to write characters who challenge me and feel very real--they are not plot devices, they are the plot. Emotions are narrated by bodies. Sex is raw, honest, and present. Occasionally gratuitous. Violence is often necessary to the story. It will be written as such.
As a queer man, I create post-queer worlds where gender identity, orientation and desire are fabric of the world and a statement of fact, not curiosity. My stories span decades and centuries. They become homes I revisit from time to time. The best characters are the ones who live rent-free in my head, often loud and very opinionated. They become familiar faces I come back to again and again.
At the core of all of my stories is a loveline. Romance that is honest, maybe dark, maybe dangerous, maybe unrecognizable as such to an outsider looking in. But it is always there.
As more functional, logistical matters are concerned I am a daily poster. However, being an adult with a full-time job, my posting hours are limited to evenings in Eastern Standard Time and weekends. I am perfectly open to someone in a different time zone.
I am seeking the following in a writing partner:
-Literate, experienced writer
-Adequate, descriptive post length. 5 paragraphs should not be challenging.
-Original characters with real depth
-Someone who wants to spend time crafting our world and our story, who knows that sometimes the characters make their own decisions and we are nothing but witnesses.
I have no restrictions on characters and enjoy incorporating multiple major and minor characters, and those who exist in the world as texture. Any sex, gender, orientation or attraction. I adore fantasy races--elf, orc, fairy, werewolves/shifters, vampires, and anything else that sounds fun. Any and all pairings are welcome, including polyamory or polycules, harem or reverse-harem. As a lifelong Jane Austen fan, period pieces, namely those placed in the 18th or 19th centuries, are always a personal favorite. Human historical fiction has a special place in my heart--Ancient Greece, Rome, Regency England, etc.
