Who Am I?
Hi,I'm Mari and I've been role-playing for over a decade. As I've explored this hobby of mine, my writing style has changed a lot and I find myself still learning from the incredible minds I meet frequently. I am a huge nerd who tends to hyper-fixate on one fandom at a time and prefers to create threads that specialize in those specific things one at a time to better keep myself organized. I am someone who loves fantasy, science-fiction and romance and will include one (or multiple/all) of those things into the stories I tell.

How long do your replies tend to be and what is your writing schedule like?
My responses average out from 2 paragraphs to sometimes 5- depending on story/plot. I do expect the same, although if a scene is heavy in dialogue I am comfortable shifting down to one paragraph. I just can't engage fully when it drops down to one liners. I have had some really unfortunate experiences where I put forth a very detailed beginning message and am left lacking with a one line reply.

As for my writing schedule, you can expect a response at minimum once a day/once every other day. My job is fairly consistent with scheduling but there are times when my schedule does have to change to allow for trips. I will always work to communicate any schedule changes or illnesses and I expect the same. You don't have to reply daily but if you are going to be gone for an extended period of time, please let me know! Real life comes first and I am extremely understanding of that!

What is your tolerance level for gore? Violence?
I am fairly comfortable with general gore and violence. I prefer that if intense violence happens, we don't go into the details of organs coming out or bones being bent in extreme positions.

Do you write sexual content? If so, what are your kinks? Limits?
I find that I am not great at writing sexual content and should not push myself to do so. If events are to happen, I prefer an implied or "fade to black" situation.

Now for plot ideas!

Currently I am looking to fuel my current re-obsession with Life is Strange (specifically Pricefield) and I have a few ideas. Some are based around the new Double Exposure game but a deep understanding of this one specifically is not required.

I do enjoy playing Max, and I am looking for someone willing to play Chloe. All characters are 18+ - though some specific plots will have the characters aged up more.

1. MERGED TIMELINES (w/ choosing Arcadia Bay): Set following the events at the end of Double Exposure. Max Caulfield has conquered the storm that threatened to haunt her as it did years ago in Arcadia Bay with seemingly no further consequences. Unfortunately for Max, this dredges up the past in an incredibly intense way as she thinks about how she failed he blue-haired girl she loved deeply. She decides to return to Arcadia Bay during the summer break to hopefully gain closure only to discover that her newfound powers have merged timelines and Chloe is very much alive. And Chloe very much remembers all that happened before.
1b. MERGED TIMELINES (w/ choosing Chloe): Same as above, only merging the timelines has returned Arcadia Bay to what it would have been had Max not allowed a storm to blaze through it. Chloe retains memories from both timelines.

2. CHOOSE: ARCADIA BAY OR CHLOE? SHE CHOSE MAX: When confronted with the impossible final decision to either sacrifice the girl she loved or the town, Max decides that she won't choose either. She travels back to that infamous day in the bathroom and chooses to sacrifice herself by taking the bullet that was meant for Chloe. Only fate isn't done with her and she lives. Now the same issues confront her as before and she has to remember that this Chloe remembers nothing. Starting from scratch with all the other timelines to haunt her, Max now has to try and get it right this time once and for all.

3. NO TIME POWERS: Probably the least intense setting idea. Set in a world where Max and Chloe have never met. Max has just moved to Arcadia Bay from Seattle to attend Blackwell Academy's prestigious photography program. A wallflower through and through, she's determined to leave the smallest mark possible on the tiny town. When Dana practically forces her to go to a Vortex Club party, that's when she meets the infamous Chloe Price. All of Arcadia Bay's mysteries are on the table.

Obviously the world of Life is Strange contains heavy themes like violence, alcohol/drug use, gun violence, and character death (both backstory and depending on timeline). Please let me know what you'd rather not include as I am very flexible. Or if there are things you'd like to skip over and replace with something else, I am open to that as well!

If you have ideas beyond this for these two characters, I am open to that as well. I may include more ideas in the future. Thank you for reading and I hope your role-play adventures are smooth sailing!
