Introductions:
Howdy friends! I'll keep the introduction brief:
I'm Psycho, you can call me whatever you want- I'm not picky!
I've been roleplaying for a good nine years or so. Couldn't tell you exactly as I don't celebrate an anniversary for it. As of Right now I'm between jobs and going through a life transition so frequency is going to be a bit up in the air for the time being. I can usually hit once or twice a week (multiple if the story's juicy) but if for some reason I can't I'll be sure to communicate it beforehand. I'm pretty active in responding to DMs (even if I don't reply to an rp) and love to gush and chatter OOC. I especially love sending music, arts and lore ideas to do with our OCs so if that kind of thing floats your boat- hmu!
The goal:
Man on Man romances. This can include anything from sweet, domestic slice of life stories about two happily married men going shopping for curtains to full on thriller plots where two wanted killers are on the run across the country trying to lose the cops while leaving a trail of blood in their wake. Doesn't matter the other genres or settings but Romance is my mainstay. That along with anything angsty or heartfelt that just really tugs at you! I love those stories the best so don't be surprised if I want to include something sappy or angsty in someone's backstory. Emotional turmoil and trauma as a theme is a second great love of mine.
Favourite genres and settings in no particular order:

I've also got a couple of plot cravings of the A/O/B variety (I'd prefer to take the omega role, but I'm flexible given the right partner)
- Plot One: An omega with a past history or abuse and irregular heats gets struck with a sudden heat in public without suppressants. In comes big, scary Alpha who promptly 'helps' them out (rapes in the back of an alley or something) bites them to claim them before abducting them. Throws them down in their basement, chains them up and keeps them there as a little sex slave. Eventually, over maybe months or something, Big alpha starts to notice that the little Omega smells a little differently. I mean the threat of punishment and mental abuse still lingers, but now things seem almost... Domestic. Big alpha lets them sleep in the bedroom, takes them out for dinner and dates. Who knows... maybe they start coming around.
- There is a facility specifically for Omegas and Alphas who suffer from hormonal issues resulting in irregular rut and heat cycles. Lil Omega works there as a nurse, mostly in the omega ward, taking care of in patients under observation and treatment. One day an Alpha with hyper aggression and rutting complications has been admitted into the Alpha ward, a rare case since someone seemed to have made an oversight and assigned little Omega to be his primary health practitioner during his stay! You can imagine the problems that come forth.
My preferred role in bold, but don't worry- I'm flexible. Will add more as I feel it, however if you already have ideas for the pairings without prompts- please bring them along! Active participation and enthusiasm is infectious!
- Selkie & Human: A beautiful young man washes ashore, injured and unconscious with nothing but a dark thick pelt to keep his nakedness, discovered by a lone fisherman (or whatever you want) in the wee hours of the morning. Unable to leave them there to potentially catch their death of cold. The youth soon coming to in the warmth of a seafront home, wounds dressed and in comfort falling fast in love with their saviour, who under such charm and devotion, can't help but return the sentiment.
- Childhood friends/supernatural doppleganger: How about two guys, childhood friends in fact since basically birth. A went off to college while B stayed behind in their hometown. Eventually circumstances bring A back to their home town they reunite and catch up, reminiscing about the old days together except... A notices something different about B that he can't quite put his finger on. He seems... off somehow. Like not himself- I mean, its been a few years, its not unheard of that he wouldve changed in the time he was away, but its something else.
He hears it from someone else and can't quite shake it from his mind but he heard from a mutual acquaintance that apparently while A was away at college- B had apparently went missing for almost a week. Mysteriously returning with almost no memory of what had happened to them or where they went...
Learning this, A cant shake the weird feeling that his 'friend' is not all he appears to be. That his 'B' is not really his B, but an almost exact replica- down to the memory and feelings. - A mad scientist reanimating their deceased lover a la Frankenstein style!

- The roadside B'n'B: Chara A is on the run, from who, what and where to? Only god knows, unable to find anywhere to turn in to for the night except for some podunk little bed and breakfast by a lake right off the middle of nowhere. Seemingly empty and looking half dilapidated they turn in for the night but can't help but be unnerved by the handsome Desk clerk. His smile too perfect and never wavering. Deciding to forgo his suspicions, he settles in for the night only to wake up naked on a tarp, bound and gagged with the desk clerk standing over him, Naked save for an apron, a smile and a bonesaw in hand.
- Hitman and their jilted ex: Chara A is a hitman and to keep the love of his life safe from being targeted , he abandons his fiance (Chara B) the night before their wedding without so much as a word leaving them completely grief-stricken and left to pick up the pieces on their own. What happens however when five years later, out of the blue- Chara A turns up at their place of work, smiling and looking as devilishly handsome as the day they left. Talking about how much they missed them and how they can finally be together and elope to Barbados. Shock? Tears? A crushing rejection and pent up rage or Chara B bursting into happy tears as he accepts and they pick up where they left off?

Lonely deep down, just wants someone to accept and love the broken little boy under all that depravity and sadism. Generous, affectionate, obsessive compulsive, mercurial, flips like a switch (and I don't mean in the bedroom). A little psychotic. (Okay, can be VERY psychotic). Will slip a pill in a cutie's drink when they're not looking. Could also be a serial killer if you're into that. Victim of childhood abuse. Materialistic, Gives amazing gifts (and massages). Bio:
His need for perfection stems from a feeling of deep rooted fear of a lack of control and inadequacy. Has an unhealthy relationship with his parents which very much left a mark on how views and conducts himself in relationships to this day. Raised in a fundamentalist Christian and abusive household and therefore has some ingrained homophobic ideas among other... problematic beliefs. This leads to feelings of conflict and denial. Not an only child. His oldest brother was an unplanned high school pregnancy. Whilst his mother had aspirations to go to college and become a teacher, The laws of rural Tennessee and a deeply religious background demanded that responsibility be taken- ergo impromptu shotgun marriage.
Nate was the youngest of five boys and therefore the 'baby' of the bunch, because of this he was naturally favoured by his mother, who became very unhinged after living with a man who could best be described as 'Jekyll' and 'Hyde', between his alcohol induced rages and his docile, deadbeat, sober spells. However, Nate's mother always wanted a girl and used to dress him in girl clothes in secret until his father found out and put an end to it.
The favouritism didn't end after that and on particularly bad nights, his mother, bruised and battered, would often use her son as an emotional crutch. Crying to him and looking for comfort from her own son who was still too young to know how inappropriate the was. Eventually she stared doing unspeakable things to him on those nights, often coercing him and belittling him into participating in sexual acts with her. This lasted until he was about fourteen, two years before his mother suffered a debilitating stroke which left her paralysed on her left side. At sixteen, his parents died in a car accident caused by his father who was drunk behind the wheel. The crash killed both of them as well as a family of four. After the funeral, Nate went to live with his second eldest brother, Tommy. However, they weren't very close, the relationship being strained and after an ugly spat, Nate eventually left as soon as he turned 18 to enlist in the army. The stint was short-lived as he was soon discharged for alcoholism and substance abuse.
Plots and roles he's good for: The abusive boyfriend/husband, the cliched 'bad boy/man' that you just can't help but want to try and change or save, the charming serial killer who gets a little too attached to his victim. The online groomer, the psychotic guy to your nervous and naïve little cutie. The sadist. The kidnapper. The kingpin. The Contract Killer. Anything where he gets to exert power over others. The bully, the sadist with a sense of humour.

Being an unreconciled orphan, he's convinced that he is incomplete in some sense, missing something innate and feels like a deadman walking because of it.

Looks: Big blue eyes made even bigger by the perpetual eyebags beneath them. Skinny and emaciated almost to the point of grotesqueness. lots of scars and slices going 'across the road' litter his arms, hips and thighs, with one prominent one going 'down the street' along one of his wrists. Fortunately it hadn't been deep enough. Very pale, translucent skin, almost deathly so. Dark curls, soft almost fayeish features. Pretty. Thin malnourished. Slender waisted, even for a young man. Can't grow facial hair to save his life.
Personality: A highly anxious and timid individual who doesn't consider himself worthy of much acknowledgement or love and yet still craves some modicum of acceptance from absolutely anyone. Lets people use and abuse him and will snap himself in half for anyone who even gives him the time of day. Blames himself for all the failures and abuse that has come his way and falls back onto blaming himself whenever things go wrong despite the best efforts of therapists and social workers. Is unable to be a functioning member of society unless he's hopped up on a cocktail of prescription medication. Doesn't believe that there is anything anyone can do to 'fix' him or help him, but the drugs sure do help his nerves at least. Often forgets to take care of himself like sleeping or eating on time and often just shuts down when things become too stressful. Prone to disassociating in very stressful situations and is often lost in his own little world the majority of the time, daydreaming and fantasizing. Somewhat naive and mentally stunted, if he thinks there is a chance of a relationship or someone shows him the slightest bit of decency, he will latch onto them and completely abandon any common sense. Has no sense of boundaries. Incredibly softhearted and despite his troubled background is incapable of harming anyone or anything even when they present as a danger to him. Defaults to just surrendering and learnt helplessness which has only resulted in further victimisation in his adult life.

He was raised mostly by his grandparents whilst his mother went off with older men who did her no favours until his grandfather died and his grandmother was no longer able to look after him due to her own ailing health. So at six years old he was sent to live with his mother and her string of abusive boyfriends. Up until that point he was a considerably normal and happy child however he started harming himself at the age of 11 and has been hospitalised several times whilst still in school due to undernourishment and an overall poor constitution. At fourteen after a particularly traumatic event he made an unsuccessful attempt on his own life and ended up in foster care until he turned 18. He graduated a year late from school and currently survives in a tiny studio apartment and is barely able to support himself. Often from various jobs which he is usually unable to keep hold of for longer than a few months and from internet sex work (appealing to a very niche and depraved market).
Misc: Is always cold so has an excuse to wear long sleeves in almost any weather, likes feeding the stray cats in the alley behind his apartment despite being told not to several times.

- anime faceclaims. Sorry, I like anime, I like manga and the artstyle, but just not in my roleplays. Semi realistic drawings are A okay, just not super cartoony or anime. That said, if you only like anime faceclaims and not realistic ones, thats fine. We can just not use faceclaims
- Excessive gore- and I think my tolerance to this is pretty high.
- one liners (that's a given for most I think)
- gratuitous smut. I like writing sex as much as anyone else, but I usually want it to have some purpose or for it to add to the story, you know?
- Overly emo submissives. Effeminate = wonderful, Pathetic and snivelling = Yes please with a cherry on top! Pretty emo boy = Sorry, try again. It gets old fast.
