Hi there! My name is Arietta. I made an account a while ago, and tried to get into it, but I had a bad experience. So, I'd like to give it another shot! This time with people that I understand their tastes a little better. I am a little bit different in the way I roleplay, so I'm hoping to find a little bit of flexibility here.
About Me:
~Genres: I really don't have any specific genres that I dislike, and I'm open to anything. My favorites are Fantasy and Modern Fantasy, sometimes sci-fi. High-Fantasy is one that I would really like to do!
~Characters: I am an artist, and I put a lot of effort into designing the characters I play! Sometimes I will use character designs purchased from someone, but most of the time I play with my own designs. All of their personalities and backstories are my own creation, though. I can play male, female, both or neither. I don't care what you play either. I rarely ever play normal humans. I most often play humanoids, mythical creatures, supernatural beings or sentient aliens. I do not play animals.
~Relationships: I have no problem with characters having relationships! Any gender, species (save for animals), and absolutely any sexuality is welcome. I like relationships that work well, but tough ones are cool too. Here's the tricky part... I don't like smut. I have a boyfriend, and although he said it was fine, I don't like writing that kind of stuff with anyone else. It just makes me feel very uncomfortable and icky. So please avoid the sexy-times or fade to black!
~Content: I like dark themes and lots of gore. The bloodier, the better, but I don't mind turning those off. Happy roleplays are okay, too! I don't mind illegal activities or crime or questionable things, as long as it isn't overly vulgar or offensive. Cussing is perfectly fine with me, as long as it is well-written and in character. Abuse is also okay to reference, but please do not make it the overarching plot.
~Posts: I will post anywhere from a few sentences to several paragraphs, depending on the minimum you would like. I'm completely flexible! I like to roleplay either novel or script style, so please let me know which you would prefer.
~Frequency: I am a college student. A music major, no less... My schedule is sporadic and constantly changing based on my practice and performance schedules. As of right now, I'm on vacation, but I will be returning to school soon. I will promise to post at least a few times a week minimum!
~Communication: I love to communicate out of character, and I love to be friends with the people I roleplay with! I would like it if I gave you my discord or other media platform for easy communication.
