MxF "LOVELY-EYED, DEATH-TOUCHED," / plot ideas (vampires, sirens) , 18+

Hi all! New to the site, not new to roleplaying. You can call me Nes (21+, she/her). I’ve been writing for a couple of years now, independently and collaboratively, and while I tend to get a little too wordy, I try not to stick to a singular level (i.e., advanced lit, novella, etc.) and I match my partner to the best of my abilities. Although I am admittedly picky when it comes to prose, I like to think I’m rather flexible writing-wise and I adapt quick! Do keep in mind that I am a detailed, multi-para writer at heart though, so expect lengthiness and immersive storytelling. I like most genres, tropes, and character dynamics, but goodness, do I love a deliciously toxic dynamic!! I adore the obsessive, the morally grey - morally black, and psychological horror themes that test boundaries, delving into what makes ‘em tick. As I always say, the deaddier the dove, the better, lol! I do have some limits but I’d rather discuss those in private.

I’m not one for soft, fluffy stories or sweet romance, so if this isn’t your cup of tea, I don’t imagine we’d pair very well together! I am absolutely open to writing NSFW, but with moderation as it depends on the chemistry and development between our characters, and the events that unfold within the story itself! Plot over smut, in my opinion, and—even better—building the tension and yearning.

As of right now, I’m craving something gloomy and supernatural!!

• Perhaps a gothic setting (drawing a little inspo from Nosferatu here, and a handful classics such as Wuthering Heights and Jane Eyre mood-wise) that is terrifying and sensual all at once. Someone please give me an enemies to lovers dynamic set in Transylvania, England, or any such region, between a human [vampire hunter, a melancholy writer, nun, etc.] and an older vampire. I had a few loose ideasa in mind; one with the reincarnation trope, where the vampire chances upon a human who resembles their long-dead lover. Another potential storyline, containing forced marriage ; an orphan is taken under the wing of a reclusive, wealthy relative, only to discover that the only reason they were ever brought there was due to the debt looming over their bloodline, in which a bride must be given to a vampire / the eldest son of a prestigious family of vampires.

• Set in a grim, seaside town, riddled with superstition and an irrational fear of the waves .. or what lurks deep below them. The drownings and disappearances are numerous, the deaths mysterious, and locals whisper stories of vicious, bloodthirsty creatures dragging sailors to their deaths, but M/C, a former marine, does not believe any of it when they fill the position of the lighthouse keeper. Strange things begin to happen, and unbeknownst to them, a pair of eyes watch them intently from the dark waters… Bring me your prettiest craziest male sirens for this one, I’m begging! I’ve been dying to write a tough fem myself and switch up the roles a bit hehe.

I love to plot and worldbuild, so I would be happy if the enthusiasm was reciprocated as I am very chatty myself. Not ghost-friendly!
