Before I get into a little about me, let me tell you what I'm looking for first.
So, as you can see, slice of life/reality/modern-based stories are my bread and butter. It's not so much that I don't write other types of stories (and I have tried, don't get me wrong), it's just that I mainly stick to what I'm good at.
Anyway, here's a little bit of an about me:
I do write smut and I don't exactly have a set ratio in which I like to write it, but just know I don't expect a 100% smut story. I would like some story to go with it and have it make sense. Just a hint hint, my guys go crazy for girls when they're in fishnets and/or when their hair is braided. On the flip side, no incest, no rape scenes, no exceptions.
If any of those interest you, I do ask that you DM me.
All of these under this title will all be similar to one another, and I may be cool with swapping out scenarios, but for the most part, I'll have everything locked in.
There could be another scenario or two that could be mixed and matched in there, but these are the options for now.

These two stories are very similar, but they also have their differences as well. For these stories, I'm having them both take place during the summer.
MC is returning home after the spring term has ended and is looking forward to spending time with some family and friends upon his return.
Possible scenarios for YC:

- She is also returning from the same college, unbeknownst to either one of them
- She is also returning home, albeit from a different college
- She lives in town for one reason or another
MC decides to hit a beachy area to unwind.

- She joins him and the two go together alone.
- They're both part of a larger friend group who all go in to get a beach house.
- She meets him for the first time on this trip, as she is from a different college and their paths just happen to cross.
- She meets him for the first time here, as she is local to the area.
I don't have an actual idea fleshed out here, aside from the dynamic that MC is a younger man and YC is an older woman (I'm thinking an age difference of at least 5 years, depending on the type of character she is).
Everybody knows about the tradition of a class reunion that starts with 10 years. What if our class started a new tradition by meeting after the 5th year?
This one seems like it is more short-term/one-shot, but we can definitely make it into a long-term story. The premise is simple though, it's between a gig driver (Lyft/Uber (Eats)/DoorDash/GrubHub) and a client who uses the service.
YC is a content creator (think of OnlyFans) and she spends her time both advertising and making new pics and videos, etc, for her subscribers. MC has nothing to do with it. Perhaps they know each other somehow. The allure of him not being a subscriber possibly catches her interest, while he also finds himself somewhat interested just off looks, but not aware of what she does online.
This one has a twist. It will be somewhat seasonal as well, but this time, I'll have this take place at the beginning of summer, so about the same time as the Don't Trip stories.
One of us has a roommate that, for whatever reason (for example, they just graduated) they're moving out, leaving one of our characters scrambling to try and figure out their living scenario. They both put the word out that a room is available ASAP. The departing roommate gets word that one of their friends is also trying to get into a new living situation, and the one staying “doesn't care if it's a horse, as long as they pay rent and their part of the bills”. That is taken as just accepting of whoever it is, so no introductions were deemed necessary until move-in day. After paperwork was filled out and everything, the big day comes where the first roommate moves out and the new one moves in. They're then met face-to-face with… their ex.

They wind up matching and chatting each other up for a while, since they're close enough that they were found within the radius they set. Then the day comes when they finally meet face to face.
