Anyway, I'll tell you what I'm looking for and then put in the about me and other info.
So, as you can see, slice of life/reality/modern-based stories are my bread and butter. It's not so much that I don't write other types of stories (and I have tried, don't get me wrong), it's just that I mainly stick to what I'm good at.
Anyway, here's a little bit of an about me:
I do write smut and I don't exactly have a set ratio in which I like to write it, but just know I don't expect a 100% smut story. I would like some story to go with it and have it make sense. Just a hint hint, my guys go crazy for girls when they're in fishnets and/or when their hair is braided. On the flip side, no incest, no rape scenes, no exceptions.

Depending on the pairing, this will either be based at a fictional basis of a real university (as in I found out there's a real university out there that shares the name of the one I had been using, thinking it was fictional the entire time) or an actual university.
In all these pairings, I will be playing a college athlete, whereas you can pick out which one you'd like to play, whether that be either a fellow athlete, a cheerleader, a goth, or a nerd.
I'll even let you pick out the time of year.

This one is more or less the "seasonal" RP that I'll tend to rotate in and out, depending on what time of year is coming up. This one isn't technically set on campus, but it is more or less based on college breaks (the winter break between fall and spring terms, the week off in the middle of spring term, foregoing summer classes and returning in fall, and I know some schools have a fall break, but we can figure something out for something set in fall) and it involves one of two options: either returning home or taking a trip to a beachy area. More details to come in DMs.
Everyone knows about the traditional 10 year high school reunion. What if this one decided to do one after their 5th year out?
This one is based around a gig driver (think of someone who drives for Uber or Lyft or even delivers for DoorDash, Uber Eats, or GrubHub) and a client who uses said service.
This one could very well have college in the background, but it's more or less centered around an OnlyFans girl and a guy she met who may or may not (likely the latter) be one of her subs.
This one isn't fleshed out completely, but it is centered around a dynamic of a younger man/older woman.
This one does have a specific plot to it.
Our characters dated in the past (let's say it was either in middle school or high school) and so it's not like they'll be meeting for the first time ever here. They dated, broke up, went their separate ways, and have lived their lives independent of each other. One character does have a roommate, but this one is about to move out soon. That means the first character has to start figuring out a roommate situation soon. However, the departing roommate says not to worry, as they already have a friend who is looking to get into a new place soon as well. The roommate hypes up this friend as having a good job, super responsible with bills and everything, is housebroken, super chill and doesn't deal with drama, just good vibes, things anybody wants with a roommate. Unbeknownst to all, the roommate's friend is actually the ex. The first character is sold and doesn't bother to look for anyone else. Arrangements are made and the day comes where the first roommate leaves, having packed everything up and got set to hit the road. Not long after, roommate #2 walks up to the door of their new place, getting ready to sign paperwork for the updated lease agreement, when the door is answered... by their ex.

I may be willing to take a second partner briefly for the Roommates story, depending on if I get enough interest in writing it. Obviously the 1st partner would be the female lead, while a potential 2nd partner could be the departing roommate. Otherwise, if only one person responds, either one of us could play that role briefly while switching between the two mains as well.
