A Small Introduction
Hello! I've been on this website quite some time now, and in that time, I've had several wonderful roleplays that have long since passed. I've much more experience with roleplays on forums than I did the last time I posted a request here, and now that I've become more confident in what I'm doing, learning how to post much longer replies, I've a hunger for more. Nice and simple, I'm pretty open to many suggestions, pairings and ideas. The sky is the limit under two circumstances;

I've much more experience with roleplays on forums than I did the last time I posted a request here, and now that I've become more confident in what I'm doing, learning how to post much longer replies, I've a hunger for more. Nice and simple, I'm pretty open to many suggestions, pairings and ideas. The sky is the limit under two circumstances;
- 1. No smut. I've never had any interest in it, and I'm not about to start now.
- 2. The character I will be writing shall be a dragon, a massive, flying, intelligent reptile that breathes fire, not one of those unusual hybrids or other abominations. (Though if you want to play one of those hybrids or other abominations, be my guest.) A human disguise for said dragon would be possible if you deem it absolutely necessary, but if I am forced to use a disguise like that for my character, it would likely be quite temporary and met with quite a bit of reluctance from the character.
Roleplay Experience
I've got quite a bit of my roleplay experience through Dungeons & Dragons, as well as roleplay servers via online video games that I've played, as well as through creating lore and story for both fun and to help others create worlds. This, I've been doing since I was thirteen. Forum roleplays, however, I'm still relatively new to, I've only been doing it for just a bit over a year, though I've learned that I've been enjoying them quite a bit. No restrictions, people to share my ideas with, maturity, and much lengthier posts!

As for my enthusiasm for writing about dragons, these are creatures that I've been writing about two years which began with one of my friends on Skype those couple years ago. In that time, I've done several roleplays with dragons under a medieval fantasy setting, dragons from young to old, some from the very day of their hatching, others from the last few centuries of their multiple thousand year lifespans. I've done settings where dragons get along with humanoid races, and settings where dragons try to survive as a dying species, resented by the humans and seen as beasts.
I like to focus on both survival and realism, and what I mean by that, is that even though fantasy isn't real, I like to imagine a world that magic, outlandish races, and dragons could exist, and just how these could exist, as well as the limits, weaknesses, and restrictions each of these have. Magic shouldn't be an all-powerful solver of problems, and dragons equally so. Dragons are powerful of course, as one should expect, but I do my best to make sure they're as balanced as possible by giving weaknesses to exploit. That being said, combat isn't my main focus, but I don't mind the occasional fight here and there. I also like to focus on dragons learning the cultures of different humanoid races, as well as dragons sharing their own ways of life.

I have quite a bit of free time. I wake up late and go to sleep even later. You'll catch me from around 4 PM to 5 AM Eastern Time. If it's a fairly active roleplay, I should have no problem posting 1-3 multi-paragraph posts almost every day. The length of my posts depend on both how much room I have to work with in my post, as well as how interested I am in the roleplay. Slower, semi-active roleplays may start losing me after some time. Of course, I'd never up and leave an RP without letting you know first, I know first hand how irritating that is.
What do I expect from you?
Let's start with spelling and grammar. Not everyone's good at it, and while it is nice, I'm not going to reject you if you have frequent difficulties with it. What ultimately matters is that I understand what you're saying. I would, however, very much appreciate if you didn't use short forms of the words you're saying. I'm talking about things like, "lol," or "idk," things along those lines. None of that, please.
Next, no characters that are just in it for the ride. What I mean by that is characters that contribute next to nothing to the roleplay and make it difficult to progress solely because they have nothing to input and simply nod along to whatever's happening at the time. I need something to work with in order to post properly.
I hope for at least two posts per week. While that is a preference, I can also deal with a single post per week so long as the posts are a little bit longer than my usual minimum of a single paragraph. If a situation comes up in your life and we need to pause our progress for a month or two while you take care of those issues, then I understand perfectly. Communication is key, if you're losing interest, or you have any questions, comments, or suggestions, please do let me know. It's also important to let me know if you're going to be inactive either temporarily or permanently.

Conclusion
Thank you for going through and reading my post! As I stated before, I am quite open to any suggestions for ideas, plots, pairings or character designs. I've a few basic ideas of my own that I am willing to share and collaborate, though I'd also very much like to hear your own ideas. Let me know if you have any questions as well, and I will be happy to answer. I look forward to hearing from you!
