"I don't take KINDLY to dishonor. I WON'T ALLOW IT!"
Cinder Block Chris
Age: 95 in human years (19 years to him)
Gender: Male
Powers: Inhuman strength and speed, can concentrate his bio-electricity into lasers, can absorb stamina/nutrients through touch. Due to intensive training, however, he can go into a "super mode", as it were, dubbed "Livin' for a Shivin' mode".
Weight: 230 lbs
Height: 6'8"
Alignment: Lawful Neutral
Allies: Llashot (to an extent), Pecch
Theme: Theme of Adon - Street Fighter IV
Appearance
Cinder Block Chris stands at 6'8" with a muscular build and strong jawline, not unlike classic superheroes. He has a dark green skin tone and a red and black prison jumpsuit from his home planet. He dons a village necklace from his home planet and a sombrero. He has two antennae, if that's a noticeable feature. Probably not, though. He wears the jumpsuit as a reminder to not go back to his planet.
His Livin' for a Shivin' mode completely engulfs him in flames and whitens his eyes.
Personality
Chris is honor-obsessed. He was pretty much banished from his race's faction for that very reason. Aside from his honor obsession, he's a very jovial and fair individual, if not a bit fight-happy. He doesn't necessarily care for human's safety so much as he cares for their honor. He's not as likely to stop a one-sided fist fight as he is to stop an armed robbery, as he finds the use of using weapons as a form of dishonor. He has extreme pride and refuses to use any form of pragmatism or trickery in fights. He'll often spare his opponent if they had either given him a good fight or fought honorably to fight them another day, when questioned on this, he often says something along the lines of "I would rather destroy (random piece of galactic artwork) than waste a perfectly good opponent". Despite his loud and warrior-like personality, he's actually quite intelligent and a even genius among most of his faction (the exceptions being Llashot -- his brother -- and his "father", the leader of the faction), with a major in Matan literature (located in the Sombrero Galaxy).
Unlike the rest of his faction, he has a romantic sense to him and only mates if he happens to like the person in question rather than for survival reasons. The best example would be his relationship with Pecch.
Cinder Block Chris isn't his real name, he just adopted a series of words he thought sounded neat when he arrived on Earth.
Biography
There were two factions; by human standards, one would be good and one would be evil. Chris wasn't so lucky. He was born into the evil faction, the one with the marauding space-pirates, warlords and real estate agents (OH GOD NOT THE REAL ESTATE AGENTS). Chris, however, stood out from the rest. Whether it was because his mother cheated on her husband with the god of their race, a genetic mutation or by random happenstance was up for debate. He spent his days training, like the rest of the children of his race, but for some reason, the very idea of using dirty tricks or pragmatism made him physically ill and downright angry. He couldn't explain why he hates the idea of pragmatism, even to this day, other than to say "It's dishonor".
He had a brother that was kept a secret from his father, mainly because the child looked drastically different from his father. Chris knew about him, but he also knew his father. He thought lying was dishonorable, but letting family die was a fate worse than their own death to his species, so he just pretended to be unaware, not out of any love for his brother, mind you, but due to biological qualms. However, when his "father" found the child, he had ordered the brothers and Chris' execution, unlike with Chris' brother, Chris' execution was based on pure paranoia and to see if Chris really was his own, unfortunately for Chris, the fact that his "father" would order his execution in the first place proved he was right. Chris and his brother were placed in separate pods, but were both headed for the same destination; the center of the galaxy. The Central Super-massive Black Hole that held the galaxy together. Luckily a stray asteroid knocked Chris' pod out of the way and into Earth, where he would spend the rest of his trip aging (and panicking because the pod was on fire and it was a miracle that it didn't explode between the years that he didn't straight up die), his brother, however, is an entirely different story.
Shortly afterwards, when Chris' true father found out about the attempted murder of his son, he had the entire planet destroyed.
Trivia
Chris' species as a whole are based off of the Namekians and Saiyans (U6 Saiyans in regards to the good faction), with a bit of Frieza race in terms of design and overall personality wise.
When he was first created, I made him as just a one-note glory seeking warrior. However as I characterized him more and more, he ended up drawing parallels to Son Goku in terms of personality.
The "God" of his planet is really just someone who heralds a new evolutionary era for their planet and doesn't necessarily have any God-like powers
Llashot
Age: 85 in human years (17 to him)
Gender: Male
Powers: The same as Chris, given he's the same race as him, on top of the fact that he can transform.
Weight: 170 lbs (base form), 800 kgs (second form), 320 lbs (third form), 230 lbs (final form), 154 lbs (blasphemer mode)
Height: 5'9" (base/blasphemer form), 8'9" (second form), 7' (third form), 6'8" (final form)
Alignment: Neutral Evil
Allies: Cinder Block Chris (to a lesser extent)
Theme: The Merciless Frieza - Dragon Ball Super
Appearance
In his base form, Llashot is an unusually skinny person for someone of the Matan race (Chris' race, that is), standing at 5'9". He has a teal-ish skin tone and a not-as-strong jawline as his brother. Ever since he was exiled from his planet, he dons a blue and orange suit deemed formal to an indeterminate species in space (who he promptly wiped out and sold their planet when a child spilled a drink on it).
In his second form, he gains more muscle mass and height, standing at 8'9". His eyes redden slightly and he's given a permanent scowl.
In his third form, the back of his head elongates and his antennae migrate to the back of them, he also loses some height, standing at 7'. His hands morph into claws and he gains a more warrior-like build. His mouth also folds into itself.
In his final form, he gains a strong resemblance to his brother, standing at exactly 6'8". He gets the same muscle tone and even raspy and angry voice as Chris, which is jarring given his otherwise tame personality.
In his Blasphemer Mode, he looks exactly the same as he does in his base form, instead however, he has platinum-like plating formed along his skin with a golden glow. He created this form to mock Chris' true father and at the notion that anyone could be stronger than him.
Personality
Being a ruthless space pirate (more like space real estate speculator), he's unforgiving and greedy. He will cause mass extinction to make a quick buck (and he has, it's pretty much what his career entails) without batting an eye or even remembering what race it was he exactly wiped out. He's generally fair to his subordinates in that he gives them enough money for them to live, though if they were to fail or step out of line, you can guarantee they would be tied to the front of his ship. Whenever he wipes out a race, he makes it known by murdering the leader(s) in cold blood. He takes no prisoners and leaves none alive. He's more cunning than his brother and far less honorable and the only reason he gets away with it is because they're blood related. Unlike the rest of his species, however, he isn't loud or bombastic, instead he's calm and reserved.
Whenever he makes a business proposition or partnership with another space pirate or "space real estate agent", he eventually betrays them and takes their army for himself.
Biography
He was the secret child that was kept hidden from the "father" of Chris. As a result, Llashot couldn't train and ended up skinnier and not as muscular as the rest of his race. However, in that time, he studied the biology of his race since he was 10 in Matan years and at the age of 12 (for him) he made his first ever genetic modification to himself to make him as muscular as the rest of his race. However, the modification was too unstable and gave him far too much muscle and too much height. At age 14 he was able to find a way to not only deactivate the genetic modification, but to be able to turn it on at will. Before he could get any more work done, however, the "father" found Llashot. Due to this, he ordered his and Chris' execution, though he personally executed the mother.
However, on the way to the Central Super-massive Black Hole, a space realtor took notice of the pod and, thinking it could be a weapon, or could be used as a weapon, intercepted it and instead found the Matan child. The space realtor then ordered that he would be a part of his army, knowing how powerful Matan's are. During that time, Llashot continued to modify himself, but more importantly he learned foreign social cues, to the point where he could take one look at a person and immediately find out how to manipulate them. He used this against his unwitting rescuer and usurped him. It didn't take long for him to get the reputation of "most ruthless space pirate".
After a while, Llashot landed on Earth, grievously underestimating the army (and amount of leaders) the planet has and was imprisoned, with his personal army executed. He was imprisoned for a solid 40 years until Chris came and unwittingly rescued him as well, that's when he changed his name to "Jack Hammer James", albeit sarcastically.
Trivia
Llashot takes many notes from Vegeta, Frieza and Cooler (abridged).
"BEGONE, CRIMINAL!"
Pecch
Age: About the same age as Llashot
Gender: Female
Powers: The same as Chris, given she's from the same species
Weight: 200 lbs.
Height: 6'2"
Alignment: Lawful Good
Allies: Cinder Block Chris, Llashot (to a lesser extent)
Theme: You Say Run - My Hero Academia
Appearance
Pecch has a rather muscular build, and she has a slightly lighter green skin and stands at about 6'2". She wears a shell on her head as some sort of helmet. She has a rounder, more cherubic face, a trait most common in the females of their planet. She wears a tan dress that she wears as sort of a weighted keikogi.
Personality
Being from the Khassrol faction (the human-designated "hero" faction), she's not as blood-thirsty or fight-happy as Chris, or as sadistic or greedy as Llashot. Pecch acts more like a classic hero, despite not being built like one. Depending on the threat level of the criminal or villain, she will either spare them and throw them in jail, or kill them off. When she's on duty, she's mainly very serious, and sometimes even stoic. Though off duty, she's chummy towards people, even having a pack-like fondness for humans, something Chris doesn't even consider.
While Chris has a low-tolerance towards dishonor, Pecch has a low-tolerance towards evil, going on rampages similar to Chris. However, it isn't perceived evil, as she has learned enough about humans to know what the general consensus for evil is.
Biography
Pecch was from the Khassrol faction. When the faction wasn't trying to conquer the Lasga faction (the human-designated "villain" faction), they sent their best soldiers to other planets to try to protect them and help them evolve. As fate would have it, Pecch was assigned to Earth. She had put on her weighted keikogi and shell-helmet, as per uniform. However, as fate would also have it, Pecch had unwittingly and narrowly escaped the very destruction of her planet, due to a raging God (or, at least, their version of a God).
On Earth, she had slowly, but surely grew to learn about the humans and their ways. She even grew to be friends with many of them. Sure enough, she had grown a fondness for humans, though only ones that weren't deemed evil.
The Machine
Age: 20
Gender: Male
Powers: Rage-based strength boost, hand lasers, strength that rivals base form Chris and enough nerve damage/adrenaline for pain resistance
Weight: 260 lbs
Height: 6'1"
Alignment: Chaotic Evil
Allies: N/A
Theme: Rip and Tear - DooM (2016)
Appearance
The Machine has reddish-brown unkempt hair, red eyes due to blood vessels in his eyes popping, pale-green skin and massive mechanical limbs that have been bolted to his body, despite his rather malnourished looking core. He also has a mask on the lower half of his face. This mask pumps mood-altering chemicals that The Machine had haphazardly mixed together.
Personality
The Machine is a rage fueled cyborg. His only desire is to maim and crush things in his direct line of sight. He believes that he is killing demons, though half of the time that isn't the case. The amount of rage-inducing chemicals he had pumped into his body destroyed his sense of identity a long time ago.
Before he became this, he was a man feeling loss and regret, he made the suit as a means to atone and avenge his family and save people from suffering at the hands of the demons.
Before he became this, he was a thrill-seeker. He constantly wanted to have an adventure, not unlike the adventure Cinder Block Chris had. He was also pretty laid back and enjoyed the company of his family, although he was fairly aloof about it. He had also idolized his younger sister, due to her being head and shoulders above him in terms of physical prowess.
Biography
In an alternate continuity that has nothing to do with Cinder Block Chris, demons had invaded the universe and had invaded Earth. The man that the Machine once was got separated from his family, his mother dying and his sister MIA (though he assumed dead). As a means to avenge his family and save the world, he created a super suit that would amplify his rage, going on the studies that anger can boost your strength (that's an actual study, not making this up). It worked and he was able to go around and be a wandering hero for a couple months before the madness slipped in as a consequence of prolonged exposure to the anger-inducing chemicals and food deprivation.
At first it was subtle, he got more sadistic with handling demons, usually dealing no-holds-barred beat downs. After a while, his mind convinced itself that everything is a demon. And he had a firm belief that demons must be culled.
Trivia
In the making of his character, I had anger based characters in mind like The Hulk, Doom Guy, Cooler (canon), etc.
