WORLDS
Basic World Information.
There is a huge dome covering the world that populates the races.
Outside the dome is death, disease… so they say.
Before the dome the nations had bombed one another to the point where humans could not live due to the radiation.
There is no real air, or sunlight, all is artificial.
Races.
Techies: Humans who live in the Neon City. They're half human and half technology, learning to harvest its power. They live in and outside of games. They are very colorful.
[Example 1] [Example 2][Example 3][Example 4]
Aliens: Things that had come to earth after the Atomic War. They live in the massive islands of Skilliar. They hold magic and hold humanoid figures. Aliens hate Techies because of human greed and desire.
[Example 1]
Benders: People who have been affected by the horrid conditions of the outside. They bend Earth, Air, Water, and Fire. They live in Elders Ruins, where plants roam the most.
[Example 1]
Halfies: Humanoid creatures that are half human half animals. They live in all places and can be a part of any community, welcomed openly.

Neon City.
Huge, making up the size of five New York Cities if they were placed together.
Population is Thrity-Three million. Most are women and children.
Limited Plants and Animals. There are very few pets. Most food is artificial.
There are groups of people who use the overuse of technology to their advantage, to hold control, and make chaos.
Groups.
Blue. The Police. They hold the city together and enforce the laws placed there. The ranking in the Blue system. Soldiers, Police, Court, and Leaders. The leaders are broken into branches so nobody holds all the power. There is also a secret group of trained killers, hackers, and more.
[Example 1][Example 2]
Red. The Errors. They tear apart the city's peace and go against all rules to have a fun time. Ranking goes F, D, C, B, A, S. S is the leaders, F are new members.
[Example 1]
Grey. The Unknown. A group of people who are much worse than Error as they never show a flaw or show their faces as they terrorize the city. They live in Skilliar.
[Example 1][Example 2][Example 3]
Elders Ruins
The one and only place that use to exist in the outside world. It's of course cleaned up, a place where so little radiation touched they could take it for themselves as they were already affected by the radiation.
There are plants! Real plants! Flowers, trees, ivy, things people from the other cities might never see in their lives.
The population if Four Hundred Thousand.
There is four 'areas' four each bender.
There are four elders from each bender and they equally rule the area.
Areas
Fire: Seared land, brunt down sky scrapers and dessert like surroundings.
Water: Lush with forest and surrounded by half broken buildings and lakes/streams.
Earth: Hills, the people live in valleys in the hills surrounded by thick trees.
Air: The highest point on a single mountain, sharp, cold, and covered in small cottages.
Skilliar
|A land for the aliens. Somewhere high in sky, made up of eight different islands.| |Humans are not allowed in Skilliar, the aliens and humans have some... beef that is long forgotten now.| |It holds plants and animals from their home land that no one else actually knows.|
Islands
One: Portum. A spiritual place. Where those come to pray, preform rituals, and can even return to their home land through panels that have mastered the form of teleportation.
Two: Otium-Convertmini. Where those who live on the islands greet death. it's like a very nice, neat, formal cemetery with no graves. Those who die become one with the earth, the nature, the water... They believe nobody truly dies and always hold some sort of value.
Three: Ignotumque An island that is a massive chunk of land filled with foreign plants and roaming animals. Humans don't know the name of the plants or animals, but they don't live there so it doesn't matter. It's really just there for a source of food and to bring a chunk of their original home there.
Four: Terra Prommisionis. A massive city with most of the population. The riches, smartest, and most creative live there. Kind of like a promise place.
Five: Eden. Very religious. Churches, Monks, all things that have to do with respecting and worshiping a religion. Unlike the first island people live there. There would be schools for specifically learning their culture and religion. So a recourse for how they use to and do live for those extremist.
Six: In Mundo. A small village filled with people who don't technology. Very old styled buildings made of stone, clay, and unknown elements. They cut themselves off from the rest of the islands, and the world below.
Seven & Eight: Exterius Ore. Outcast lands. Everything is dead, dried out, it's for those who were banished for breaking laws. Even humans go there if punishment is harsh enough.
Religion
They believe in a single god who had created the world, it's much like Christianity.
They read scrolls, there are thirty of them written by their god, so it says.
(Listen i'm not religious, think of Christianity, and it's basically that.)
Little Skilliar Note
Humans are not allowed on any of the islands. Except for Grey, which is explained below in the plot ideas.
