Hello there!
I'm Spooks. I was born in 95 so I'm constantly on the cusp of confusion and nostalgia.
I can't just say Hello because it makes me want to recite 'Freaky Fred' of Courage the Cowardly Dog.
Hopefully I'm not too shabby.
Thursdays and Sundays, I'm not likely to be active much if at all. Friday, I'm likely to be free enough to interact until 7pm.
How fast I can respond definitely depends on how large the response is.
I don't want to get too into story ideas here, but hopefully I can paint enough of a picture of Spooks. When I'm ready to set up shop, I'll meander on down to the request threads! But, for flavor~ Let's scratch the surface!
I hear that the masses here enjoy vampires. Same.
Vampires, werebeasts, aliens, monsters, I am up for most anything if a storyline sounds appealing enough! Demons, angels, I don't have any hang-ups over most things.
I like playing high fantasy, I like playing reality, hopefully you get the point. Furries are a-okay with me, as are the scalies, something between that and a human, absolutely fine as well! If we're ever engaged in a scenario and I'm doing something wrong, don't hesitate to pop in.
Settings, again, I like all of the things! Space, another dimension, the world we're currently in even! Post apocalyptic scenarios. (Add zombies to the list, I suppose.) I don't even mind hybrid settings. Time hopping, alternate realities in universe, or whatever else.
If there's romance involved, I guess I am a switch. I just need to jive with the characters.
On a not entirely unrelated side note...
Do you like 'yanderes'? I do. Playing as or against them. Sometimes it's fun when the bad guy wins!
I don't really care for the depictions of animal cruelty to show how evil a character is, but as long as it's not gratuitous, I can move on. Just don't expect love to bloom if we're going to be sitting through the love sick massacring their target of affection's fur child.
Children!
I have none, I've never wanted them. I understand the 'family dynamic' and how it appeals to some, but I just don't relate. As far as stories as I write, I don't really ever focus on a child as a side character or otherwise. Mentions of childhood are fine, especially to establish that certain characters have known one another over extended periods of time. Yet, I wouldn't care to get into heavy detail on that front.
On the other end of the age spectrum, I'm fine with age gaps. I think plenty of the signs of age are appealing.
I hope that I was able to give up enough of an insight with this, but if I left out anything that you want to know about definitely do feel free to message me! I'll only bite if you're cool with that

As far as fandoms and backstory go:
I don't really involve myself in any communities online. I like comics. Batman in print is superior to anything on screen in recent years. The MCU is definitely oversaturating to a point where I just can't be asked to keep up. But by all means, tell me about your collection. Video games are great! I don't usually go for PvP titles or playing war. Bg3 is treating me pretty well as of recent, alongside Suika Game because variety is the spice of life! I love horror, I like being scared, psychological thrillers are fun. I watch YouTube far more than I watch movies, and still I feel a need to mention that I absolutely still love cartoons. I don't watch many of the newer ones, but I will go out of my way to check out certain recommendations if they're streaming somewhere. Anime wise, I haven't really stuck around out of my teenage years. Not to say I wouldn't check something out, but it's not as likely anymore. Music is a big focal point in my life. I don't listen to country, but I do like folk in the right mood. I also try not to support artists who behave in ways that I wouldn't condone, even if that means unplugging from someone whose entire discography is already memorized. On the topic of art, I personally enjoy creating drawings and working with different media where I can. I write with my partner. I don't know that they'll ever make an account here, but they are aware of me creating my own. The specifics of my relationship I assume aren't important, but as this is a thread about me, that is something worth mentioning I think. This isn't my first writing forum, but it is the only one that I am active on as of this moment. It's been a few years Hopefully I'm not too shabby.Writing Style?
I think when it comes down to my writing, I default to past tense and third person most naturally. I can, however, adapt to whatever. If my writing partner(s) skews to a different style, I'll usually try to match just to have some form of narrative flow. The same goes for sizes. I'll write a lot. I'll write not so much. I'm not a stickler for structure.Timing!
I am prone to popping in and out whenever, but if my partner is actively engaging with me and I'm aware of that I'll usually try to be present so I can respond. I most likely won't be very active around 5pm into the morning, but that's not to say I absolutely won't be around. I'm kink friendly and sex positive. Fetishes don't bother me, but I might not know how to cater to certain ones.
My personal favorites are hard to pin as I tend to go for things based on the story I'm writing.
I don't get down with race-play if we're talking reality. If you want to get into--for example--stereotypical drow slander, that's probably fine. If we're playing as two opposing races, demon/angel scenario or the like, than I feel it would make sense story wise and thus this addendum is irrelevant.
I am not personally into scat, but I'm not about to yuck your yum so don't be afraid to ask if you think it would greatly heighten your enjoyment of our story.
As mentioned above, I would best identify as a switch. That includes in sexual scenarios. If you want to be specifically the one being pursued throughout the story, just let me know! If you want some more angsty back and forth or battles for dominance, I'm fine with that too! If you want to be the dominant one exclusively with minimal to no challenge to that position whatsoever, just say so! Otherwise, I'll most likely take on something more neutral or passive. Depending on how the characters interact normally, I'll probably just go off of whatever seems to make sense in the moment.
