Hello Sanctum Dwellers!!! Another New Feature for the month of August.

Thanks to Mia (Sanctum Admin and ATM). We now have the ability to feature certain threads on the home page and in their respective forums. Aside from using this for important threads, such as announcements, the monthly challenge and for new intro threads, we also plan to feature a certain number of role-plays, art pieces and solo works each month. For now, it will likely be a new one each week. We also have special perks in mind for our generous donors!!!
Here's how the system will work:
1. We will accept nominations from members for threads (Roleplays, solo writing or artwork) that should be featured.
2. You can nominate others as often as you like (within reason). For right now, you can nominate ONE of your own plays. All nominations are anonymous
3. Admins will select from the nominations and put the thread on the list for selection.
4. Anyone whose thread is featured will receive a medal
Criteria:
1. The entire roleplay from the start must be on this site. These stories are being nominated as exemplary for other people to read and that won't work unless they can read the whole thing.
2. No pure smut roleplays. Roleplays from the Forbidden Sanctum ARE allowed, but they must have a reasonable amount of story to them
3. High quality of both writing and storytelling. The threads we choose to feature will be intended as examples of high quality Writing. The goal is for people to read them and enjoy them, in particular new members getting their first impression of the site. We won't expect perfection by a long shot, but not every thread nominated will be selected
a. We will enforce similar quality standards on any other nominated threads, including artwork.
4. Stories must be reasonably far along. You can nominate earlier, but we will leave them under consideration while more developed stories are highlighted

To nominate a thread, the following MUST be sent to an admin or moderator with the Conversation title "Thread Nominations". Any exceptions are likely to be missed in our inboxes

The reason for nominating should ideally tell us what the story is and why it's good. We will of course read through it ourselves, but if you're nominating them, you should tell us why it deserves it.
Special Bonus for Donors:
As a thank you to all our contributors, we will be offering the chance for anyone who has donated to feature a REQUEST THREAD, ROLEPLAY, ARTWORK or SOLO WORK of their own for a week, with some notice, as long as the quality is reasonable. Really want to showcase your work? Or get that group roleplay off the ground? Now you can!!!
