Hi All :)
Tinneh here....and glad to be so. I have looked for an RPGing site for some time now. I used to belong to a really massive one a bit over a decade. Over the first 3 yrs I went from a member, to a Mod, and then to an Admin. I loved it, but like all site such as that it became infested with drama and I stepped down and took a well needed break for several months. I decided to go back when I found out that sadly, the site had been hacked. The damage was complete. Archives of thousands of people's contributions were gone...literary and art. There was very little the Admins could do, one of whom was a coding God. That was a year ago and they are still trying to figure out what happened and how.
So....I've since, as I said before, looking for another site to join where I could sink my teeth into a good RPG, perhaps create one of my own.
Unfortunately, too many of the sites I came across were inundated with drama, more of a social media setting, weren't active, or infested with perverts.
Then on yet another Bing search The Inner Sanctum popped up. I have to say, so far it looks great. I like how tight your reins are on the sexual content AND on protecting the under aged members. Also, it looks active but it's not an explosion of members. I don't think I'd like to belong to another site that big again. In fact, I think they should have broken it up into sister sites perhaps. But, I digress lol.
I am very glad to be here, and I hope I prove to be a worthy contributor.
About me, I have always LOVED to read. I also love to write. I haven't written something so adventurous as a book, just some poetry, short stories, and RPG postings.
My favorite authors, in no particular order, are: Tolkien, Martin, Fitzgerald, King, Poe, Shakespeare, Twain, Lee... just to name a few.
