Hello, I'm Onion. He/him, very much not cis nor het and that will probably reflect in my characters and writing.
I've been roleplaying for almost 10 years now, although I take long breaks from it sometimes. I found this site on a lucky search, as I've been missing roleplay, I think it helped me get much better at writing very fast. My most fun has always been had writing para style (it seems it's called literate here, if I'm right?) I'm still figuring out the site a little bit!
I'm not likely to be the fastest writer, nor the longest writer (I go anywhere from 200 words to 1k depending on the vibe) but I love to build messy and strange worlds and scenarios, so worldbuilding is definitely my area!
In the RP practice that I come from, the tendency was very much to give a scenario, background, and character the prompt-poster intended to play, and then leave everything else open for the responder to suggest what they'd like to play, perhaps with just a couple suggestions in the prompt to get the ideas churning. For all it's issues, I really enjoyed that style and I'll probably post my prompt ideas in a similar fashion.
I'll probably mostly be writing with OCs, but I have a soft spot for a couple JĹŤnin from Naruto and a couple other characters from beloved media, like Person of Interest, Wolf 359, and some others.
What else? I love dogs, I love art, I love fashion. I love cooking, and do it very badly. I love novelty in writing, trying new things. I'm a very nervous person typically, so I appreciate your patience with me as I try to learn this new website!
