MxF Obligation Over Pride (Looking For Dominate Male Character)

Greetings! So I have had this idea for a bit. It's one of the many ideas swarming around my head and it involves me playing one of my most developed and loved character. I've had a few people say there where a bit intimidated by how much detail I have put into her but I assure you most of it is for my own recollection later on in the story. To put it shortly the character I will be using is a woman known to the public as Lady Nightingale. She does not have an official title of nobility within the city she resides in but many call her a lady out of sheer respect or fear. Nightingale is a businesswoman, known publically for owning one of the largest shipping companies in the city, The Ashborne. Those who listen carefully to the whispers of gossip around the city will know that the reputation of the company is anything but a legal one. Many believe that they are using the company's reputation to hide an underground organization, allowing it to operate in plain sight under the disguise of something legal. Not helping the company is how secretive its members are, they rarely talk about the Nightingale or their company. They have bought out their own private dock at the docks which are heavily guarded by her men and no one without their sigil is allowed on the dock. Many have tried to prove this claim of something illegal going on but failed every time as their wares had been searched on multiple occasions for illegal contraband, but both their paperwork and wares matched.

A bit of information on The Nightingale and her family. All of Nightingale's family is covered in an illusion to hide certain things about their appearances from people and as the head of the house Nightingale wishes for her family to look absolutely flawless, so both she, her two half-sisters, and her full brother look flawless, perfectly beautiful as if they had never gotten into a fight or seen hardship in their life. Nightingale is Vampyr, which in the city I have put them in is looked down upon but she has proven to many that she is respectful and harmless so long as she is not provoked there a few have seen her deadly side when attacked unprovoked. A lesser piece of information, the Nightingale has a large black wolf named Umber that is with her 90% of the time also shrouded in an illusion.

Alrighty so that little bit of information down, here is where the story would start.

After years of hiding their underground society and operations from the public, someone has finally come forth with evidence damning her and the company. While she has tried to keep it under wraps and take out the guy who found out, she has been unable to do such. Many different options had been presented to her but her pride stands in her way and she refuses many of them. One of which is an arranged marriage with a powerful political leader who could get her and her people out of trouble. She holds out to long and ends up arrested facing charges and if found guilty not on her but all of her people who she has vowed to protect will also be in danger of death. Able to speak with one person a day before her trials she asked her advisor to make the offer to (Your Character)

I have a few ideas for why your character would wish to marry her. We could say it is an offer she comes up with on her own as a last effort to get out of the hole she has placed them in, or say that your character has offered in the past, to not only have his hand in the political world of the city but also the underground world, giving him more profits and power and now that shes arrested she accepts the offer.
