One small step and one giant leap

Hello everyone!

I have been lurking around for a little while and decided I should finally stop hiding and introduce myself.

My experience with creative writing is solely limited to D&D which I have DMed for a number of years now and recently started building well fleshed out worlds. I was recently introduced to this form of RP and I am very excited to give it a try. And thanks to many of the people here I've felt comfortable enough to step out.

Sorry for the long into, the rest will be quick. :)

I love reading, cooking (and eating), video & board games, and of course D&D

I don't know anything about my writing style, but I'll do the best I can with the skills I have.

Welcome to the site. Also, what edition? I'm a newbie DM still but I started out with this kind of RP. Personally I prefer D&D because it's not easy to go OP in D&D due to the dice.

I've been DMing 5th. Used to play 3.5, I love 5th as well! I'd love to bounce ideas off of people, considering my DM is also one of my players and I really have no idea who I can talk to about my stuff that they'd be able to make sense of stuff for me without spoiling...and I'm not speaking coherently now I apologize. I am pretty tired.

Good choice switching to 5th. 4th was horrible. I actually am going to a game in few hours. It's called Thule, which is basically 5th Ed D and D meets Conan. I am pretty much the guru here of converting published RP settings into online formats, since Ive played tabletop for almost 20 years and have been involved in online creative writing for over 20 years.
