About Me & My Style

Hello! I'm Crow (or Quinn). A 30-something who has been RPing off and on for the better part of 15 years. Been most actively playing TTRPGs in recent years and adore making interesting and compelling characters. I'm on the hunt for a couple more long-term plots. Thank you for looking at my all gender request thread!

• I write in past tense and 3rd person.
• Length of posts is between 300-1000 words typically; sometimes over, never less. I'd like any partner to be able to match.
• I will post once a week, aiming for within 5 days of a reply.
• I don't like using real images for face claims for my characters. I will prefer to give written descriptions or art. I will never use AI and do not want to be sent AI.
• I want to discuss plot and character OOC. I expect to go into a story with some idea of where the plot will go.
• I'm very open minded. Whether for plot ideas, queer representation, kinks, and the like.
• I'm NOT easily triggered. It takes a lot to bother me. I'm okay with writing a lot of upsetting things if a plot calls for it.
• I'm more than happy to include smut in a story. Typically expect a 70/30 plot to smut ratio unless otherwise discussed.

Cravings

Bittersweet stories are a big craving for me right now. Feel free to approach with your own ideas or let me know if you'd like to work on something off of any of the follow vibes.

Also craving something on the much darker side at the moment. Something for characters to struggle through. I find catharsis in writing troubled characters and think it would help my mindset.

Genres & Pairings

I am more than happy to write MxF, FxF, MxM, NBxNB, MxMxF or double up. Harem is too much for me to keep up with. I'd prefer to at most play two main characters. Other characters can be used off and on throughout the story to flush out the world~

Love in Paradise

Genre: Fantasy
Pairing: Mortal x God (AxA)

Spoiler: Summary:

It doesn’t matter how this human appeared, all that matters is that they washed up on the shore of a god (or demigod) left in solitude by the rest of their kind. And they refuse to let them leave. They provide and care for the mortal, proclaiming love and happiness. That they were meant to be together. All while feeding them poison to suppress memories and keep them confused. Does the human catch on to what’s happening? Do they starve themselves to keep their mind their own? Do they fight tooth and nail to return home or give in to the whims of the powerful being?

Based roughly on the story of Orpheus and Calypso. This would be a very dark and emotional story about fighting against a force actively trying to take away one’s agency. This couple is supposed to be highly toxic though I would be open to real feelings eventually forming between them in some capacity. In classic toxic relationship behaviour, perhaps the mortal sees ‘a better person’ between some of the atrocities committed.

I am open to playing either role and either role can be any gender. I’d be open to discussing details of the world but it would be at least somewhat based on Ancient Greece. The direction of the plot and end goals would also be discussed.

Foolish Denial

Genre: Supernatural
Pairing: Ghost/Demon x Haunted Human (AxA)

Spoiler: Summary:

Ever since Muse A could remember they had always felt like they were being watched. Followed. Haunted. In the corner of their eyes they could see figures and saw faces in the dark. They chalked it up to paranoia. To lack of sleep. To some sort of mental illness or the like. Because ghosts weren’t real.

The denial. The thrill of the chase. That desperate want to break this sad little creature was more than enough to draw out a much more malevolent spirit. Maybe a demon. Muse B feeds off of the fear and paranoia, and grows obsessed with Muse A. More than anything they want to convince them that this was real, watch them break.

An incident, a brush with death, leaves Muse A with the ability to finally see the horrors that have followed them around their entire life. And, to Muse B’s delight, to see them! More than happy to capitalize on this, Muse B pushes Muse A to the brink.

Would like to play the hunt, the incident, and what ensues. The role the ghost or demon plays in the human’s life can be discussed. Do they feed on their life force? Are they bound in some way? Would absolutely love to discuss! (Could be done in combination with the plot below if someone would be willing to double)

Haunted & Hopeless

Genre: Supernatural
Pairing: Haunted x Ghost Hunter (AxA)

Spoiler: Summary:

Muse A has been haunted their entire life. Spirits are drawn to them and refuse to leave them alone. It is unsettling and gets in the way of so many parts of their life. They have trouble sleeping, they’re prone to accidents, they have a constant and deep paranoia that something is following them and something bad is going to happen.

It’s ruining their life until they happen across Muse B, a ghost hunter of sorts, who notices their affliction immediately and makes attempts to get close and help them through their turmoil. Hoping they can resolve the poor haunted souls situation without inadvertently making things worse, because any dealings with the other side can often bring with it unwanted attention from beings much stronger and much scarier.

I’m open to playing either character. I’m thinking that for sure the attempts to help and get close draw attention from something dangerous that puts an immediate strain on their developing relationship and they’d have to work through it together and come out the other side stronger for it. (Could be tied with the plot above this one as well, honestly)

Wanderlust

Genre: High Fantasy & Romance
Pairing: MxM

Spoiler: Summary:

MC - Kali- A half fey prince living with his mother, a powerful archfey, in the faewild. But the Perennial Palace is under threat, as the escalating threat of war encroached. Fearing for the safety of her child, she hires an escort to bring Kali safely to his father in the Prime Material plane. Away from all the politics and his home.

Kali is fearless, and with an intense wanderlust, he is loathe to wait as he is sent away. But also loathe to make it to their destination. Fearing that when reunited with his father, his fun would be over. Kali, finding the beauty and whimsy in the world, is constantly needing to be involved in everything they come across.

It is up to YC to either stick to his job, do what he was hired for, and escort the prince to safety. To ignore the endearing and beautiful way he views the world despite its flaws. Or to be caught up in Kali's often infectious personality and slacken the leash. We can talk about events the occur and how dark we make the setting. At the end of the day despite Kali's disposition towards the world, they are on the edge of a warzone. Danger is everywhere and capturing a high value hostage would be a high priority.

Broken Swing

Genre: Slice of Life (Smut Heavy)
Pairing: Forbidden/Taboo Relationship (MxA)

Spoiler: Summary:

I don’t usually do intentionally super smutty stories… However, this has been in my brain for a while now.

Muse A and their partner go to a sex club together. It’s fun, they enjoy messing around with other people together, consensually, watching one another play with strangers. They enjoy the anonymity it can often provide and they can still focus on one another. Muse A’s partner wants to watch them get with someone entirely anonymously (maybe a masked night at the club, maybe a glory hole type situation) and it leads to the most unforgettable night of Muse A’s life.

Muse B is the man Muse A hooked up with. Someone they had no idea was already deeply integrated in their life. The exact details of their relationship outside could be discussed. Boss, teacher, roommate, in-law… I’d be open to a handful of different options. When they inevitably find out they had hooked up, however far down the line that is, they can’t keep away from one another. What had been consensual and fun was no cheating. Muse A has to navigate what to do with their relationship. Muse B has to navigate the taboo nature of their arrangement and what it could mean for his life.

I’d be willing to play either role but would really like to play Muse A as a female character. (I’ve never gotten to play a more submissive female character before and would love to give it a try). Could potentially be very kinky, could be age gap, could be dubious. Up to partners discretion.

Hey, Little Songbird ~taken~

Genre: Romance, Crime, Low Fantasy (can be discussed)
Pairing: MxAny

Spoiler: Summary:

An angelic little songbird, kept locked in a cage. Body and soul owned by powerful and influential business man. One people know better than to cross. But everyone has a limit, and everything has a price.

MC is a beauty with a voice that could bring grown men to tears. Sold away at a young age by parents down on their luck to a man who promised them that they would never have to worry for anything again. A promise he kept good on, as the dead had need of nothing. Locked away and forced to perform at a bar crawling with the scum of the Earth. Showing off his prized little possession, and making mountains of money off of them. His perfect little pet canary.

YC hears that voice whether in passing or as a customer of the bar. Enamored by the sound and awed by the beauty. It can be love or obsession at first sight. Stepping on the toes of the wrong people YC tries to make MC theirs. A hero setting a captive free and helping them escape a life that would hunt them down forever? Or a selfish man who has a cage of his own to put MC away in?

MC's gender can be discussed along with the direction and genre of the plot. A low fantasy setting would add a nice touch, but a more realistic setting could also work.

Born for This

Pairing: MxAny (Dragon x Any mortal) - I am open to playing either role but would prefer the dragon

Spoiler: Summary:

A centuries-old dragon grants the Kingdom of Linn protection. Slumbering in the mountains above the bustling capital city. Though the royalty and the dragon have long had good rapport and an excellent relationship, this is not protection that he grants for free.

Every century, the protector of the land is given a gift. A mortal to be his partner. The child is chosen before birth, and the dragon checks in on them throughout life; to ensure their health and wellbeing. He makes a point not to make a connection with them when they're young. He is but a spectre haunting their youth. Does this fill them with fear? Excitement? Resentment?

On their 20th birthday, the ceremony is held where they are introduced properly for the first time. In the past, most were simply treated as companions, pets even... But he sees something in this youth. Something that makes him possessive and forward. They will not serve as some glorified servant, no. They are exactly what the dragon wants.

This story can go many ways. Totally open for discussion. It can be a bit more psychological, two partners coming to respect one another and treat each other well. OR it can be a fully fantasy adventure. The destined partner can be magical and powerful in their own right. Perhaps there is a latent magic in them that is part of the reason the dragon is so enchanted by them. Dragon is male; the partner can be any gender. Either role is fine.
