♡ The Woman Behind the Perfume...
A little about me before we start getting into the dangerous things.
I'm a writer in my 30s, and I've been roleplaying in one form or another for quite some time. I have a particular weakness for character-driven stories, collaborative worldbuilding, complicated relationships, and watching carefully laid plans unravel because our characters stupidly believe they know better than us.
I'm very much a collaborative writer. I don't want to hand you a script and ask you to follow it, nor do I particularly enjoy carrying a story by myself. Give me your ideas. Surprise me. Add complications. Introduce characters I wasn't expecting. Take the initiative.
I enjoy chatting OOC, plotting between posts, sharing character ideas, and generally getting excited about the little details that make a story feel alive. You certainly don't need to be available every waking hour... I have a life outside of writing too, but communication goes a very long way with me.
As for my posts, I favour quality over arbitrary word counts. I'll happily write several paragraphs when a scene deserves it, but I don't believe every raised eyebrow requires a novella. Give me something meaningful to work with and I'll happily return the favour.
Most importantly, I'm here to create something together.
After all, temptation is considerably more fun when there are two of us. ♡
♡ How I Like to Write...
I tend to write in third person, past tense, and I usually prefer a few solid paragraphs per reply. That said, I am not interested in measuring a good post by its word count. Some scenes deserve detail and atmosphere... others are better served by something shorter, sharper, and more immediate.
What matters most to me is having something meaningful to respond to.
I love descriptive writing, strong character voices, internal thoughts, tension, atmosphere, and those little gestures that say far more than dialogue ever could. I want our characters to feel like people rather than pieces being pushed toward the next plot point.
I am also very fond of slow burns. I enjoy letting attraction, distrust, resentment, obsession, affection, and curiosity build naturally rather than deciding exactly how two characters will feel about one another before they have even met.
Please feel free to surprise me.
Let your character make bad decisions. Let them misunderstand mine. Let them keep secrets. Introduce complications. Pull the story somewhere neither of us expected. I would much rather react to something interesting than know every twist several scenes in advance.
Communication matters to me too. I am quite happy to plot things OOC, throw ideas back and forth, share inspiration, or simply gush about our characters when something particularly delicious happens.
As for reply speed... I am patient. Real life comes first, and I would much rather receive a reply someone enjoyed writing than one they forced themselves to produce because they felt a clock ticking.
All I really ask is that you give me something to sink my teeth into...
I promise I'll do the same. ♡
♡ What Tempts Me...
If there is one thing that will almost always catch my attention, it is corruption.
Not corruption in the simple sense of making someone suddenly cruel or evil... I mean the slow, deliberate unravelling of a character who once believed they knew exactly who they were.
Give megood boys heroes.
Give me paladins, knights, priests, inquisitors, champions, princes, soldiers, monster hunters... people with principles. People with rules. People who believe there are lines they would never cross. People who want to make the world a better place.
Then let me tempt them across every single one.
Perhaps they tell themselves that one small betrayal is necessary for the greater good?
Perhaps someone whispers exactly the right words into their ear... understands their insecurities a little too well... offers comfort to soothe a suspicious and reluctant mind.
THIS is the depravity I love.
Manipulation fascinates me. Seduction fascinates me even more when it goes beyond simple attraction. I love characters learning one another's weaknesses... discovering what someone desperately wants, what frightens them, what makes them angry, what makes them feel safe... and then quietly using that knowledge to pull them closer and utterly break them. I don't just want to turn a hero evil. I want to know exactly how we got them there... one bad decision after another.
♡ What I Want From You
You will never be perfect, child. I don't expect you to be.
Spelling mistakes happen. Punctuation goes wandering. Real life gets in the way. Sometimes a reply takes longer than expected, sometimes inspiration simply refuses to cooperate.
That's fine.
What I do expect is effort. Respect. And enthusiasm.
(1) Effort
Give me something to work with, darling.
I don't need a novel every time you reply, but I do need you to contribute. Let your character make decisions. Let them have opinions. Let them disagree with mine. Move the scene forward. Introduce ideas of your own instead of waiting for me to do all the work.
I want to feel like we're writing this together.
Your characters should have wants, fears, principles and flaws of their own. Especially with the sort of stories I enjoy... I need something there to corrupt in the first place.
Give me something to play with.
I cannot tempt a statue.
(2) Respect
This one should be simple.
Respect my time. Respect my boundaries. Respect the things I tell you I am and am not comfortable writing. I will extend exactly the same courtesy to you.
Please don't pester me for replies. Life happens. Sometimes I will be busy, tired, distracted or simply not in the right mood to write. That doesn't mean I've lost interest in you or our story.
If something isn't working for you, tell me.
If you want to change something, tell me.
If a boundary needs discussing, tell me.
Communication solves an awful lot of problems before they ever have the chance to become problems.
And no... my limits are not challenges for you to overcome. ♡
(3) Enthusiasm
This might be the one I value most. I want to know that you're enjoying yourself. Bring me ideas. Ask questions. Talk to me about our characters. Tell me when you've thought of something cruel, romantic, dramatic or wonderfully stupid that might make the story better. Send me that little, "I just had a terrible idea..." message.
Those are usually my ♡absolute♡ favourites.
You don't need to talk to me every hour of every day. I'm not asking for constant attention.
I just don't want to feel as though I'm dragging you through the story while you politely follow behind me.
If you're excited... show me. Enthusiasm is terribly attractive.
Indifference, unfortunately, is not. ♡
♡ Now that that's out of the way...
Let's not be coy about this part, hm?
I fucking love erotica.
What exactly do I love?
Anything else is certainly up for discussion... ♡
♡ And finally, my ideas...
The Sorceress & The Paladin
A prophecy declares that a holy champion will one day bring about the Sorceress' downfall. When a young paladin begins to fit the prophecy a little too well, she decides that killing him would be far too simple. Instead, she sets out to defy fate itself... not by destroying the hero, but by corrupting him so completely that when the appointed day finally comes, he stands at her side instead.
The Vampire Countess & the Vampire Slayer
The Countess slaughtered his entire family and left him alive with nothing but grief, rage and a promise of vengeance. Years later, when he finally comes for her, she does not fear the hatred in his heart... she adores it. She sees something powerful buried inside him and begins feeding that darkness rather than extinguishing it, pushing him toward cruelty, obsession and the terrible potential he has spent his whole life trying not to become.
The Queen & her Ward
Taken in as a ward from a noble house, he was raised alongside the Queen's own children and grew into one of her most trusted warriors. Tragedy strikes when his birth family is accused of treachery most foul. With his bloodline condemned and his loyalties suddenly questioned, the Queen becomes the one person offering protection, purpose and belonging... slowly tightening her hold on a boy forced to choose between the woman that raised him and the family whose name he carries.
The Succubus & The Priest
A priest is tasked with sealing away a succubus trapped inside a magical circle. She cannot leave it, cannot touch him, and cannot harm him... unless he steps inside. What follows is a slow game of cat and mouse, with the priest trying to complete the ritual while she tests his patience, faith and desires, waiting for the smallest mistake that might bring him within reach.
