Hello everyone! My name is Cyrus, lovely to meet you all. I am looking for a pirate role play of some kind! Before I get into that, here are facts about me

-Part-time librarian, full time mom
- Responses are typically 3 paragraphs give or take. I write in third person.

-Most comfortable playing Female, but I am willing to do double-ups and play a male!
-I love high adventure, romance, and high fantasy roleplays!
Okay, now, the story!
I have a couple plots in mind. Both are with pirates and magic, but if you have other ideas, I am more than happy to hear them!
-The Run-away Princess
(F) is a Princess. She has a younger brother who is set to take the throne, but she wants to prove that she could handle the throne despite all traditional laws making the first born son the heir. One night, while cataloging the treasury–one task she is managing until her brother becomes of age–she notices an important artifact is missing. Determined this is how she will prove herself, she sneaks off to find the artifact and return it to the castle herself. She hires (M), a pirate captain, to sail her around the sea, following clues to find this artifact.
For this prompt, we would decide what stole the artifact. Fantasy creatures, corrupt nobles, a rebellion, anything. We could also decide what the artifact is. Once for this prompt, we made the amulet a ‘Wishing Star Amulet’ that could grant wishes, which she then used to wish herself free of her title to be with (M).
The story can go where we please.
-The Siren who Saved a Captain
(M) is a pirate captain. He and his crew are treasure hunters and monster slayers. During a particularly rough battle against a sea monster, (M) falls overboard. Thinking he was as good as dead, he accepted his fate.
Only to be saved by (F), a siren. She abhors the siren's way of life and has sworn off luring men to their deaths, despite the innate desire to do so. She saves (M) and the crew by returning (M) to his deck and fighting back the monster.
At this point, either they fall in love but keep it secret, make a deal to help one another, or even (M) attempts to kill (F). Again, we would plan what happens and can go wherever we please.
