As the title suggests... I have a terrible itch for this particular plot and find myself in the unfortunate situation where I'm lacking a writing buddy to scratch this itch of mine.
As some of you might already know, I'm a lady who primarily writes male characters (with a few exceptions), and for this reason, I have decided to post this here. If you have any qualms about this, I can assure you that your time will be better spent elsewhere.
How to attract (and keep) the Hexa 101:
* Be a total sucker for romance (sweeter = better)
* Write a submissive female... with a twist
* Show enthusiasm for our roleplay - I don't really mind how you do it, whether you choose to shamelessly gush over it like I do, or draw a ton of fan-art of our characters. (Just... please look alive ;; )
* COMMUNICATE
* Accept the fact that coffee is a glorious gift from the gods
* Realize that you're a beautiful person
* Don't die
* Reply in PMs - not here!
So basically... This is a story about a crown prince/king (MC) who visits a brothel. Now, don't run from me yet! He isn't there on any "normal" business. In fact, he has come in disguise to meet a childhood friend (YC). She would be about 20-ish by this point and would have worked in this establishment for the last two years due to [insert tragic backstory here]. When they were little, he made a promise to her: To marry her when they were all grown up. He has come to fulfill this promise - after years of having been apart.
There are plenty of ways for this to go. He could be there as a "client", except he has very different intentions from what she expects of him. She might not even recognize him until he reveals his true identity to her.
We could even throw in a dash of fantasy and make her an otherworldly creature or a halfbreed. She could be an angel, a demon, a shapeshifter... Anything, really. Heck, we could even throw a curse at MC. Maybe he only has a certain amount of time left to live and therefore wants to make sure to fulfill all of his promises before he passes away so he can die in peace. Or maybe she never left his thoughts, and so when the time came for him to find a bride, he could only think of her. Regardless of her standing in society.
Either way, he whisks her off to a life she never dared to hope for. A life with a doting husband who would stay by her side through thick and thin. Because it certainly won't be a smooth ride from courtesan to queen.
