Hello! I'm Missy, new to this site but, a veteran to roleplaying. I know my fair share of writing and such so, don't be wary of me, please.
I'm into EVERYTHING. Fantasy, futuristic, medieval, modern. Slice of life or action packed stories. I love anything and everything. Except some strange kinks like scat and things like that.. Ew..
However, I am looking for a specific roleplay right now. An alternate universe sort of thing.

OOOOOOOOOH LORD
I just watched the amazing film Detective Pikachu yesterday! (I know, a little late...)
So, I absolutely fell in love with the idea of having an RP set in a world of pokemon living beside humans, in a day to day life. I got this idea of.. A bit of a slice of life. Perhaps action as well. Violence could be added if we build this further. Who knows.
Anyways, its about two characters. One being an upcoming pokemon trainer but, has ties with shady mafia people and owes various amounts of money to them. So, he's forced to get his hands dirty and work for them for a while to pay his debt in a way.
On a mission of beating some guy who owes debt as well, the trainer finds out the poor victim has.. A lovely son, who happens to be a collage student studying pokemon veterinarian. Letting his partners beat the old man, my character has to keep the son under watch. Once they're done, he has to leave but, finds out (by snooping around in the house) that yc works in a pokecenter as an assistant.
The next week, mc goes to visit yc but, under the ruse of having his pokemon checked. Wanting to make sure his babies were in good condition for an upcoming battle. Yc doesn't know that mc is a gang member who beat their father because they were wearing masks and such. However, yc happens to be somewhat of a fan of mc and the two get closer little by little with the few visits mc makes to that pokecenter.
Yet, mc's mafia boss finds out he's close to yc and uses him to get the money yc's father owes him. "Get that person as a hostage for me, mc." Mc panics at first, refusing to do it because he's already caught feelings for the person. "What? N-no! I... I can't do that.. Please, boss.. Anything else, I swear! I.. I love them.."
"Oh? Then that should be a good reason for you to do as I say.. You wouldn't want them.. Getting hurt, right mc?"
Mc has to do what his boss says or else yc could get hurt but, ends up quitting mid mission and helps yc hide from the mafia while everything gets handled. Yc could feel betrayed. Angst could happen, more action!

Don't think I know nothing of Pokemon. I'll have you know, I'm a huge fan actually. It's my favorite franchise of Nintendo. Besides Zelda, of course.. Yc and Mc will have the traditional team of six pokemon for battles but, will also have a pokepartner to keep around for the day. From Generation 1 to 6. I haven't played the last two latest games....
But, of course, this rp will have ROMANCE!
It could be a slow burn type of rp or something. We could throw around ideas. I just put this up on the quick dime. So, any ideas or little fix ups are more then welcome! Just message me in a convo and we'll work something out.
