MxF Poly Amory done right a concept I've had for a while

So one of my characters would be a man that had just turned eighteen and got an apartment across from a couple that had agreed that their relationship was open. My character over the years and the couple. (The man being mc and the girl yours) have been building up a friend ship and yet have heard about the way women have treated the man in the other apartment. One day my charter would be spotted by yours watching the woman of the couple watching them have sex because she forgets to close the curtain. :( would go over to find out what he thought of the show and after a talk with him would invite him over for some tea while they waited for the husband to get home from work to talk things out. About this time character would have sex friend status and would build up through the year to being the second husband. There would be drama because of states laws he couldn't officially get married to him, the parents don't approve and try to break them up and there would be rumors going around about them.


This also could swing into a zombie apocalypse type deal or maybe the couple could be demons that want to help the poor man sin. Or hell maybe they are aliens were open relationships are common. I'm game fore anything with this one.
