I'll be jumping right in and putting what I'm looking for up front before showing what I'm about as a writer below that.
So, as you can tell, my ideas are based in a slice-of-life/modern/realistic realm. I have indeed tried other types of RPs but unfortunately, I haven't had much luck with those. If this loses you, I understand.

So, this request thread will only have two specific ideas, of which I'm only really looking for one here.
It's the week of fall midterms and, after studiously preparing for this week, students have done everything possible to make sure they make the highest marks possible. The exams have come and gone and everyone's finally ready to let loose for the weekend. With this, it can go one of two ways.

MC decides to head back to his hometown for the weekend. It's just a few days of getting away and letting his mind clear up before getting back to the grind for the lead up into finals.
For YC, there are a few ideas we could run with.

- She has also gone off to college and this week was also her midterms. Surprise, she is also returning home for the weekend. They decide to use the weekend to reconnect.
- She has returned home before the week, whether she is taking a gap term, transferred to the local two-year school, or otherwise decided to attend online school for at least this term. Perhaps, she invites him into her home and lets him stay with her for the few days he's back.
- She has actually been here longer than the fall term has started for colleges nationwide. Perhaps she’s taken a gap year, has been attending school online, or perhaps decided school isn't for her at the moment. What happens between them, we can come up with in DMs.
For this idea, they do attend school together, and for this idea, let's say that they decide to spend the weekend at a nearby lakeside resort with “tiny homes”. They get it for just the two of them. Whatever happens between the two of them, we can come up with in DMs.

- Able to respond best between Thursday afternoons and Sunday mornings when in an active RP; other times aren't as consistent

- I don't ask for largely detailed character sheets, as I usually put a somewhat bare bones sheet out myself, but I do ask that we use realistic FCs, as that's what I use myself
