The concept is of three adventurers coming together at an inter-dimensional tavern and finding out they are there on the same mission.
The three would originate from different realities/times.
The Rogue's Gallery is the name of the tavern.

Background: Not even the crown knows the identity behind him. He has been employed by the past 4 crowns and very little is known, even by them. Not immortal, just started his career at a young age. The time/kingdom he is from does not keep monarchs too well.
Elite assassin/espionage agent, answers to the throne only
Contact is through the throne, has many aliases, owns 3 houses in different parts of the city, employs multiple outfits and settings
has a pet gyrfalcon named Grimalkin
Piper comes from a world that is somewhere between DnD and Assassin's Creed

Background: A former freelance mechanic in a hub-station who earned her keep repairing damaged systems on docked ships, who experiemented part-time in cybernetic engineering, making a helper named Cog, a synthetic android with a spherical metacortex. After suffering a mortal wound following an explosion on her ship, she was able to upload her consciousness into a new metacortex, implanted into Cog's body, with Cog's AI serving as a spare brain and sounding-board for ideas. A sort of side-kick and conscience. She then used her status as the first sentient synthroid to take on dangerous jobs, as she could easily withstand a variety of harsh atmospheres, even the vacuum of space, and repair her body with her engineering skills if she got damaged.
She comes from an advanced spacefaring reality with a mix of cyberpunk aesthetic
