have been roleplaying for about 10 years on and off, mainly on an old site called quotev that died off (tiny violin wails in distance).
i thrive on complex, well-developed characters and worlds. there's a lot of joy to be had when fleshing out a roleplay with your partner, i truly love brainstorming and building upon our ideas. i would love to geek out together.
my schedule varies, as do my work hours, though i am a modern woman and will prove able to let you know when ill be replying! aka, not going to bust balls over replies.
i'm interested in a story-focused roleplay that is based in fantasy medieval times.
romance to be had but ideally i want for it to unfurl within the plot, let's be chefs about it and simmer the broth yanno? my ratio of story to smut really varies on whats happening within the plot but it's safe to say i'm a glutton for tension and would like to build it up. lets lube up first okay?
my response length reflects my partners but i usually aim for 2-3 paragraphs, i am open to playing npc's and other characters within our world (for shot lengths) alongside my oc.
i write quite descriptively, third person and deal well with gore/violence.

Power is a curious thing.
As the Season of Accord approaches, the tense festival where two rival kingdoms publicly renew their fragile peace, a dangerous truth emerges: the princess of the element-ruled empire has vanished.
Her homeland is powerful and feared, commanding wind and water alike. It claims to uphold balance and order, yet its rule is marked by cruelty and chaotic control.
Across the border lies the dragon kingdom, rumoured to be ruthless conquerors wielding fire and stone. In truth, their hidden valleys are lush and fiercely protective, bound by ancient oaths to preserve life rather than dominate it.
If the elemental empire arrives without its princess, it will signal weakness. War would follow.
So the imperial court makes a desperate decision:
A humble commoner with a striking resemblance is forced to impersonate the missing princess and travel to the festival.
In keeping with tradition, the opposing kingdom shall offer their chosen escort (YOU!! THIS IS YOU NOW!! WOOHOO GO YOU!) to accompany the princess, officially an “honoured protector” for the duration.
°this has a lot of potential and wiggle room, you could be a dragon warrior, knight, prince, assassin hired to kill the 'princess'... so much space to develop someone you're excited about.
what do the kingdoms look like, how do their traditions differ?
will they part after the festival or journey through their realms? what does the festival entail?
i wont drone on but there's a lot of fun to be had here.
alternatively, i am very open to more ideas!
