OC you can call me Von, and I'm well over 18, so no worries there. I like to write lines that have a story to them, so I'll be primarily seeking those out. I don't God Mod and would appreciate the same. My characters tend to be awkward and goofy, but serious when the moment calls for it. I like a good, complicated romance complete with fluff and darkness thrown in for spice.
How long do your replies tend to be and what is your writing schedule like?
Replies for me can run the gamut, really. Most of the time I'm wordy and can get a hefty amount written because I like details, but occasionally I'll be less so. I'm in Central time zone in the US, and during the week I won't have a specific time block I usually come around, but weekends I'm most likely to be around from 2pm - ~4am.
What is your tolerance level for gore? Violence?
I'm good with gore and violence - not much bothers me. Throw it all at me; if something isn't working for me, I'll let you know.

I can write it if it's requested, but because I don't think I'm very good at it, it usually takes me a minute to work up to it. Not prudish by any means, though, and I will certainly aim to please.

Back in my day... No, but seriously, back when I was very active with writing and roleplay, I wrote a lot of celebrity stuff on GreatestJournal. I see that's not around anymore and probably hasn't been for a while, so I may be dating myself here. These days, I'm looking to use some elements of celebrity but with an AU flair, but I'm also leaning toward a lot of fantasy/sci-fi, etc. I've used actors, musicians, athletes, elves, vampires, werewolves, fallen angels, anime characters, etc. I am always open to suggestions.
Do you have any pairing or setting ideas?
I really like weird or unexpected pairings, the more unexpected the better. I know it probably seems redundant to say that I don't have a specific setting or time period because I like to write it all, and it really depends on whatever is tickling my fancy at the time. I'm primarily a MxF, but I'm always open to others.
Do you have any detailed plots prepared?

I'm currently looking to use the character of Cardinal Copia/Papa IV from the band Ghost, but I am really open to playing anyone or anything in a line for someone else once I get the hang of being back in the game.

My guy is a demon, your character would be an angel. They met years ago as adversaries, but over time an unlikely friendship and ultimately a deep love developed. When the higher/lower ups catch wind of this unholy union, the lovers are hunted down - their memories are wiped and they each spend years in a sort of cold storage, which is really just reprogramming, awaiting the day they can be used to further their side's agenda. When the time comes, as a result of his indiscretion, my guy is eventually sent back to aid in the Ghost initiative, which is Satan's way of taking over the world by using a band to spread his unholy gospel via shows/rituals. It's a little like Queen of the Damned, when Lestat formed a band where he could openly perform as a vampire, on the premise that he was a normal guy pretending to be a vampire (hiding in plain sight). My guy's appearance is altered and he now looks a little more like the rat they see him as.
After a mix-up upstairs, the Angel is sent to investigate the rumors of the satanic plot, and even with the memory wipe, there's still a familiar feeling that is initially written off as one supernatural creature recognizing another. All the characteristics and appearance of your character are all yours, and I have a link to the band lore for anyone interested that isn't familiar with the band Ghost, though chances are you've heard them if you've used TikTok. Obviously, the real band is the brain child of a human dude who wanted to keep his identity secret so he wears a mask. I'll be using his character of Cardinal Copia and the in universe lore that was created around him and the band, to a degree, to make this a supernatural alternate universe. Even though I have this general idea, I'm hoping to work with a partner who will bounce their own ideas and suggestions back and forth to make this little story "ours".
