I don't mean D&D as in rolling dice and leveling up and all that, although if there is a DM out there who wants to run a campaign, hit me up :)
I just mean, high fantasy setting similar to Faerun with races, classes, etc. Basically D&D without the mechanics since I am no DM. I'll happily play though if a DM does reach out. I would like to approach this as if it were a D&D campaign though with building characters, backstories, classes, etc, having a session 0 and figuring out the setting as a group and how our characters might know each other or meet up and whatnot.

Not into smut, but open to intimate scenes if they are secondary to plot, enhance character development, and don't get in the way of storytelling at all.
I have been roleplaying for many years, but I have been struggling lately to find writing partners and get anything off the ground. My replies are typically 500-1500 words. Navigating the site to find what I am looking for is a huge obstacle for me, and I'm not very good at it. I am 100% willing to join someone else's rp if yours sounds like it fits what I'm looking for. In fact, letting someone else take the reigns and tell the story is my preference at this time, but I am always willing to collaborate and inject my own takes if that is desired.
