Hi there. I'll keep this short and sweet! So, I've been writing off and onfor over a decade now. I'd say my experience on different roleplaying platforms is pretty expansive; I've done almost everything. In years previous, I've written anything from historical, to modern, to dystopian. Now I tend to steer towards Medieval/Horror/High Fantasy. All three is a plus. Romance is important as well, and I'm mainly seeking other male OCs to interact with. Im into world building and plotting, and often times will utilize NPCs frequently to help push a narrative along and make it more dynamic. Group writing is fun, but I find is less reliable than 1x1. I am absolutely open to it, however.
I am a novella/ Multi-paragraph writer. Usually my responses consist of 600-2000 words. Please note that post size and frequency does get effected by my work. I don't expect you to match my length, but please at least try for 600+ words. Post frequency will vary week by week. I work a full-time creative job and have social obligations outside of this, so please be gentle if I have better weeks than others.
I have a rather high tolerance for gore/darker themes. Almost everything I've written has had some sort of horror element to it. Everything has its place, however, and just like smut I do not write gore for the fun of it. It's a moving device for the plot, nothing more. I write about 60% plot, 40% smut depending. As I stated, everything has its time and place. Almost all of my OC's are vers/switch. Im open to most mild kinks with rather typical limits but we can discuss.
All that aside, I prefer original content. No fandoms at all. I want to write comprehensive world building scenarios and even if an OC is inspired by an IP character, it needs to be 'original' in some way. I have all active characters posted in the 'Characters/Worlds' section (currently a WIP). Perfect setting would be medieval fantasy inspired, rife with monsters and the alike. I am open to any relationship dynamic (enemies to lovers, two on the run, unrequited love, etc.) As you can tell I'm only specific on the setting/time period and that its MxM. Other then that, I'm open to ideas when it comes to plot devices!
Communication is important. I understand that life can get in the way or that interest can feign, but please make these things clear.
