A quick rundown of me: I've been doing this for a good while and am always seeking to improve myself and have fun. I don't typically engage in smut and prefer to fade to black, but I don't mind romance if it's not the main focus of the plot and develops naturally through the course of the RP. My replies are usually 500-1500 words, but the less I'm given to work with the less I give in return, which isn't always a bad thing, just is what it is. I don't wanna get stuck in plot for too long and am fine with moving things along when and where necessary. I like to collaborate and I'm good with chatting OOC here or on discord. I'm not a fan of slice of life or settings that take place in our reality. Anything I may have forgotten or that you want to know feel free to ask. With all that out of the way, here are some ideas that came to me recently. Some basic premises to build off.
- young street urchins/treasure hunters - to be, seeking to prove their worth, stowaway aboard a ship embarking on some sort of expedition, get in way over their heads.
- young gods (or newborn gods), in a high or low fantasy setting where the pantheon had been extinguished a millennia ago leaving the inhabitants of the world godless and magic-less as magic slowly faded to nothing over the centuries, flicker into existence and reintroduce magic to the world, but they end up either choosing, or needing to incarnate themselves into the world as avatars either to mature as full blown deities, or accidentally, with no memories of their godhood.
- a sci-fi like/post apocalyptic setting taking place in the distant future. Upon reaching Mars, humanity discovered the fossilized bones of several humanoid species, brought them back to Earth, studied them, and eventually cloned them. Cloning technology experienced a boom in the aftermath of that endeavor's success, and we brought back many extinct species over the years. Now, hundreds of years later, humans are nowhere near the top of the food chain. There's beasts of old roaming the Earth, the Martian species are opposing forces that are superior to humans, there are hybrid Martian/humans that are also superior to humans but inferior to Martians, and humans are enslaved, killed, or eaten by at least one of the Martian species.
- a ship crash lands on an uncharted planet, only two people survive.
- Fairies kidnap twins from their crib one night, replacing them with Fae doppelgangers. We could either play the parents, the doppelgangers, or the twins once they've grown up in the land of the fairies.
- A Narnia inspired story where our characters somehow find themselves transported into another realm
