Introduction
I am back and searching after taking a longer break. Lately I had the creative bug that's been scratching my brain and I've been really wanting to do some writing. I'll keep this post pretty straight to the point and simple, as I am currently not having any particular plots in mind and only have a menagerie of characters I'm itching to play, but I can always make new ones in case we discuss some ideas that doesn't really suit any of my characters.
Types of writers and characters I'm seeking
Mainly I'm seeking to pair up against male characters, while I play female roles as I always like to include romantic content, but I'll get into that later on. Your gender is completely unimportant to me, what matters is that we hit it off and creatively match. But I'm also the type who includes multiple characters in my writing, as well.
I will be 30 soon, so I will prefer my partner to be more up in the age range, as well.
Writing
I seek partners with a similar style of writing to my own. My posts are usually multiple paragraphs to novella length long, as I like to get into detail. I love to get into character dynamics and character development. The more complex it becomes, the better.
Now, even if I do post pretty lengthy posts, I don't expect it to be as such for every post, as it takes away from some scenes. Maybe we'll have a few lines when characters are having a conversation or even a battle.
With that said, in writing I prefer quality and detail rather than just length. Things like world-building is always more than welcome, it only may slow the process for me, but if you have no issue with it, then we'll be good.
Here is my writing sample. I'd love to see yours too!
Activity
I am engaged, a cat mom with a full time job and also being a part-time housewife while trying to maintain my real life responsibilities. I have no set schedule for writing and sometimes my energy can be sapped a bit or I am just simply busy. My activity can easily vary, from multiple weekly posts to one post a week to maybe every other week. If I want to do a story with good quality, I will not force myself to do it when I'm not in the mood for it. This is a hobby, if I can't give you a juicy morsel because I'm too busy or having a rough day, I won't rip off the good writing experience from you. So I am seeking someone patient and understanding - as I am too. The greatest writers take hiatuses and breaks from writing their masterpieces. And we, the regular folk, will definitely have those moments too.
With that said, I'm RARELY active during the weekends. So if you don't hear from me during the weekends, don't worry, I'll get back to you on monday.
I'm ghost friendly. Like I mentioned earlier, this is a hobby. It's not that serious, despite being attached, sometimes some stuff are not meant to be. I'm cool with people who ghosted me and come back after a while. I don't take this shit personally.
Mature content
I don't like sugar-coating, fading to black or 'insinuate' anything. This goes for violence, erotica and profanity. I like raw experiences in writing.
That said, when it comes to NSFW stuff, I like to have it in the story BUT I don't want to center it around the story. The more slowburn, the better. I'm not looking for smut centered content. I'm looking for romance when it's appropriate in the story. Don't force anything.
Face claims
I like to use then and I'd love for you to use them as well. I just don't like anime/manga-esque faceclaims. I prefer real life references or realistic art. I also like to use images from time to time as well for outfits, environment, music that might set the scene etc.
Maturity
The subtitle should speak for itself. If you don't know what I mean by this, we probably won't mesh well.
Genres I'm interested in
Like mentioned earlier, I like my stories with romance in it. It can be toxic and unhealthy, it can be forbidden, it can be soul crushing and tragic, it can be heartwarming and precious, it doesn't matter. I just like romance and I LOVE well-written romance.
I love medieval and modern (low to mid) fantasy, supernatural though mostly for modern settings, interesting slice of life stories, crime, horror. I love messiness, intrigue and complex characters/situations.
Sci-fi and cyberpunk is a mixed bag for me. I'll always lean into cyberpunk more that is reflective of Final Fantasy 7, but there needs to be a good plot for me to care about these settings. In a world of Star Wars and LoTR fans, I had always been the LoTR gal.
Also always had a thing for inhuman races, especially males. Don't ask me why because I can't answer.
If we ever do slice of life stuff, I like to incorporate interesting scenarios that we as normal people would not indulge in our day to day lives. I love a bit of 90s and y2k cheesiness as well.
Fandoms
I like playing in both original and fandom worlds and take from the mentioned stories.
The first column is for fandoms I definitely love to roleplay in, the second column is there for my potential partners to get the idea what I like story-vise.
I will never play a canon character as a main character, but sometimes I will play canon characters as side characters for our roleplay, but only certain characters. If you like playing canons, be my guest! It's not necessary for me, though.
There's more, but can't think of everything now, maybe that's the point.
Characters
These are pulled from my menagerie. They're not all the characters I have, just a few I feel most playing now, like I had mentioned earlier, I would have no problem with making new characters.
Genre: Medieval fantasy
Inspired by Targaryens and Melisandre from GoT, she's either a dragon sorceress or member of royalty with a complicated background and similar traits to the Targaryens with some fire magic affinities that have yet to be unlocked.
Very fiery (pun intended) personality, incredibly brave and outspoken, will do the right thing, no matter what.
Genre: Modern, slice of life or supernatural, as well as crime. Can be incorporated in VtM
Goth bombshell, messy and has a tendency to be around... Interesting people.
She is a social butterfly, absolute party animal and a woman with a lot of vices. Incredibly fun to play with and flexible.
Genre: Medieval fantasy, intrigue, pirates
An elusive character who is a well-known assassin with a hidden and important identity. A seductive killer. In some installments she is a pirate, as well. Never takes her mask off and uses a fake name. Another fun and messy character.
Genre: Medieval fantasy, mostly intrigue
A very serious, responsible noblewoman who would make her hands dirty if it takes for her to finish what she needs to do. She is cold and rigid, but only because the weight of her family's name had fallen on her and she is a no-nonsense character that needs a little break.
Genre: Vampire the Masquerade
Don't let her looks fool you - she's a manipulative woman who finds all things dark and monstrous captivating and beautiful. She is a Toreador actress in Hollywood, her role in Camarilla mostly used to use her presence to avert mortals' attention from any happenings to her. She is delightful, charismatic and magnetic, like all Toreadors are, but her desires would be harmful. She is bored to death - and a bored Toreador means there might be a disaster around the corner...
Conclusion
If any of this resonates with you and you think we'd make good partners, I would love to discuss plots with you! I'm greasing my creative gears and would love to drench myself in a long-term roleplay.

- Final Fantasy 7, especially Crisis Core (I'm team Angeal, would die for that man) still hadn't played reunion or remake, waiting until everything is out so I can play it all
- Dragon Age (except Veilguard)
- World of Darkness (Naturally Vampire the Masquerade is my bread and butter) but I'm knowledgeable of other lores as I have been a part of a big WoD tabletop group and had characters in all of them, and had been a storyteller for VtM (I prefer older versions and I like to play it in modern setting, America)
- Game of Thrones (did not watch HoTD nor do I plan to, GoT took enough from me and I'm jaded with this universe in media)
- Shin Megami Tensei: Nocturne (underappreciated gem)
- D&D (never played the tabletop, but familiar with it, did some freeform roleplays for it)
- WoW (I'm a classic WoW player, Horde leaning)
- Skyrim
- Lord of the Rings
- Peaky Blinders
- Borderlands
- Black Sails (If you did not watch this show, and you love pirates, stop what you're doing and watch it now)
- Vikings
- Final Fantasy 8, 9, 10, 10-2, 12
- Rogue Galaxy
- Mad Max: Fury road
- Atlantis: The Lost Empire
- Anastasia
- Goth classics like The Craft, Addams family, Interview with the Vampire, Queen of the Damned (that soundtrack tho)
There's more, but can't think of everything now, maybe that's the point.
