The following sections are broken up into spoilers. If you like any plots or my writing style in general, please feel free to PM me. Any plot ideas are open to modification. Thank you for reading!
Please note that I have many more plots coming, but this was all typed because I woke up early, and so I have to go attend pesky responsibilities.

About Me
Hi! My username is Swoneus, but my real name is John. While quite boring and basic, you can call me either, or just about anything you feel like. I'm 23 years old, and in two months will be 24. I recently took the plunge less than a year ago to move an hour and a half away from home and start a life on my own. Having responsibilities keeps me very busy. I attend the gym upwards of three times a week and invest thirty minutes a day into learning Brazilian Portuguese My interests are history, writing, rainy weather, and Dunkin Donuts really. I occasionally play Xbox with my friends, but it's a much harder thing to make time for now. If you want my gamertag, you can ask. Other than that I do play Old School Runescape on mobile on days that work is super slow.
I've been writing for roughly around seven years now, taking breaks during that time, and switching between different kinds of forums and alternative places to write. I even wrote on docs for some time, which opened my horizons quite a bit. Although I have overall experience in writing my strong areas are in low and high fantasy, slice of life settings, modern fantasy, and original worlds. I'm very open to writing a time piece, but it would be something new for me entirely.
You can expect anywhere from two to three paragraphs from me in any given post, more if the post is important to the story or an introductory post. I do not hold a huge preference as to if my partner matches me or writes more or less. So long as you are happy with your quality, that's generally what matters to me.
In writing the most important part to me are the characters, and that their development tells a good story. If our characters just end up not getting along I don't necessarily see that as a bad thing, it leaves plenty of opportunity in a story. Likewise, if your character absolutely hates mine I won't take that as a personal thing. I place characters, and their development at the highest point of my priorities.
Beyond that, comes mature content. I'm absolutely down to do it, but it isn't generally my priority in writing. I have some small kinks, but really I'm just a vanilla plus at best. So if you need someone with big kinks, I'm really probably not the partner for you. I'm very open to try anything, but just know that you'll be asking someone who probably has never written any given kink before. On that note, I generally write males. If I'm writing a female for anything, I won't write any adult content. It just doesn't come off right if I'm not writing a male.
I try to post once a day, but often that doesn't happen. Monday and Wednesday are my two good days where I can go back and forth on my threads for a good few hours. Again, I'll do my best to fill your needs, but I can't promise a post per day.

I honestly don't expect a lot from a partner. The biggest thing I would ask is that if you lose interest please just be upfront with me about it. I'm an adult, I won't throw a fit. But having only so many open slots to vary my time into writing, having a slot in limbo and exchanging a PM once every couple weeks just makes me keep a slot closed when you potentially don't have any interest. I won't feel bad if you lose interest or don't want to write, but I do expect to get that in a straight answer.
I'd like two replies a week at least, but I can live with one. If you just can't do a reply for a week, even a month, that's perfectly okay. Life is life, and it can be busy and stressful. Keep me up to date when you have time if you won't be posting, and I'll be perfectly happy with that.
Otherwise, all I'm left with is post length and quality. I don't need novella posts, but a paragraph would be nice so that I have character reactions and dialogue to react to. I'm not a grammar nazi, but I do want to be able to know what you are conveying to me in a post. Especially to people who don't speak English as their native language, mistakes are perfectly fine, so long as I can tell what you are saying and I know you're putting effort in.
Thank you for reading, hope to hear from you soon!

Plot Ideas
Two adventurers in a fantasy setting (high or low) meet in the inn of a secluded town. After some light conversation they discover that both of them are headed to the same dungeon. What neither know about the other is that they're both in search of the same artifact: A glass shard that can will someone back to life. But only once. Will the two unite to gain the artifact together, or will they turn on one another to get what they want?
This thread would vastly be about just the two characters, leaving behind most populated settings in favor of a dangerous one in form of a dungeon. There's tons of room for character development, so I don't want to put restrictions on anything. You can pick your characters motivations and depending on the partners, I'll also tailor a specific character with his own goals in mind for this.

During a time of large prejudice in a continent of several kingdoms, a kingdom favoring diversity is caught staging an attack on a kingdom that allows only humans to live there. Although the attack was false, tensions rise far too high between the two, and war is declared. Both kingdoms begin calling on allies across the land to either stand with them or be a casualty of war. Can anything be done to end this before utter genocide is carried out?
This thread would massively be varied depending on my partner. Whether we would play important people withing the kingdoms or armies, or total strangers to them that take a stake in this war, this would be a very politically charged roleplay in many ways, staking issues in which no one wins. This one would require a lot of world building, and I imagine it would be a high fantasy world.

They say that the four horsemen of the apocalypse are Pestilence, War, Famine, and Death. To some it is a deep religiously rooted belief, to others it's a metaphor for the four most dangerous threats to the survival of humankind. Whether lost in translation or never taken seriously to begin with, these four disastrous entities make a return to Earth only to quite literally be humanoid horsemen who leave mankind genocidal levels of destruction in their wake.
From the ashes of the cities and towns they level rise up the flesh of those killed, but not like your typical zombie story. The flesh of the dead quite literally fester together, leaving disturbing reformed sacks of flesh to rise and move, hardly even humanoid. Their senses entirely gone and replaced with the hive-mind instinct to assist the horsemen in destroying all living beings entirely.
This setting really could work in any time setting or realism setting. There would probably be a fair bit less romance or smut in this one compared to other threads, as the nature would be more dark than others.

When the people of a well established kingdom grow tired of their poor treatment and conditioned they begin hosting protests and riots against their king. Of course, their demonstrations are met with staggering action from the crown, and in cities across the kingdom tensions begin to get high between government and civilian. One day in the capital of the kingdom a protest is met with violence, and the people of the protest fight back. Many people are killed quickly, and someone of the royal guard is separated from their unit. Being found by a member of the protest, the soldier comes to learn that the crown has been more cruel than they realized.
I leave the pronouns here vague because I wouldn't mind playing either role, I think the room for growth on both ends is as large as we let it be, not to mention the contrast of the roles is high with both still playing extremely important parts of the story. This story would likely lead into a higher revolution against the kingdom, but I'm perfectly happy feeling it out with a partner.

As if a call from the heavens came down, there have been wild rumors of a passage to the Underworld being uncovered underneath a settlement. People from across the world have come to see it, whether for scholarly reasons, curiosity, to find treasures, or even to try to bring loved ones back. Most turn back before delving too deep, as no one has ever returned from the tunnel. The real question is, is whatever you wish to find worth seeking out the terrors of hell?
This thread will most likely perceive the underworld in a mythological view, as I find that more tasteful. I'm open to discussion though, as to which mythology if any at all. I'd like to explore psychological effects more than just fire and ghosts, like having visions of loved ones and feeling a burden of having your soul still within you while in the underworld.

A prospering continent is taken aback when a ship docks on their shores made from wood they've never seen and bearing a strange flag. The ship is approached cautiously, and shatters the news that there is another continent with more kingdoms, to which the natives of the continent find skeptical. A member of the ship is forced to be a makeshift ambassador to prevent conflict from rising. The problem is, they're now to be brought to the highest royal power of the land to explain themselves.
This thread would likely be more lighthearted than some other plots, though has the potential to reach serious issues. I'm very open to the idea of the ship being a different humanoid than the humanoids living within the kingdom, if that's your cup of tea.
