Hello! I am Napalm Graffiti. I'm relatively new here, and this might be my first post. I have 18 ish years of RP experience with several long breaks throughout. Disclaimer: I can be bit of a snob when it comes to writing. I have little tolerance for low quality and low effort, both of which will extinguish my interest in continuing fairly quickly. I am reasonable though. We all have our bad days, and that's understandable and totally fine. It's when it becomes the norm, and higher quality posts are rare, that I tend to check out. Quality trumps quantity any day in my book, but I do enjoy long well thought out posts that really shines a light on the effort made. I will always do my best to reciprocate as far as length goes, at the very least anyway. I can't write 5+ paragraphs in response to 1, well... maybe I can but I won't. Your effort = my effort. I learned a long time ago not to burn myself out if I'm not really getting anything out of it.
Whew! Sorry about that, just needs to be said. I understand that'll turn some people off, and that's kind of the point. Moving on :) Not too long ago I lost everything. Anything I had written online disappeared with the servers, and everything I had written offline was lost. So I've taken my time returning to the world of writing. Fantasy (of every variety), scifi, horror, and slice of life mutating into any of those other genres, are my interests. I don't mind some romance, but I'm not into smut, and I don't like focusing too heavily on the romantic aspects in storytelling unless it serves the greater plot of the story somehow.
A random idea that recently popped into my head was an RP inspired by games like Little Nightmares, Bramble: The Mountain King, and Reanimal. Like fun little horror adventure stories could be fun. Obviously, per site rules, the characters would not be children in these RP's or any other. I'm open to fandom RP's, but it depends on what fandom, and how knowledgeable I am of the source material, or to what extent that source material is to be respected. So that depends.
I'm open to all kinds of tropes and matchups, but I probably won't base my character strictly on a romantic character dynamic. I need story. So long as that's present, and the quality is good, I'm here for it. So with all that being said, I'm hoping to find appropriate writing partners. If any of that resonated with you, let's talk :)
