[The Creator]
I'm a 40 year old man from The Netherlands. I've been a creator and writer all my life. I write stories where the world feels real and lived-in, where the consequences are real, and characters have distinct heart and soul. I seek a partner who can match this, and build something together with.
I write exclusively in third person, past tense. I favor a multi-paragraph approach, typically landing between 3-5 paragraphs per post. However, I prioritize the needs of the narrative over abitrary word count. I value a punchy, impactful exchange during high-action or dialogue just as much as a descriptive slower-paced exploration of the world.
I find that 2-3 quality posts per week is a sustainable pace for maintaining a long-term story. That said, I understand that life happens. Work, health, and family come first. As long as we keep the lines of communication open, I am very flexble with delays.
[What I Bring To The Table]
I have a massive roster of detailed characters, and always enjoy creating more if it fits the story, or when I feel like exploring a new character or concept. These characters have their own goals, flaws, and histories, that I play with consistency. I expect a partner who can react to the characters' agency.
I am a worldbuilder, and I expect a partner who is willing and able to add to our shared world, rather than simply observing it.
I'm capable of playing one or multiple characters, whether main or side/background characters. I find multi-character dynamics greatly satisfying, though I enjoy the more focused interaction of two characters too. They are not mutually exclusive.
I'm flexible in terms of genre, setting, themes, and worlds (more on that below).
[Collaboration]
To ensure we match frequencies and style, I employ the 5-Post Trial System. It works as follows:
1. The introduction where we set up a scene and begin. It is customary for the one approaching me to make the first post.
2. At the 5th post, we evaluate the collaboration so far, to see if our styles match and enjoyment is present.
3. If the answer to point 2 is "yes", we continue. If the answer is "no", I suggest we shake hands and close the thread/DM. I value my creative time and yours. No hard feelings, no drama.
I enjoy out-of-character plotting and brainstorming to keep the story's momentum alive, though I prefer to keep our initial interactions and the trial period here on the forums.
I am open to including erotic elements into my stories, however, I do have a few firm guidelines to ensure the collaboration remains respectful.
For narrative stories, intimacy should be a natural progression of the chemistry between characters, not a quick fix.
For more smut-focused stories, intimacy should follow a proper build-up that eventually leads to the scene.
[Expectations & Boundaries]
I value quality over quantity. I understand storytelling is ebb and flow; sometimes, a long description is necessary. Other times, a shorter, more direct description serves the scene better. Example: If two characters are having a conversation over lunch, and the café has already been thoroughly described, focusing on details not pertaining to the dialogue, just to match a word count, is not necessary.
I want a co-author who contributes to the plot, rather than someone who's essentially watching a TV show.
Respect for character autonomy is non-negotiable. e.g. No God-Moding. I also value open, adult communication; if the story needs to shift, a question or clarification needs to be asked, or a boundary needs to be set, I expect us to discuss it like peers.
In terms of erotic roleplay, I value safety and consent. We will discuss these specific interests and what to avoid privately before they ever appear in the story. I prefer a partner who can communicate out-of-character to ensure we are both comfortable and inspired.
I never force interactions. Rather, I look for a dynamic where both characters have full agency and any heat comes from a mutual, creative spark.
[Worlds, IPs & Settings]
I'm flexible and I enjoy a wide variety of established universes, as well as original settings. Here's a small selection of things I enjoy diving into:
RPG/Sci-Fi: Mass Effect, Dragon Age, Star Trek, Forgotten Realms, Final Fantasy (IV, VI, VII, VIII, IX, X, X-2, Tactics), Suikoden
Character-Driven/Emotional: Undertale/Deltarune, Persona, Aggretsuko
Feral/Anthro-Centric: Pokémon, Digimon, Palworld, The Lion King/Guard, My Little Pony: Friendship Is Magic, Littlest Pet Shop (2012)/A World Of Our Own, 101 Dalmatian Street
Horror, Paranormal & Mystery: Paranormal Investigation, Ravenloft, Grounded
These are just examples. I'm more than willing to explore the original worlds you provide, or even a fusion of concepts. If it has heart, soul, and depth, I'm interested.
[Roleplay/Writing Starting Suggestions]
Here are several suggestions we could start with. If you have your own ideas, worlds and characters, feel free to add or suggest them.
[Contacting]
If you're looking for a soulful story with a partner who cares about the writing and the collaboration, send me a DM on the forums. Let’s talk about the world we want to build.
Please come to me with at least a basic hook or a character idea, whether or not you use my suggestions. I am not interested in being the sole plot-driver.
