Hello to all, you can call me SilentVoice for now, I suppose, though nicknames are welcome.

I don't really know what to say about me. I'm here exploring RP sites and this one was suggested. I love to write, and most days I have plenty of time to do so. I can do most anything, but I prefer Fantasy. Dystopian is also interesting, as is anything in another timeline, or Sci-fy. Really, I'm more about plot and characters than genre. I like to push the envelope sometimes, but only sometimes. Usually, I like to play it safe rather than go into anything graphic in any subject. That said, I think I'm pretty good at fight scenes, and I am all about research and getting stuff as accurate as I can.

So, anyway, that's me, I'm just me, awkward, strange, and unsure of myself, and all about the story. Happy trails. :)

What kind of fight scenes? Usually hand to hand or sword-type combat. My skills are a little short in the gun area, but I love a good hand to hand. I don't have the physical ability to do a lot of it, myself, though I would give a lot to be able to, but I make up for it by using friends or family members as "dummies" to stand in while I work it out in slow-mo and figure out, "If I do this, then you would respond like so, and gravity would pull you this way..." I've done it since I was young, and my mother would usually be my tester. She wouldn't even question if I'd randomly walk into the room, have her go through a couple of motions, then walk out with a, "Thanks, Mom!" So, yes, hand to hand and medieval weaponry are my forte.
 
Fight scenes! Fight scenes are hard for me. I think that I can describe them just fine, but I don't make them fun to read. I do martial arts so I'm familiar with what to write, but everything I write comes out clinical.
