MEET SOCIAL
.
Hello! My name is Social or Soc, and I am currently looking for a couple of 1x1s! I am in my 20s, use she/her pronouns, and am queer. I am on US Central time, so we may miss each other depending on how my insomnia is doing! While I am very active online, that does not mean I will be able to write a reply every day, multiple times a day. I can be very flexible and understand that schedules don't always allow for constant or regular posts! That's okay, just keep me in the loop.

If I am feeling very inspired, I may be able to write a reply multiple times a day, but mostly I will do one or two replies per week with moderate inspiration. I am a detailed/advanced writer, so I average around 600 - 700 words per individual reply and would prefer it if my partner were able to come close to matching that! Romance is a must for me and is a primary focus for the characters, though not the only focus, of course. I usually prefer to double, but it is not mandatory. I do love OOC stuff, I tend to be very active there with HCs, playlists, moodboards, etc.

When it comes to characters, I am more than happy to make OCs or play certain canon characters! Please let me know what your preference is, and we can go from there! I can also be open to canon x oc! I do have certain canon ships for each fandom, and I will list those. I would also love to do oc x oc in the fandom settings! If you have any plots you have come up with, feel free to send them my way! I will list out my fandoms and what I am interested in alongside pairings and prompts! Please PM if interested!

• 18+ only!
• Detailed/Advanced! This means I expect a minimum of 600+ words per in-character post!
• Romance is a must!
• I will only play certain canon characters and certain canon character ships!
• Realistic face claims only unless the fandom is animated! (I prefer not to use Ai)
• I prefer doubling, but it isn't required
• I will play a male character if we double!
• I am ghost-friendly unless we have completed character sheets or have started the roleplay. Then I expect you to let me know if you are no longer interested
• I will do at least one reply a week unless otherwise notified!
• LGBTQ+ friendly
• I will make lore changes for certain characters, which I can expand upon!
• I am open to doing AUs
• I only write in third-person
• My female characters generally are switches/subs/bottoms
• If you don't like my character(s) or writing choice, TELL ME! I'm not afraid of having characters fight and disagree but if it offends/upsets you, just let me know and I'll rewrite it!
• Here is my F-List

LIMITS
• All smut no plot
• Excessive gore
• SA (I'm okay with it if there's a plot reason, but if it's just for funsies, I'm not really down for it)
• Godmodding
• Mary sues/Gary sues
• Excessive torture (this can apply physically or emotionally. If there's no plot reason for it I don't like continuous suffering for characters)
• Excessive slow burn (I'm totally okay with slow burn but if we're on page 3 and they haven't even touched hands, I start getting a little impatient)

NOTE: Any ship with '***' means I want that ship the most!

Prompts
✦ Muse A is from the [blank] clan, which has been fighting against the [blank] clan for years. There is little knowledge about why the two clans have been at war, but it has caused tensions to rise and alliances difficult to form. Muse B is from the opposing clan and by chance or fate, they have come face to face with their supposed enemy, Muse A. Despite the fact they should've killed each other, it seems as if Eywa herself has stayed both of their blades. Now allies, the two must unite and find a way to end the war of clans before it is too late.

✦ Displaced from their home for one reason or another, Muse B has sought refuge among a different clan, hoping to become one of them and once again belong to a Na'vi clan. There they are introduced to Muse A, who must be their mentor and look out for them until they can pass the Rite of Passage and be accepted as one of the People.

✦ An Avatar has no right to live among the Na'vi and to try and become one of them but Muse A is determined and wants to help mend the fences between human and Na'vi relations. They have been living and training among the people of the [blank] clan and have been experiencing many amazing things. However, Muse B isn't entirely sold on them, though their heart is beginning to warm to the idea. (basically the first movie but potentially without reaching out for the wrong reasons)

✦ The RDA has burned and destroyed acres of forest, poisoning clan territory and Pandora itself. Muse B paired up with Muse A to put a stop to it once and for all. Under the safety of the night and secrets, they carry out their missions, hoping to help cleanse the forest and push the Sky People out once and for all.

✦ An arranged marriage for the convenience of the clan. Muse A and Muse B were both chosen to lead the clan to the future, against all possible danger, and yet they feel no love for each other! It's hard to fall in love with the person your parents are pushing you to marry. Now they must find a way to reach common ground before their marriage and before they ascend to become the new leaders of the People.

✦ Muse B was taken by the RDA as a child, their clan was killed and pushed back so that the Sky People could train Na'vi soldiers that could infiltrate the Na'vi without worry. However, the TAP program has since been shut down by the resistance and now, years later, they are having to find their place in Pandora and among the Na'vi. Searching for their clan or any clan that will take them into their arms, they meet Muse A, a Na'vi who doesn't hesitate to help mentor and watch out for this stumbling Na'vi.

✦ After the Sky People's war left Pandora burned and bleeding, many clans were displaced, killed, and lost. But the [blank] clan is a safe haven for those without a place to call home. This clan seeks to unite the People, despite any and all differences, and make the clan strong once again.

✦ Due to the RDA practically wiping out these two clans, they have joined together to form a new clan, one that is stronger and is able to fight back against the Sky People. This may be difficult as they could not be more opposite of each other if they tried. But they must learn to come together in order to survive or risk their people being wiped away for good.

✦ This clan has long since seemed to disappear, from the first time the RDA came to Pandora. Now, years later, a scouting Na'vi (or Avatar even) discovered this long-forgotten clan. Eager to help them reconnect to Pandora and the other Na'vi, they discover that this clan is content to stay hidden and out of harm's way.

✦ A story before the RDA came, during a time when maybe clans were at war or potentially just at peace. Could be a nice slow plot!

✦ Possibly just a retelling or rp of the movie plots

✦ The RDA took several Na'vi children from various clans captive and intends to put them through the TAP program and turn them into soldiers for the RDA. But Muse A and Muse B won't stand for it. Two Na'vi from separate (or same) clans come together in order to track down the RDA holding the Na'vi children where they will liberate them and bring them back home.

✦ A member of the Sarentu clan, Muse B often enjoyed visiting Muse A's clan, finding their skills and stories to be quite interesting and entertaining. But after the RDA wiped out the Sarentu clan, they were unable to see Muse A or anyone else again. Going into hiding, Muse B managed to escape the RDA and has been looking for sanctuary within another clan. Luck was on their side as they stumbled upon Muse A out in the forest one day.

✦ A prophecy from the clan's Tsahìk spoke of death and destruction of the People if a child with demon blood was born into their midst. Fear plagued the Na'vi as they held their breath each time a child was born, eagerly checking to make sure there was no demon blood present. That is until Muse A was born. A child containing demon blood, they were hurriedly cast out of the clan before Eywa gave her punishment to the clan. A newborn abandoned in the dangerous wilderness of Pandora, they were found by another Na'vi who brought them home and raised them as their child. An outcast raising an outcast, the two lived away from the clans and survived on their own. Years passed and Muse A was raised to adulthood, taught to be wary of the clans and the Sky People. But what happens when they stumble upon Muse B a Na'vi from a clan, gathering goods from the forest?

✦ Muse B has been having dreams for months of a strange Na'vi they have never seen before. They meet in different places within Pandora and seem to share a connection that Eywa herself has fostered. They think that perhaps they are Eywa herself, or maybe just a figment of their imagination during sleep, but in fact, it is a real Na'vi/Avatar named Muse A. Coincidentally, Muse A has been dreaming about Muse B as well. By fate, they encounter each other and from there they have to decide if they want to follow fate or do what is right...

✦ After the Pandoran War, the RDA and most of the humans left, only a few staying behind to help repair Pandora and assist the Na'vi clans. In that group of individuals, there was Muse B, an Avatar driver who is skilled in science and botany, making them the ideal person for the RDA to hire. However, they did not agree with the RDA's morals and have since dedicated themselves to helping better Pandora. Now they are good with science but fighting the dangers that Pandora brings? Not so much. So they team up with Muse A, someone experienced in battle and knows the layout of Pandora like the back of their hands. Since they spend a lot of time out in the forest together, it's not surprising that they were among the first to discover something that could lead to another war. (Muse A could be Na'vi or an Avatar!)

✦ Muse A, a scientist who was among the first to fuse with their Avatar body, has been making use of their talents to assist the resistance on Pandora after the RDA left. They have been traveling around Pandora, studying life that has been undocumented and possesses potential value to the RDA, therefore needing to be protected. During one of these trips, they encounter Muse B, a Na'vi who was said to come from a clan that had been long since erased from Pandora. Two creatures with uncertain futures, their alliance is the one thing that can protect this newly discovered resource from the threat of the RDA.

✦ Muse B, a Na'vi who has been actively fighting against the RDA, ends up biting off more than they can chew when they try and shut down an RDA outpost. But before they are taken care of by the RDA, an Avatar comes out and hides them, keeping them safe and delivering them back to the forest. Muse A, though they wear the uniform of the RDA, does not want to harm Pandora, but they are forced to work for them. An unlikely meeting and even more unlikely relationship, the two seek to mend the bonds that were once shared between their people before the RDA became violent.

✦ A time before the RDA arrived, a time of peace and tranquility, Muse A and Muse B were young and in love, desperate to be mated and intertwined for life. But when the Sky People came and destroyed much of their clan, the young lovers were separated before they could bind themselves to each other. Now many years later, they meet again by chance, and all those memories come flooding back. Is it too late? Has it been too long? Are the scars too deep? Or does their love and devotion remain, even after all this time?

✦ Muse A and Muse B knew each other on Earth, back when they were children. They came from a small town where nothing happened. But as the wars kicked up and drafts began, Muse A declared that they would fight for freedom and left, only taking a promise to come back to Muse B with them. But years passed and honestly, the two rarely thought of each other. But what were the odds that they would both end up on Pandora and working in the Avatar program? Reuniting in the same team, it's weird to see someone you liked in your childhood. But both are very different. Muse A, hardened by war and death, seems to have lost a spark for innocence and warm things. Muse B, having allowed that spark to flourish, tends to see the good in everything.

✦ The breaking of Pandora has been predicted and seen in visions from various clan leaders though there was never an answer, there was only a future of doom and ash. But as time passed by, worry about the visions coming to fruition waned as they were no longer seen by those who could connect to Eywa. Peace and tranquility washed across Pandora, a fake sense of security that nobody dared to question. And then it happened. A great fire that tore apart the land, leaving behind nothing but death. Visions and prophecies came back to the Na'vi as they attempted to seek guidance on what to do. The images of Muse A and Muse B came to mind in one clan and they regrettably gave this daunting task to the Na'vi. They were the future of all Pandora and needed to be successful. But who knows if such a thing is too much for them to carry. (This prompt basically is telling the doom of Pandora by undiscovered places (ie. such as volcanoes) that are currently unstable and have to be basically helped in order to keep the planet from imploding. Whether these are natural or caused by the Sky People is up to us. This prompt also easily hosts 4 main characters so doubling fits in great here!)

✦ The Sarentu, a clan that was pushed to the brink of extinction, has now come back, slowly piecing together the lost memories of their people. Traveling across Pandora as their ancestors did, these Na'vi are eagerly connected with others and learning the truth behind their clan's disappearance and their role in this world. They encounter many Na'vi with similar backgrounds, some who are the only remaining survivors. So they take them in. They now bear the mark of the Sarentu. Together they will rebuild their clan and once again, be the bridge between all Na'vi on Pandora. (Essentially a plot following the end of the ending of Frontiers of Pandora! You do not have to have played the game in order to use this plot!)

✦ The tulkun are sacred creatures to the Metkayina clan who reside on the Eastern ocean shores of Pandora. But when the Sky People began to hunt them down and kill them, those deep and ancient relationships were destroyed and polluted. But two young Na'vi, Muse A and Muse B, decided they had enough of it. Determined to protect the tulkun from these poachers, they have set out to destroy their freighters and help these creatures escape and no longer live in fear. They go in secret, in the cover of darkness, risking their lives for the future of their spirit brothers and sisters.

✦ Suddenly becoming the Tsahìk and Olo'eyktan is a big responsibility that neither Muse A or Muse B were prepared for. For some reason, they had the childish mindset that their leaders would never pass and they would forever stay in waiting, never assuming these roles within the clan. But now it is here and they must take an oath to their people and to Eywa. Their relationship must develop from begrudging friends to a united front of the clan and lead them to safety amid the turmoil caused by the Sky People.

✦ An Avatar who was part of the Avatar Program to unite humans and Na'vi, Muse B was quite close with those in [blank] clan. However, the Pandoran war forced them to be pushed from the clan as the People rejected them and said they were never to return to their home. Muse A, their lover seemed to share this feeling due to the death and destruction that had filled their world at the hands of the people who brought Muse B to them. Years have passed since the end of the war and by chance, Muse A and Muse B reunite. Things are tense, enemies but lovers from a distant past, will they be able to overcome the pain and suffering they have both faced at the hands of the RDA?

✦ A Na'vi from [blank] clan has set out in order to form their own, seeking like-minded Na'vi that would travel and become a new clan that can unite and assist those on Pandora. They speak of adventure and community, and to those displaced and perhaps unwanted by their own clans, it seems like a perfect place to call home. (This could potentially be the founding of the Sarentu Clan as Entu came from the Omatikaya Clan and left to build his own clan. Or really we could choose any underdeveloped clan in the franchise!)

Plots
• Retelling of the Dance of the Dragons. It can include Canon or OCs, or both. It could be told from either Team Green or Team Black POV, depending on what direction we want to go.

• Marrying a king is never an easy feat, especially when one has to become the new queen-consort. Navigating this new marriage and relationship, the two must find a way to show a united front to the realm while keeping the secrets and plots hidden behind a closed door.

• An arranged marriage ending in tragedy. Muse A's younger sister was marrying a prince from another kingdom, when all of a sudden, the wedding party was attacked by those who were meant to be the royal guards of the prince. Muse A's sister and her husband were killed, causing great outrage within the kingdom. Who within the realm would plot such a thing? Was it from the neighboring kingdom? Or was it from someone within the Red Keep itself? Muse A and Muse B decide to team up in order to find out what happened and exact their revenge.

• They must marry to prevent a war. Both Muse A and Muse B are the answer to their kingdom's problems, but what happens when war breaks out anyway? Who will they side with?

• A runaway noble, they are currently fearing for their life as they are being tracked down by the usurpers. There, they meet Muse B, someone who does not know who they are but is willing to help them escape a grim fate.

• To end a war before it begins, the current Heir of the Iron Throne must marry the child of their enemy. Will they do this for the betterment of the realm? Or will they allow it to fall to fire and ash as war is sure to swiftly follow?

• Muse B is a guard of the royal Muse A and has been for years. They have seen the struggles that they have encountered while juggling the weight of upholding the future of their kingdom. Neither meant for it to happen but they found themselves falling helplessly in love in the shadows, passing glances and stolen touches, they have been living in secret for a long time. Both were content and understood the risks. But now, Muse A is engaged to Muse C and will be marrying them within a few months. It seems as if someone on the council suspects them of a secret relationship and is trying to flush it out. Will they break under this pressure? Or will they find a way to be together, regardless of these risks?

• A dreamer since birth, Muse B has seen unclear visions about a stranger, who will meet them and be an ally in a large war. What they never expected was for Muse A to be this person and to be their current enemy.

• A roleplay focusing on the time before Rhaenyra was born during the youth of characters such as Daemon, Rhaenys, Viserys, etc. Spice things up lore-wise and add in some battles and things of that sort!

• A roleplay set in a time where Rhaenyra was able to ascend the throne and she puts the Targaryens into a Golden Age. This would focus on the many new dragons and new Targaryens, going on new conquests to expand their rule to Essos so that they may go back to their birthplace and rebuild it. This would be very interesting as it could include various possible storylines and characters!!

Plots

𝐒𝐭𝐚𝐫𝐬 𝐚𝐧𝐝 𝐁𝐮𝐭𝐭𝐞𝐫𝐟𝐥𝐢𝐞𝐬
"Get those corsets laced tighter, ladies, for tonight is all about first impressions. You are being presented to every single eligible bachelor in England and your only purpose is to catch their attention. Shoulders back, chin up, don't let a single hair fall out of place. We don't have time for silly things such as flowers in our hair or a new style of dress, we have to stick with tradition. You are to stay with your chaperone all evening, only leaving them when you are dancing with a gentleman. If I see as much as one of you sneaking off to cause nothing short of a scandal, rest assured that you will never again be able to show your face in society again."

Every girl dreams about debuting in society and receiving various gifts and glorious bouquets from handsome men as they try to win their hand in marriage. Why it's the only thing that these women can hope to do! They were trained to secure a wealthy husband and bear an heir to his title and land. They are expected to do it all while the men bring in wealth and enjoy the fruits of their labor in the shape of their children. Honestly, it's quite the spectacle. However, there is a proper order to these things, one cannot just stumble upon a wealthy Duke or Lord on the street and expect to marry them. No no, as a lady you must meet your future husband during the season, as only the most respectable bachelors and ladies will be present. Of course, debuting in society and participating in the season is a very romantic thing to think about, but it is a lot more difficult than anyone will ever let on.

The social season has just begun, and various mothers are using this as an excuse to present their daughters to society, naturally causing quite a buzz among the various high-class families. Quite a few participants in this year's season are unexpected and certainly scandalous. A painfully single Duke is said to be appearing to select a wife, while there are whispers that a baron's daughter has eloped with a poor farmer, and now her younger sister is taking her place in society. There are rumors about secret love affairs and those who are only looking to swindle people out of their money. It is nothing short of fabulous in the eyes of high society, but it is perfectly dreadful for everyone who is involved. Family names and reputations may be dragged through the mud, things may come out that could ruin the chances of ever getting married, and possibly, the thought of running away and escaping it all might become too overwhelming for anyone to ignore. All we can say is good luck, and please try to have an enjoyable season this year.
𝐑𝐞𝐝𝐞𝐦𝐩𝐭𝐢𝐨𝐧
The scent of gunpowder filled your nose, the coolness of steel and wood held tightly between steady fingers. You can see cowering figures in the veil of steam and smoke, the clinking of coins and jewelry getting dropped into cream-colored bags. Your gaze is hardened from years of this life, the bandana around your face has been soaked in blood, sweat, and tears from previous robberies. You know how it goes, you all do. You work like the machine you have currently taken over, not a hair out of place. The law is far from this area, nothing can go wrong, and it is all going according to plan. It was almost complete until a gunshot sounded and screams filled the air.

You watched as your close friend was hit in the chest by bullets and fell through a window, tumbling over the edge of the train tracks into the rushing river that lapped at the jagged rocks of the mountain. Panic spread through each car, more gunshots were fired, your own gun emptying its chamber before you even realized it. Everyone was scrambling to leave, grabbing what they could and heading for where the horses were hidden. Everything seemed to become a blur to you as you ran across the top of the train, the vibrations radiating through your body, your lungs clinging to any oxygen that trickled into them. How did it happen? Everything was going perfectly. How did we miss a gun? A gun?!

It was impossible to keep track of what was going on, it wasn't until light leather reins were in your hand and the steady rhythm of your horse's gallop was beneath you that you began to pay attention to where you were. Trees flashed by, huffs and snorts echoed in the chilled air, but not a single word was muttered. None of you had anything to say. You couldn't. You didn't know how you could come to terms with what had happened. When the terrain became more familiar and the air no longer felt like it was trying to suffocate you, a booming voice cut through the air, thick with rage and confusion.

"Why did he die? Which one of you didn't check the damn passengers for weapons? Huh?! Who was it?! I want to know who is gonna tell William's wife that she's now a widow!" His harsh gaze flickered across every face, every shamed expression that each of you wore. You couldn't make a sound, nothing but silent tears came from you as you waited for what was coming next. "I am disappointed in all of you. Now we gotta move. We gotta leave because they're going to get the body of one of my men with my mark, and all those people that died on that train. You better pray that God himself saves us."

Tears were shed and wails of agony filled the dark night as the rest of the group was told back at camp. You hung your head in shame as you helped tear down tents and packed supplies onto wagons and horses. This is what life was like when you made a mistake when you left a hint as to who you were. You had to uproot and leave. But somewhere deep inside your heart, you wondered if you could escape this life, if there was something for you all outside of death, heartbreak, and corruption.

The group was on the move for what seemed like the hundredth time in the last two years. Crow's Alley was nothing perfect, but it had been home for the gang for half a year and that was worth something. They had started to make a small living in the town by selling goods they made or hunted and it wasn't anything to turn your nose at. The more rambunctious and adventurous of the group did robberies every other month and scored big. They made plenty of money and supported everyone. It wasn't perfect but it was something. Unfortunately, that something came to an end. When the group came back from their scheduled train robbery with blood on their clothes and tear trails on their faces, they knew that someone had died. Nobody had anticipated it to be sweet William Marrell. He was barely more than a boy and had no business getting killed.

It hurt everyone in the gang, it broke a little bit of their hearts but they couldn't mourn for long. There had been too many deaths on that train with too many witnesses, not to mention one of the gang member's bodies. There were wanted posters with his face on them, they would find out the rest of them were there, so they had to leave. So that's what they did. In the cover of the night, with coyotes yipping like some unique lullaby, they packed their things and set off, leaving behind only disturbed dirt and buried campfires. The trails were long and harsh, plenty of wagon wheels threatened to break and horses came up lame, but they had to push on. There was a sanctuary somewhere, a place where the stories of their robberies and killings hadn't reached.

This was how they ended up in Serenity Gulch. It was a quiet town, surrounded by lush fields and thick forests. Folk were welcoming and kind, offering support if it was asked. This was another beginning for the gang. They set up camp in the woods and slowly ventured out into the world, trying to figure out what to do with themselves. They had a chance to change what they were doing, to walk on the path of righteousness and be good, or they could continue with what they were doing and live the adrenaline-filled high life of outlaws.

"Seattle, a city on Puget Sound in the Pacific Northwest, is surrounded by water, mountains, and evergreen forests, and contains thousands of acres of parkland. It's a beautiful place to live. There are so many amazing things about this city, it's hard to name them all! Everyone should come and visit Seattle at least once in their life."

What a load of bullshit. Or at least it is for those in the neighborhood of St. Marie, a place that is home to those who have experienced the unkind touch of the world, its greed, its malice. They all know what the reality of the world is, but it seems like so many people are able to travel through the city and be blissfully unaware. There is one street in particular in St. Marie that holds many broken souls and hearts, almost as if it has hand-selected them to be around those who can truly understand them. It is known as Gilded Street, and it's where our story takes place.

The residents of Gilded Street have all lived here for the majority of their lives. It often feels like they'll never get out of Seattle and certainly never off their street, but maybe that's just how it's meant to be. There is corruption in the world in general, so it isn't surprising that corruption is the reality for everyone who lives on Gilded Street. The houses seem to fall apart every year before winter, not that they held up during the warm months, and everyone's internet gets stolen after a couple of weeks of working hard on a password.

There are echoes of gunshots, trails of blood, empty bags with a thin residue of white powder, and always empty beer bottles. It's just what their neighborhood is, and frankly, they don't see anything wrong with it. Everyone knows each other, they know their basic stories, the drama, and all the imperfect facts that they display to hide the truly fucked up parts of their souls. Those fractured souls, the bits and pieces that they wish to hide, can't stay hidden forever. They are bound to slip out, to be seen and exposed to the scrutiny of the world.

But until then, they may as well make the best of their lives. Break some windows, smash pumpkins, drink away your problems, and don't be afraid to be completely and utterly shameless.

Crystal Cove, a hidden gem in picturesque Maine. Well, maybe not so hidden. It is a popular vacation destination for those interested in haunted houses and genuine ghost stories. The whole town is seeped in stories of the occult and things straight out of a book. The place seems to almost perpetually to be in a state of autumn, outside of winter, making people truly believe it is a haunted town. But the residents of Crystal Cove seem to just accept their day-to-day haunts and embrace them. Tours, festivals, celebrations, merchandise, it's all available within every shop. Scared of the Howler getting you? Don't worry, there are certified anti-Howler ear muffs available at Jeepers Creepers Emporium! See, there's nothing to really fear as long as you follow the locals' instructions and don't do anything to disrupt the particular way of life.

But some people aren't so lucky… You see, over ten years ago, a woman by the name of Abigail Collins arrived in Crystal Cove, a camera around her neck, a flashlight in one hand, and a tape recorder in the other, prepared to document all the mysteries that Crystal Cove had to offer. She was rather successful, so successful that she ran her own column in the local newspaper, sharing her stories and new mysteries that she was discovering. Mrs. Collins even put out ads for her services, offering to help people plagued with strange occurrences in their day-to-day lives. Everything was going well for her and her presence in the town caused more tourists to show up, excited that someone outside of Crystal Cove was confirming the existence of ghosts and ghouls. Now remember, her story is not a lucky one.

One particular day, Mrs. Collins decided that she would be investigating The Werewolf, one of the most dangerous ghouls to exist in Crystal Cove. Off to the woods she went, prepared to photograph the monster and show that the woods were not safe and needed to be treated with respect. Unbeknownst to her, a group of children followed her, curious about their favorite mystery solver in action. But those woods, hold more than just the Werewolf. Screams of terror filled those woods, causing Mrs. Collins to make a fatal mistake as she ran towards the sounds of children crying, she ignored the werewolf. The beast, as everyone in Crystal Cove knows, attacks and kills those who ignore his howls. Fangs and claws ended the woman's life right there in the woods, and it didn't take long for her murder to make headlines all across Maine.

What happened to the group of kids? Well, they all survived their encounters with the monsters of the woods and once they reached high school, they formed the famous Mystery Incorporated, a business that solved mysteries and helped bring in tourism in the absence of Mrs. Collins. The teens were incredibly successful, their website constantly getting hits and requests, even for mysteries outside of their town. But something happened towards the end of their junior year of school and the group disbanded. The Mystery Machine became just a van that was driven to school and their website was put on an indefinite hiatus. With murders and no mystery solvers, Crystal Cove's tourism boom slowed down and now only has a busy season between September and October. And Mystery Inc.? Well, they all stayed in town, just not exactly together.

Until today of course. A strange newcomer arrived in town with a checkbook in hand and a stack of files. "I am hiring Mystery Incorporated to solve these mysteries. It's time to bring the group back together." Not ones to turn down truly good mysteries, and money, the gang once again went back into business, the familiar van making its debut in the center of town, its passengers ready to make their comeback to mystery solving.

Sand billows across the dunes, the heat of the suns beats heavily on your back, and the pathways you follow are worn and broken from lack of maintenance and years of use. You can hear the distant sounds of a broken-down city, the clanging of metals, and raised voices as vendors try to get customers. As you approach, the noises get louder and louder until you enter the busy street market of Tisne. A planet where those who wish to be lost and forgotten go, and you fit right in. Tugging your cloak tighter around your body, you continue to make your way deeper into the market, careful not to get sucked into buying some overpriced device that will singe off your hair. You see many faces as you pass through, the weight of poverty and a life defending themselves, evident as they look at you. Broken android parts, missing limbs, you could find anything here.

But you aren't looking for trinkets and toys, no, you have a specific destination in mind. You enter a used parts store, the small brass bell ringing as you enter the building. The small shopkeeper pushes her glasses up the bridge of her nose as she scurries up her step ladder, eager to take a look at you. "Oooh yes, I saw your message that you would be coming. Come come, let me see your card." You don't say anything and do what she says, pulling out the blank card. With a press of your finger on the screen, it lights up, showing your identification. The woman hums in a pleased manner before nodding her head eagerly. "Yes yes, right this way." Down she goes, her small frame quickly descending to the floor before she opens the small half-door which opens you up to heading deeper into the shop.

As you pass the various junk and parts, you can hear a muffled noise coming from behind a wall. It doesn't take long before the woman moves a few bobbles and books and the wall opens up. "Now, there's a lotta people who would be eager to find something like yourself, so you better tip me good!" A small hand is extended to you and you can't help but sigh before paying the woman. Her silence would ensure your safety. You enter the room and as the wall shuts behind you, you feel relief. You are hidden. You are safe. They can't find you here.

Wars are not a stranger in the galaxy, they have been going on for thousands of years, shaping the people and planets as each occurs. But for a time, the tensions between the Empire, the Free People, and the Imperium seemed to come to a halt, a tentative peace developing between the three of them. This is something that rarely occurs and after 15 years, it seems that things are beginning to change once again. Inner-world conflicts and small skirmishes fought between ships, are all the signs of a war's approach. This does not go unnoticed by those who inhabit each of the planets. From those within the Empire to the Free People, they have all started to become aware of the tensions returning once again. The Imperium has grown tired of playing pretend and their battleships have started to roam the galaxy, waiting for a challenger to approach them. This has caused many to flee, hoping to find sanctuary before the battles begin. Others relish the opportunity to participate in war, eager to prove their worth and power against their enemies.

It will happen for it has been foreseen. But for now, they must wait. They must all wait. The pieces on the board have begun to move, taking them to the desert planet of Tisne, where they hope to stay lost and forgotten by those searching for them. Nobles with bounties on their heads, members of a secret brotherhood hiding in the shadows, anything can happen on Tisne and it can happen to anyone. There are secrets and treasures to be found, friends to be made, money to be paid, and it will all happen as they meet in the secret room. The room where nobody seems to share their true name or abilities. A room of lies and deceit, yet with truth woven in. But can this group of adventurers find a way to overcome any differences they may have and find a way to push through the hardships and trials that await them? For now, the future is unclear, but perhaps in time, the visions will clear and strengthen, showing us what truly will become of our galaxy.

Smoke and fire dance across the blackened floor, swirling and twisting as they stretch out, almost as if pulling themselves across the room. The only light is that of the fire which threatens to travel across your path and devour your body without a second thought. You can hear the echoes of steel and dragons, the vibrations of both traveling through the walls and into the very ground you stand on. You begin to walk through the darkness without a destination in mind, just a feeling in your heart. You can hear it, the faint buzzing of magic, as if it has been trapped within a chest and buried.

Your movements quicken and soon the fire is racing alongside your feet as you run, dimly lighting your path, just enough to allow you to see where your next step shall fall. The sound of your heart hammers in your head, the sounds of conflict growing louder and more ferocious as you run, desperate to find what is calling out to it. It never seems to end, the darkness, the emptiness. It stretches for miles and miles, and soon your legs grow numb and threaten to give out. As your knees crash to the ground, singed by flames, you see it. A black box sits in front of you, an eerie noise coming from inside.

You can recognize it as you have heard it every time you have stepped outside. It is magic, pure and concentrated magic. Your weak hands, now stained in scrapes and ash, pick up the box and bring it into your lap. Trembling fingers push open the lid, revealing what looks like stars. Upon closer examination, you can see it is dragon eggs. Except their shells look as if they were taken from the night sky themselves. The cosmos swirls across the eggs, stars twinkling and vanishing constantly. Before you can make sense of any of it, your body is promptly engulfed in flames, the eyes of a pure golden dragon being the last thing you see before death claims you.

A vision of death and destruction plagued a great scholar who resided in the kingdom of Rhaeclya. It depicted a great war between man and dragon, causing a great unbalance in the world, making elements and magic shift, ultimately causing a calamity to form. In this vision, the scholar was able to find four dragon eggs unlike any other to exist. They seemed to be the product of magic and dragons, creating monsters that could very easily destroy the world as a whole. All of humanity and current dragons would be killed, the land would die from the raging elements, and these new dragons that possessed magic would bring eternal darkness and death to the world.

Due to the alarming nature of this vision, the High Court was called into session, causing all the leaders and representatives from the kingdoms of Nordua to gather and hear about this possible prophecy. As the scholar explained what he saw and how it never changed, the leaders of each kingdom began to grow nervous and conducted their research as to what this could be caused by. They discovered another continent had come into possession of an alliance with dragons, specifically, ones that had been banished from Nordua hundreds of years ago. Out of necessity, the kingdoms sent out envoys to establish communication with this continent but they were met with violence, the envoys returning injured or deceased.

The magic that this new continent possessed and the dragons that they fought with were unexpected and something that Nordua was not prepared for. So for the first time in over a century, all of Nordua established an alliance with each other. They were to prepare for war with this new continent known as Lydun and to do so, they had to prepare their heirs, their dragon riders, and all of Nordua. Desperate to keep panic from spreading, the kingdoms decided to host a large celebration in honor of the summer solstice and the time of peace that had fallen across Nordua. In reality, this was to establish heirs, form marriages, and ultimately prepare their future generation for the war that was approaching their doorstep.

*NOTE: This is a prequel plot to THE FOUR KINGDOMS
All it took was a spark. The flames burned so brightly that they created life as if they were Gods. Humans were born out of the power and rage of dragons, causing both to have a symbiotic relationship as they traversed the new world. Dragons mentored the humans in a way, sheltering them, giving them their fire, and ultimately helping them control their magic. This was especially true in Nordua, a continent where four giant dragons had once had a great battle that had shattered the land into four pieces. This story was well-known and it wasn't surprising that the humans that lived in Nordua seemed to be more advanced and in tune with the dragons that they lived among.

A group of humans had settled in what was named Rhaeclya, where they built a city to live in and eventually a castle. Their leader was highly revered and loved due to the one thing that set her apart from all the other humans. She had bonded with a dragon. Sharing a bond with a dragon that had survived the Great Dragon War was unheard of and frankly terrifying. They were the oldest creatures to exist and seemed to know far more about the world than humans ever could. And yet, there they were, dragon and dragonrider, patrolling the skies of Nordua, settling disputes and ultimately establishing and strengthening her claim as the ruler of the continent.

This kingdom was the first of any and being the first Queen of the First Men was a heavy responsibility but one that she shouldered gracefully. Her bloodline was heavily sought after and it wasn't long before Nordua was heavily populated, many noble houses forming due to war, wealth, and dragons. Still, she created a dynasty that one could only dream of having, which was why there were many enemies of Nordua. They wanted her throne, her lands, to take over her bloodline and have it for themselves. For over 150 years, Nordua stood at the height of the world, their power and influence unreachable, until it wasn't. War had broken out in Nordua. This would later be known as the War of Fire and Blood.

Music drifted seamlessly in the air, fabric swirling, laughter echoing, it was a perfect evening. A celebration, a wedding. It was a time to be joyful, to enjoy the brilliance that was a marriage between a princess of Rhaeclya and a prince of Vashil. The kingdoms were allies and this union seemed to please all in the realms, strengthening both kingdoms. It gave Rhaeclya's royals an ally across the seas, and it gave Vashil a small taste of the power that Rhaeclya held. The wedding was held in Rhaeclya's capital, in the Carnaeth Keep where royals and nobles from all over Nordua attended and celebrated the union between Rhaeclya and Vashil.

A cry broke through the light-hearted atmosphere, declaring that this was not what had been promised to the King of Vashil and that the marriage between the prince and princess was a sham. Screams of terror filled the air as people began to panic, trying to escape the onslaught of death that became the guests. There were far too many of them and it was difficult for the guards to even see what was happening. The King and Queen yelled out in desperation for their daughter to be protected, to get her away from the violence and death, but when she was found, it was too late.

The princess of Rhaeclya, of Nordua, had been killed. Her body was found lying against one of the pillars in the room, her arms hanging limply at her sides, a sword through her chest. Her blood formed in large crimson pools, staining the stone beneath her. The wails of agony from the queen were enough to send chills down even the most stoic of knights. The tragedy that befell the kingdom and the continent as a whole was not an expected one and certainly wasn't something that they thought the royal family of Vashil had wished upon them. But they were wrong. Days later, envoys had returned with word from the reigning King and Queen that they had not been pleased with Rhaeclya and the line of succession. They wanted their blood to be next in line and if they couldn't have that, then they would take the throne by force.

War had been declared upon Nordua. Noble houses were reached out to by the crown, asking for their support, and some answered the call while others seemed to be loyal to Vashil's crown. Too long had they been sitting in the shadows of Rhaeclya's throne and they were desperate to see its downfall. A war of fire and blood was sure to commence, and one would only hope that whatever banner they chose to follow would lead them to the right side of history.

*NOTE: This roleplay is relatively lore-heavy! Also it essentially is perpetually set in a gothic/victorian setting regardless of what year it is!
The taste of iron seems to hang heavily in the air, it seems to suffocate you and fill all your senses, almost as if it wants you to follow it to the source. Music can be heard echoing in great halls, glasses made of crystal gently clashing together with a peculiar crimson wine threatening to spill over the side. Laughter and raised voices mix, almost unaware of the other despite existing in the same space. The dimly lit streets have been kept clean, aside from the occasional stray newspaper or bottle of alcohol. It seems quiet in the night as if you are the only one there. Forced to be an outsider, always enviously looking inside to admire the grand decorations and lavish lifestyles. It's right at your fingertips but you don't dare to smudge the glass as you know the repercussions will be swift.

So you keep walking, cold water finally falling from the dark velvet clouds, causing your clothes to stick to your skin. A chill begins to set in, gnawing at your bones, taking root inside of your body, desperate to drive you to warmth. Your speed increases slightly, and the clacking of heavy shoes on cobblestones swirls around with the rain as it pours down onto the ground. A melody that only you are privy to keeps you entertained as you slip down a road, a light glowing in the distance. Home. Thoughts of warm drinks and freshly dried blankets wrapping around your shivering frame send a wave of excitement throughout your limbs. You can see it all, your perfect evening is within your grasp. The stress of the day can be washed away and put to bed. But it isn't.

A muffled scream is easily drowned out by the rain as a hand in the darkness pulls you in. There is no perfect evening, at least not for you. Your body is silenced and preyed upon, dark streams of blood run down into the gutter and drip off of hungry lips. The already-existing scent of blood becomes disgustingly thick in that dark alley, attracting small creatures to the scene once the beasts have left. The corpse is stained by the rain and tears, which wash away the evidence of who has preyed on the now lifeless soul. It stays like that until morning, frozen in time, a scene that is all too familiar to those living in the city. Once again, the precious life source of this world has been cruelly slain for no reason other than greed.

Since the 16th century, the identity of witches, werewolves, and vampires has become public knowledge. The Church warned against them and scared their followers into attending mass or else they would be persecuted and killed for being a member of the occult. Innocent human and non-human lives were sacrificed all in the name of religion, for God, and despite the protesting and the pleading, they didn't stop. It wasn't until the 18th century that three prominent members of each species rose up and finally fought back against humans and their God. For the vampires, this was Dracula, a vampire who had lived long enough to see much of his kin slain and those humans they sought refuge from get accused and be buried alive. The one who stepped forward for the witches was Agnes Darkmore, a young woman who witnessed her lover being burned at the stake in her place. For the werewolves, a man named Dolphus Allard contacted Dracula and asked to assist in this liberation.

The three of them combined their abilities, influence, and sheer numbers and took over the humans however they could. Dracula specifically targeted those within the church, eerily replicating that of the Catholic religion, causing those seduced by his words and company to follow him. Each of the three soon became a God in their own right. This allowed them complete control over those who had wronged them and a way for them to rewrite the wrongs of the human race. So they did what they needed to do. They used them. Whether it was for food, reproduction, or for potions, the three were allowed a certain number of humans to use however they deemed necessary. Outside of that, they allowed them to continue on. They let them fight, control, and desire all that they wanted, take over cities, rename vast landscapes, it was no concern of theirs.

As the years passed and the 21st century came to light, those families of the occult that had settled in [Blank] had become the most powerful families in the whole country. They had strict territories and boundaries that the others were not to cross. This kept them at peace and allowed them to enjoy their lives as much as they wanted. However, someone began to break these age-old pacts and promises. Humans were killed either for food or sport, but unsanctioned and unclaimed. With how precious the humans were to each family, none of them did anything to them without getting it approved by the head of each family's house.

With someone sneaking about and killing recklessly, tensions arose and caused fights to break out between these families, something that had been strictly forbidden when they were each created. So to prevent any more bloodshed between family members and humans, each house delegated certain members to form an alliance so that they could find who exactly was causing all the death and turmoil that plagued them.

Hello! My name is Social or Soc, and I am currently looking for a couple of 1x1s! I am in my 20s, use she/her pronouns, and am queer. I am on US Central time, so we may miss each other depending on how my insomnia is doing! While I am very active online, that does not mean I will be able to write a reply every day, multiple times a day (though sometimes I can and will!).

I will list out my fandoms and what I am interested in, alongside pairings and prompts!

If there's no plot reason for it, I don't like continuous suffering for characters)
• Excessive slow burn (I'm totally okay with slow burn but if we're on page 3 and they haven't even touched hands, I start getting a little impatient)

NOTE: Any ship with '**
' means I want that ship the most!

✦ Muse A is from the [blank] clan, which has been fighting against the [blank] clan for years. There is little knowledge about why the two clans have been at war, but it has caused tensions to rise and alliances to be difficult to form.

During one of these trips, they encounter Muse B, a Na'vi who was said to come from a clan that had long since been erased from Pandora.

✦ The breaking of Pandora has been predicted and seen in visions from various clan leaders, though there was never an answer; there was only a future of doom and ash. But who knows if such a thing is too much for them to carry?

Muse A's sister and her husband were killed, causing great outrage within the kingdom. Who within the realm would plot such a thing? Was it from the neighboring kingdom?
