I received 10+ responses of interested persons, and I appreciate every one who took the time to read it! I never expected to get this many people interested in one of my characters. Sadly for now, I am going to have to put a hold on this plot because, like I said, I got a ton of responses. If you're interested in plotting with me about something different feel free, but understand i'm already loaded up with roleplays so my response times will vary!

(It's like 2AM that i'm posting this so please excuse any mistakes I make)

Hello! I hope your day/night is going well.

I am proposing a roleplay in which my character is one of my OCs, Ethan Pierce, who is a cannibal and serial killer.

Ethan is a tall, lanky, and generally upsetting man. He is not pleasant to be around as his presence can expect to be followed by staring and awkward silences, or prodding questions if he's interested, but to most he's harmless, if a bit awkward.

That couldn't be farther from the truth as, like I said, he is a serial killer and cannibal. He has an obsessive personality, in particular he is obsessed with the idea of finding the perfect partner. Once he becomes infatuated with someone, he stalks and eventually kidnaps them, to keep them in the basement underneath his home(he has done this more than once). What happens then, well, that's be between Ethan and whomever is his unfortunate victim...

He is originally a Fallout 4 OC, but I can adapt him to any setting. In the Fallout universe he's a ghoul, and you can see both human and ghoul versions of him in these sketches I did.

I just really want to write this character. I am hoping for a plot involving some sort of Stockholm syndrome or a twisted romance. I am expecting it to be pretty dark, as should you(including things like blood and gore). However I'd appreciate it if your character wasn't just a scared tiny mess who will do whatever he says and basically add nothing to the story, y'know? I mean, of course it's okay for them to be afraid or small, but I just don't want that to be all that they are. Like, I have definitely seen it in roleplays like this where the person playing the kidnapper has to be the one making interesting plot points, moving the story along, etc... I'm sorry, but i'm not looking to bear the weight of the story myself. I like to collaborate!

I am very flexible with characters and settings. If you have anything different in mind, I am happy to consider adjusting.

Before you message me, some things you should know:

-I am 18 years old. I don't really mind if my rp partner has a significant age gap, but I like to know how old they are anyways. I also figure some people may not want to write with someone as young as me, which is fine.

-I'm okay with writing smut, but it can't be the central focus and I prefer to discuss it beforehand.

-I'm a multi-paragraph to novella roleplayer. I believe that we should follow the ebb and flow of the writing; if the scene calls for a paragraph even though we may have been doing multiple paragraphs this whole time, then just write a paragraph! And if we've been doing short replies, but suddenly you're struck with inspiration and write 3 pages of words, I promise you won't scare me off.

-Please be a collaborative person! I like to discuss plot and such OOC. Obviously not ironing out every detail, but I need a little direction to write properly, and I just like to talk about what's happening in the rp just for fun. We don't have to be BFFs or anything but I do like to be friendly with my rp partners in general and sometimes chat OOC, even about things not having to do with the RP.

-Please have some understanding that I can be busy and also that I am mentally ill, and if my illness acts up I can't reply as often as I like. I aim for once a day, but sometimes it can become once a week or even once a month. If my replies become so spacious you no longer wish to write with me that is completely fine, just be aware going into this that it may happen.

-Romance is something I pretty much like to include in all my rps, but it's something I like to have alongside an engaging plot as well. I like to have the plot bring the characters closer together and basically just have it all go together. The only type of romance that interests me is MxM, and I won't be able to make exceptions. I have tried in the past but ships of other genders just don't hold my interest. (an exception is made if the character I am playing is not male. I just have this rule here because my characters are usually male, but occasionally, like Sinope, they are not.)

-Many of my characters have undergone trauma or have dark things in their past (or present!). You must be okay with this. Rest assured I am not speaking out of my ass; I have had traumas in my past as well, hence incorporating it into my characters.

-Above all, I appreciate honesty. If the rp is just not working out, just say so. I won't be mad. If you didn't like my reply, i'm happy to re-write it as long as you have a valid reason and tell me what's wrong with it. If you don't like a character, that's okay they don't have to be included. Just please be totally honest with me. If you don't like an idea I broached, just let me know. I love partners who have the same passion I do about the story and the characters. If you find yourself trudging along to do your next reply, just tell me, we don't have to write together anymore! I will be glad you were honest!

New plot bunny I had: So, in Ethan's canon universe (Fallout) he actually ends up going to prison for his crimes. It might be interesting to do a roleplay from inside a prison, whether between inmates, or perhaps Ethan as a prisoner and y/c a guard.

I'm open for almost any plot, just really want to write this character!

i'm good with all of the guidelines you've posted and i'm also over 18+! i'm gonna cut to the chase and introduce the character i want to use because i have, likewise, been itching to rp him in darker situations! plus i think he's a great match for what you want!

here's an application i wrote with him recently which has a fuller bio BUT this isn't accurate to how I'll be writing him as this is keith with more years (and trauma) under his belt. it should give you a decent idea of how the rp could go though!

in a nutshell, he is: outgoing, cheerful, happy-go-lucky, outdoorsy, independent, and rash. he's got a kind of a hero complex, where he wants to save everyone without much regard for his own well-being. he's also pretty naive and gullible, easy to manipulate because he tends to think that people are innately good and that everything will work out.

that is one version of him at least. another version of him is him after a whole bunch of stuff happens with a cult, turning him into a much more desperate, sadistic, volatile person. self destructive and capable of much violence, more can be uncovered in the rp itself.

of course. of course this wouldn't be easy. of course. it'd be a fucking game. keith saw this coming and still. foolishly. asked anyway. the monster of desperation tugging at his chest. make it stop.

keith realizes what he's afraid of.
sander losing interest. in him.
and that's where everything comes apart.

hardly a breath left in him except for the one forced from his body when he's abruptly dropped and knocked down. he has to fight back. his bleary vision picking up the glint of the knife and— words? there's ringing in his ears. what are these words?

have you been jealous every time i killed someone? delicate little mouse?

shutupshutupshutupshutup—

the thought is knocked out of him with a blow to the head. hiss. bloody aching feels like hell. if he was still like before— still detached— then smirking would be too easy. playing this game of cat and mouse would be second nature. so what changed?

keith forces a smile. he's bluffing at this point. raises a hand. "give me back that knife and i'll try my best."

his heart isn't in it.

And there it was. Through the pounding pain thrumming through his body, Sander's voice was simultaneously muddied in the adrenaline yet so perfectly clear. There it was. That little pet name he both reviled and adored perhaps in equal measure. He hated to love it and loved to hate it. The same convoluted mess of emotions, directed at the man hovering over him. Blood dripping from the wound Keith so graciously gave him mere moments before.

A smirk. He did that. Sick satisfaction. Then, pain. A loud sound against his inner skull as a throbbing sensation seemed to pierce his head.

Why do you like this so much? said a voice, out of the corner of his mind. His hands are on your throat. he's choking you. you'll die. The sound of being strangled sounds foreign in Keith's ears even though he can feel the pressure there, feel his eyes well up in tears as Sander's fingers dig in deep into his flesh. It hurts.

And with that, there went his other arm. No respite, wounded, one slashed downwards and virtually useless. Pain too great to resist any further movement. Then, now, a another lodged in his other arm. Keith cries out. In his mind he's assessing the situation. The wound is deep, but it's localized. He can still move, still do something— but. There's something else there.

Weakly, he smiles. It's not a smirk this time. In a moment of weakness, Keith just can't help but smile. Time and time again, it seemed like he was born, perpetually, to chase. A mouse needs his cat, after all.

"Is it bad that I am?"

Blood drips down onto his face.

tldr; keith is very versatile and verrry full of spunk. he doesn't do pansy.
