Welcome to Metro. The dark city. A city teaming with supernatural alike, fairies, vampires, werewolves and everything else in between. All living together in harmony or so it seems. Underneath Metro's underbelly live 3 families Metro's crime syndicate. Each owning their own part of the dark city.These families are on shaky ground with each other money, drugs, violence, but mostly territory to do these crimes upon. With more recruiting comes less territory and the Families are becoming less patient with each other. With the alliances on shaky ground, what is a crime boss to do?

There are three main Crime Symdicates.

Known Alliances: Werewolves/Ghouls

Metro owned: South Town/Parks/Waterfronts/bars.
Crime: Assassinations/Fighting-rings/Drugs
Known Alliances: Ghouls.

Race: Ghouls.
Metro own: East Town/Construction sites/Bars/Run-down motels
Crime: Black market (Human parts),Drugs/ Fighting-rings.
Known Alliances: Werewolves/Vampires.

Name: Harold Hoffman
Alias: Cain. The First Vampire. The God of Blood.
Race: Vampire (Presumably the First)
Racial abilities: As a Vampire, his body is stronger than that of a human. With a normal Vampire being strong enough to lift heavy vehicles and punch through steel, fast enough to move at subsonic speeds, agile enough to leap over small buildings and dodge supersonic attacks, durable enough to withstand bullets, grenades and low-to-medium explosives. However, due to being either the first or through the use of his special ability, Harold is strong enough to lift construction vehicles and destroy thick steel, fast enough to easily move at supersonic speeds and durable enough to withstand most explosions.
Vampires never age, and as a result, they stay young forever or at least never suffer the ravages of ageing. Because of this, Vampires will always be at their physical prime. The user will also be immune to ageing abilities, such as Age Acceleration or Reversal.
All Vampires possess the ability to see all major and minor veins of any living being. The user can even see them through inanimate objects like trees, concrete, clothes, and so on.
Vampires also do not need to sleep, they also have retractable fangs for feeding.
Vampires feed on blood. They become stronger, faster, more durable, etc. when they consume large amounts of blood, possibly unlocking abilities related to the affinity and enhancing their existing powers.
Vampires can only be killed by a wooden stake through the heart or decapitation with a silver weapon. Holy Symbols may affect a Vampire, and cause discomfort, but it largely depends on the faith of the person wielding the symbol, and whether or not the religion was around when the vampire was turned. Sunlight does cause some minor discomfort to Vampires, and prolonged exposure can cause a form of sickness that inhibits a vampire's powers. This is more to do with the symbolic nature of the sun, rather than any specific wavelength.

Special Ability: Blood Transcendency
Syndicate: Blood Syndicate
Bio/Backstory: Harold Hoffman, or at least that's what he goes by now, is rumoured to be the first Vampire. Although there is no concrete evidence as to the origin of the vampire race, his special ability of Blood Transcendency makes some people think it might be true. In all actuality, Harold Hoffman doesn't remember enough of his early life to say whether or not he was the first Vampire. He doesn't remember how he became what he is. He has vague memories of various times like being a Viking, a Pirate, fighting both world wars. Even some time in Ancient Rome. Now, he lives in Metro, owning a club, and running the Blood Syndicate. Pulling in a lot of cash from the various clubs and casinos that the Syndicate owns. Harold is living the good life.

Would a human character caught up in this supernatural gang war be acceptable? I'd like to play a human interacting with the factions as a sort of neutral party.
 
Sounds fun, i'd really like to take part to this RP, if it's not dead like i think it is.
