Hello and welcome! In a desperate attempt to procrastinate doing my actual job, I decided to clear my inbox of PMs from 2019. In doing so I uncovered some old, forgotten characters, who I would very much love to give new life to. You can read more about me and what I look for in a partner here.

Genre: Arthurian legends, high fantasy, grim dark(?)
Pairing: FxA (FxM, FxF, FxNB)

Plot:
Uther Pendragon's son, Madoc, was always supposed to be heir; yet, when he was to prove his worth, he failed. Druids spoke of a prophecy, that when the legendary sword was drawn from the stone, the new King would be known. None expected it to be Arturia, Uther's bastard daughter.

Now Camelot is split; few would allow a woman to take the throne. Christian bishops, supporting Madoc's legitimacy, decry Arturia as a puppet of the pagan druids, that the sword was forced with heretic magik to yield to the wrong King. All the while, Saxon ships darken the horizons, promising war to an already split nation.

Will Arturia lead Camelot to an age of glory? Or will she and her knights be forced to submit to the false King Madoc?

None of this is set in stone, so I am more than happy to hear your take on any of this and build something together. I'd also be open to doing this as a small group if preferred.

I will be taking the role of Arturia; she’s a war hardened soldier/knight already, she's a determined and fiery woman who wields a sword far better than words. I'm happy for you to take any role in this plot and base it off any character in Arthurian legend (gender bent or not). Let's get creative!
