Welcome
I've been writing for over ten years. I won't bore you with fluff, I'll just lay out who I am as a writer and what I'm looking for in a partner.
People often say quality over quantity, but I'm quite greedy, so why not both? I go for quantity and quality. I write 3-10 paragraphs per post depending on the scene(500-1500+ words). I go heavy on detail, I love character development, and definitely moving the plot forward. I will only write with people who have a similar writing style to myself, I don't intend to start countless stories. I am looking for one solid partner to write with and thats all, so if we don't seem to work well together it's a no go. I respect people that give me the same effort I give them, so if you're unable to write multiple paragraphs with heavy detail please don't contact me. I don't want to put pressure on anyone to write out of their comfort zone, so if you're not experienced writing in this way we probably won't work out. Also, I will move the story forward but I won't carry it, it's our story once we start, not mine alone. So let's get creative.
I work full time in a very taxing job so I am only able to post 1-2 times a week(Sometimes more). It's not frequent but I will be sure to make it worth the wait.
What is a story without indulging in some carnal desires? Romance and Sex are guaranteed in all the stories, even if it's a slow burn.
I write all 18+ themes, sex, drugs, violence, blood, ect... You've been warned.
I find F-lists... cringy. My stories don't go into heavy kinks. Many of my stories are character/relationship development based. I don't expect things to hop up to levels that require an f-list. If they do, we can talk.
Please when you message me send me an intro about yourself and what you think of the story idea. I often get one liner messages from people with zero substance. I can't agree to write with you if I don't know you, or if you haven't sent me a writing sample. If you message me without this part I'll know you didn't actually read my info section and just read the story idea. And that doesn't fly with me.

*This story idea is based on fiction and not the real world, so some facts will be made up by creative freedom*
Royal blood is worth its weight in gold. Once upon a time it was worth far more than that, but in the twenty first century Kings stand arm to arm with Politicians and elected officials. Kingdoms have been replaced with cities, castles have become artifacts, and Royal bloodlines have slowly dwindled away. But that isn't the case everywhere. In some places old traditions still stand strong, Royal blood is praised and worshipped, and the King's word is law. The Nordic Kingdoms boarding the sea still fallow old traditions despite the modern world moving in. Looked at less like figure heads and more like country leading officials, the Royal families of these lands are admired and respected. Of course not everyone is a fan of the Monarchy, finding the old traditions dated and Royal blood to be more similar to 'old money', or inherited wealth and power.
Along the northern coast stands Romsdal, the oldest Nordic Kingdom. It is a flourishing Kingdom and city surrounded by beautiful country side. With the ocean to the north, mountains to the east, and sprawling green countryside further inland its scenic views are breathtaking. The Royal Palace itself is not lacking in any way. Built in the 16th century and meticulously up-kept, it is rare for tourists not to be crowded around the palace gates hoping to catch a glimpse of what lays beyond the garden walls.
But this story isn't about the long history of Romsdal, or architecture, or even the sweeping landscapes that make up the Kingdom and the surrounding area. No, this story is about a Prince and his many faults.
Asmund Raum Hestner of Romsdal, His Royal Highness the Crown Prince. It is a mouthful even for him. Asmund was born and raised behind the walls of the Royal Palace, taught the importance of his lineage from a young age, and taught how to behave. Chin up, chest out, eyes straight forward, smile polite and refined. To many he appeared the perfect Prince, both charming and dutiful, but the facade was engrained into him the moment he knew how to speak. His flawless public appearance masked his private short comings. As a child Asmund was anything but easy. Closed off and quiet, he would often refuse to speak. He snuck away to places no one could find him. He was cruel to his teachers and the servants appointed to him, often disobeying or resisting any help they offered him. Simple things were often a fight and his blatant disregard for others feelings was startling. His parents turned to a psychologist to try and find the answers, despite the problem being clear to many. Asmund was a child surrounded by nothing but adults and expectations. He had no means to express himself, no friends to confide in, no way to know what was socially appropriate for children his age. Sending him to school wasn't an option at that point, his mannerisms and attitude too far gone to be appropriate for any private school they might choose, so instead... they found him a friend. Or two to be exact.
The head cook had children around the young Prince's age so they were brought to the Palace to become playmates and friends. At first it was mostly meant for the Prince and the Cook's son to bond and become friends, but as time went on it ended up being the Cook's daughter that seemed to get closer to the Prince. She was just as stubborn as he was and despite how many times he would push her away or avoid her she would just keep bothering him while the cook's son gave up early on. Eventually he just accepted her, allowing her to fallow him around while he ignored her, but as time passed they slowly grew closer, and eventually a friendship did form. One not many could understand.
Now, as young adults, and Prince is seen as a Public Figure. Charming and dignified, it is only the people of the Palace that know the true Prince. A stoic that is difficult to read. With high expectations and lacking patience. He can be demanding, short tempered, and difficult to handle. So the servants of the Palace look at his childhood friend as a blessing. She is the only one unafraid to speak her mind to him, to knock him down a few notches and tell him to smarten up. She knows him like no one else... and when she is around the Prince is often at ease, showing a more kind side of himself that rarely surfaces. Asmund isn't a cruel man, but he feels the need to push people away, to keep them at a distance, and to do that he resorts to being ill tempered. Not many have the opportunity to see his unguarded side, but she sees it often. His natural smile, his unrestrained laugh, how easily paperwork puts him to sleep. The fact that he is weak to alcohol and often talks in his sleep... these are all things not even his parents know of him. She holds affection for the difficult Prince as he does for her.
They are friends, but there is always a line that separates them. A commoner and a Royal Prince. But what if that line gets crossed? And who will cross it first?

So I was thinking of a friends to lovers idea that is complicated by their positions. Two people that have held a fondness and love of sorts for each other for a long time, and now it is growing into something more, something neither of them are ready to accept because once they do there is no turning back. And even if they accept their feelings there is no guarantee it will work out.
If you are interested in this plot message me with the information I mentioned above. We can plot some more and see where this story goes.
