Ada Moreau

"Get out of my face before I kick your ass"​

Personality: Ada is aloof, cold and proud. She works hard and isn't afraid to get her hands dirty.She rules with an iron fist but has a soft spot for anyone who works for her. She is feircly loyal to those she cares about and those who work for her. Doesn't do handouts, but takes some pity on the less fortunate.
Background: Born to a poor family in France, she started off selling anything she could get her hands on. After her mother died due to the flu, she formed a gambling and smoking habit. She seduced, sold and swindled her way to the top. Now, she runs an underground mob and owns a few number of casinos and banks. She spends most of her days making sure she stays on top. She is proud of what she has accomplished, she has worked hard for all she has and will violently take care of anyone who threatens that.
Other: Smokes cigarettes constantly, is trying to kick the habit for vaping
Goal: Kick ass and take names

Lauren "L" Hodges

"Clear! Just kidding, I would never do that."​

Name: Lauren "L" Hodges
Alias: Surge
Occupation: Paramedic
Personality: Stubborn and dogmatic, Lauren sticks to her guns. She is deeply kind and cares for most everyone. She is loyal to a fault and not the best judge of character which has lead to her heart being broken a few times. Still, she tries to see the best in others, but deals ruthlessly with those who repeatedly betray her trust. She has a serious moral compass and likes to think of herself as "lawful good."
History: L grew up in the poorer part of town, many of her friends were killed in accidents, had abusive parents, or worse. L was lucky and when she was in her teens her parents had saved up enough money to move them to a nicer area.
She came into her powers late in life when she nearly died due to a swimming accident. When she was shocked with the AED it awoke her powers, or at least thats her best guess. Whatever the case she accidentally caused surges across the city for the next few weeks. So the name stuck.
After getting her abilities mostly under control, L decided to step up and do some vigilante work. She loves being able to help others in her community out. She has no desire to be a "big" super hero, she prefers to help the "little guys."
Abilities: Can emit electric currents from any point in her body. She usually can control it but not always. She usually fights using weapons that are charged with electricity to shock her enemies. People sometimes experience static shocks when they touch her.

Personality: Aloof, mysterious and bookish, Linota isn't particularly interested in having friends.

Lewis Stone

"People suck."​

Code Name: Viper

History: Lewis discovered his powers when he was young when he accidentally paralyzed his mother on after making her a mouther's day breakfast. After extensive studies, confusion and chemical burns they realized toxins would seep out of Lewis' skin when he was nervous or excited.

His parents were terrified, but they were thankfully wealthy and hired a man from the League to take Lewis under his wing. However, after time the man became afraid, abusive and attempted to rape Lewis. So it was no surprise when he was found dead in a ditch. There were no repercussions for Lewis or his family and Lewis was invited to become a part of the League. Begrudgingly, he accepted with the intention of keeping an eye on them from the inside.

Traits:

• Sniper - Prefers long range attacks, primarily with guns but can use a variety of long-distance weapons.
• Sneaky - Lewis is quiet and sneaky, when he is hiding or sneaking around it is much harder to detect him then the average person. He also has a tendency to accidentally move quietly and surprise people, even when he doesn't mean to.
• Toxokinesis - can create and manipulate poisons and seep them out of his skin. He is also immune to most poisons.
• Chemist - he is very knowledgeable about the chemical make up of materials, especially poisons and toxins. He runs occasional experiments in a personal lab but it is mostly just a hobby.
• Medic - because of his ability Lewis occasionally tries to right his wrongs by helping others. He has worked as a family doctor at multiple points in his life and has deep medical knowledge.
• Alcoholic - Lewis struggles with depression and alcoholism, making it hard to hold down a job. Still, he won't admit to himself that he has a problem.

Rio

"Healing can be found where you least expect it."​

Age: 23
Title: The Mystic
Association: None
Occupation: Herbalist, scientist

Nicknamed "the mystic" because people think she does magic but she doesn't. She uses herbs and other natural materials to do things that might otherwise be considered magic. For example, she often decorates herself with glowing paint made from bioluminescent creatures. She grew up in a tribe where she was taught her trade from a young age. She went to Raven City after her tribe was eradicated, worried the same people would come for her. Raven City being a strange place to come for safety, she generally keeps quiet and tries to keep her head down. She tries to help heal others that are injured and avoids conflict when possible.

Fighting Style: Rio uses poison on almost all of her weapons, from daggers to darts. Most of the time it is a fast acting paralytic, but if she feels the need she is prepared to use potent poisons. Whenever possible she uses stealthy, fast, long ranged attacks.

Weapons: She uses primarily poison darts, poison arrows, and if necessary she keeps a set of daggers, one prepped with poison and the other unpoisoned.

Personality: Rio is generally quiet and careful with her words. She is caring and quiet, she genuinely cares for the people she helps. Despite that, she can be a bit greedy at times, and has been known to price gouge people she saves from the brink of death. Or more often, rob them while they aren't looking. Her innocent demeanor and appearance often allows her to get away with more than she should. She once was a very different person, very chatty, from time to time when she is drunk or tired she will get talkative again.
