My name is Suz, and I've written on and off for years with a variety of writing projects. I love Romantasy/D&D inspired roleplays with original characters!
I'm looking to implement my new favorite OC into existence, particularly of the slow-burn romance kind!
Haeltea Calanthe is a humble tavern proprietress, with an aloofness behind her friendly guise. The reflection of her eyes are heavy with the burden of the past, as well as the burn scars across her face. With only professional relationships and regulars as acquaintances, it gets lonely being a singular human in Elvish lands. Travelers and adventurers come through on occasion and may be the key to finding love within this land of magic and mystery.
In terms of pairings, a strapping adventurer to match Haeltea is what I'm looking for. Other ideas are welcome!
General fantasy setting that we can add to and thicken with plot.
In terms of plot, a war between the elves and the humans have turned the proprietress' business into an ongoing struggle. She endures discrimination despite having no ties to the opposing kingdom and their trifles. Business has been slow, and she desperately tries to find ways to keep herself afloat.
My replies tend to be at least a few paragraphs long, and I tend to comb my posts for any potential errors. I'll admit I have moments where the main expression is via dialogue, so replies may be a tad shorter, but I try to make my posts interesting enough to keep y'all going.
For now my schedule is completely open. If that changes I let my writing partner know ahead of time.
My gore and violence tolerance are pretty high, but it's not the main event of my plot concept at any point.
I like mild sexual content with plenty of build-up.
