Sophie is a young waitress of Mulatto heritage, working at Blue Moon Diner. If it weren't for the fact that she had a few white relatives (of high status), she wouldn't even be working. People talk, people glare, it seems as if the only person she can find solace in is the State Trooper's son 'J'. Could this lone wolf be a killer?
Nate is a waitress at the Blue Moon. She's shut-mouthed about her past, and has a notably anxious, almost paranoid personality. Shy and introspective. They say it's the quiet ones you need to worry about...
Raúl is an aspiring musician and cook at The Blue Moon Diner. Separated from his wife and child, Raúl spends his days cooking and his nights strumming his beloved guitar. Is it possible this dreamer is secretly a nightmare?
Jayne is a precocious and rebelious undergrad student who joined a radical socialist/feminist activist group. She robs banks with her friends to stick it to the man. Could this rebel be acting out in other ways?
