Hello everyone. Thank you for stopping by and reading my thread!
My name is Sunnie, I'm twenty-five, married, and have been roleplaying for quite some time. Though I've taken breaks every now and then, my love for writing and improving my craft never falters. My biggest hobby is reading romance (although I am delving into different genres right now) so a lot of my ideas and plots give that romance book vibe. I adore slow-burn stories, building on heated glances and tension until our lovely characters finally snap! I want to be upfront that I am a slow replier, I work full-time with children so my energy is typically always at a zero. (I also suffer from a chronic illness!) I won't promise replies I can't give, so they come when they come. I'm aware that is incredibly vague sounding, but if you're willing to give me an ounce of patience I'll do my best not to disappoint.

- Capable of writing a dominant male. (Idc your IRL gender!)
- Averages at least 400+ words per post. I'm not very picky with post length, but 100-200 will not keep my attention.
- The ability to plot, provide your own ideas, and push the story forward. Passiveness will not be accepted!
- A great first message! First impressions mean a lot to me, messages that just 'Wanna RP?' will be ignored.
- Patience for my sloth butt, I generally work better with those who are also slow at replying and flexible.
- At the very least 20+ in age, since it's what I'm most comfortable with.

Plot Ideas... β₯οΈ
At the moment, I'm really craving men obsessed with their ladies, cowboys, and small-town romances. I'm happy for it to be set within modern times, but I would love if it was set within the 80s/90s as well. Think Twin Peaks, or hell even Stranger Things. (Just the town vibes, not the monsters and stuff.) I want to build a slow-burn romance that'll have us knawing on our keyboards with how tension-filled it is. These, building up to well-written smut scenes, is what I truly crave. If none of my ideas jump out at you, but you still think we'll get along together, don't be afraid to reach out with your own ideas! Please don't make me think of all the ideas.

- After years of thinking her grandfather's old farm was left to rot after his death, a young woman is given the blow that the farm she grew up on was still running and the deed was now in her hands. On a whim, she runs away from her emotionally abusive fiancΓ©, overbearing parents, and stressful job to hold up shack at the farm that once gave her so much joy. Except, she's not the only one there. After her mother stopped letting her go to the farm, her grandfather took in a young man who was down on his luck and needed guidance. After the death of the old man, he's just been taking care of the farm while also raising his son. Now the owner of the farm has popped up and is living in the same house, threatening to disrupt the perfect life he's built for himself. But she's not interested in messing up their life, and she continues to avoid her problems back in the city their attraction for one another begin to bubble until it boils over.

- Her entire life, she's been perfect. The perfect student, the perfect daughter, the perfect role model for all the young girls and boys of the church. That's been her entire life, and even as an adult she still lives with her parents working in the Church alongside her mother and father, the Preacher. She's happy with her life, despite the small voice in the back of her mind telling her that she's craving more, she's happy. Then, her father's best friend moves his son back to town. He's not like the men in their little town. He's mouthy, loves to get people riled up. His time working on a ranch has hardened him, changing him from the nice young boy he used to be when they were children. He doesn't care too much about church, but humors his father in going just to stare at her with those damn eyes. The worst part? He loves talking to that little voice in her head that tells her she isn't happy.
Beneath A Borrowed Sky (β₯οΈβ₯οΈβ₯οΈβ₯οΈ)
- Every year, her family takes a massive summer vacation together. Now that she's an adult, she's excited to see what kind of fun they get up to this year. They decide to travel out of country, holing down in a small coastal town. (Italy, Greece, or Spain.) They want to experience the culture, the realness of the country, so instead of staying at a hotel or AirBnB they decide to stay in a bed and breakfast ran but a local man. They're essentially staying in is rather large home while he cooks them breakfast, lunch, and dinner, guiding them through the town and showing them his culture. He's older, wiser, more experienced. Just talking to him sets her skin on fire, and she thinks he's acutely aware of the affect he has on her. Stolen glances turn into longing conversations behind closed doors, fingers dancing over skin for too long until their desire for one another cannot be held back.

This isn't mandatory, but I'm a huge sucker for face-claims. Especially Celebrity face-claims. If you're willing, I would love if anyone would use either Jacob Elordi, Austin Butler, Bill SkarsgΓ₯rd, Pedro Pascal, or Oscar Isaac for a face-claim. I'm not typically one to control any aspect of my partner's characters, this is definitely just a preference that we don't have to stick to. However, I will note that I'm not very interested in egotistical, overly confident, asshole personalities in characters. I will absolutely lose interest if your character is anything like a spoiled Prince who thinks everything belongs to him.
