Wolf Description:
Reika is a full wolf when shifted. Large even for werewolf standards she has a white coat with auburn patches and bright blue eyes. She has sharp, pointed ears and selection of scars on her back paws. Shifting for Reika is painful and difficult during the beginning of the month and becomes gradually easier as they approach the full moon.

Biography:
Before they passed on, Reika's parents were the previous leaders of Evercreek. Her father held the role of alpha and as their only child Reika was hoped to earn the rights of taking their place when she was old enough. The position was never guaranteed, and Reika was warned that when it was time for her father to step down she would have to fight like every other wolf. She spent most of her childhood building relationships and getting to know the pack and learning how to fight as a result.

A week before she turned 23 both of her parents lost their lives during a disturbing storm, never getting to settle down and see their legacy passed over. Despite the mysterious deaths that many put down to flash flooding in the river Reika challenged anyone who thought they had more physical prowess than she did and eventually took the role as alpha. During the flashfloods and storm, two other families lost their parents and Reika has taken the children under her wing leaving her an unofficial but widely accepted mother of four.

Strengths:
Bold and unafraid of responsibility Reika takes to leadership roles naturally.
While strong-willed Reika is open to her pack's opinions and takes their experiences on board for every decision.
Hard-working, she wasn't raised to be just complacent, she will actively try to help where she can.
An excellent fighter - nobody has bested her yet.

Weaknesses:
A perfectionist, sometimes her expectations of packmates can be too high.
Despite the years building up to her as alpha, Reika's sudden thrust into the role has made her feel unprepared.

Shephard Howell

Basics

Wolf Description:
Shephard is a Lycan Werewolf. When he turns he becomes a long-limbed creature that resembles the old folklore of English tales. Walking on his two hind legs, his Lycan often climbs into trees to gain ground, or run using all four limbs. His fur is dark and often matted given he doesn't let other wolves help care for him during shifts and takes on a lot of responsibility for his role. Considerably more intimidating in his Lycan form, as his personality loses its friendly drive and becomes much more focused and goal-driven.

Biography:
Shephard spent the first few years of his life in another pack. It was a full-lycan colony that after several disagreements disbanded and separated out. Knowing the risks of lone wolves, his parents spent months looking for a new home and eventually found Evercreek. He's lived there now since he was seven and trained casually under one of the elder guardians, becoming a well-respected if not sometimes misunderstood pack guardian when his mentor retired.
Now at 29, Shephard lives a little out of the way but still close enough to run if a commotion breaks out. He likes keeping his pack together as best as it can be. When he isn't patrolling and helping with disputes, Shephard can be found in his treehouse at the edge of the pack grounds with his colony of sugar glider pets. Two of the many often accompany him during his responsibilities in the pack.

Luckily he has his younger sister to keep the place in order when things get hectic in Evercreek.

Personality Details:

Strengths:
Shephard is a strong Lycan that can shift at any time of the month at will. He has a considerable amount of control - as is required of any guardian.
Kind
Loyal
In Lycan form he is also very agile.

Weaknesses:
When solving disputes he struggles to reason with people, despite his caring personality he often resorts to using his physical presence to ease tensions.
Being Lycan and the build that he is he's slower than most other wolves.
Feelings can get in the way of his judgment in his human form, and emotions are sometimes lost on him during his Lycan shifts.
Due to a past injury, his sense of smell is considerably weakened making him a bad tracker.

Surface personality:
Shephard comes across as approachable and dependable, he would put any of the wolves in his pack before his own safety and strives to do better in every interaction. While not the most charismatic, Shephard is a sweetheart at his core and only adopts his no-nonsense persona when he is needed to put someone in check who's acting out of line. A friendly giant.

Wolf Description:
A full wolf, Jean has no control over his shifted form and has no recollection of what he does during those times of his life- when he shifts it's a complete black memory to his human form. Bitten by a werewolf at 18, Jean has been struggling to fit in with his new lifestyle and the fact he can't trust himself to return home. His shifted wolf is luckily usually harmless, notably playful and energetic, with a hazel coat and oversized fangs.

Biography:
Jean was a backpacker before he was bitten. Raised in a broken home he had always wanted to get as far away from the place he grew up as he could - I guess this kind of counts. When he was 20, he made camp in the forests surrounding Evercreek, and after firing a warning shot against what he thought was a bear, suffered a nasty bite on his arm that infected him with the curse.
He still holds resentment towards the wolf that turned him, actively hating the cards he was dealt but having no choice but to accept help from the pack while he tries to make the best of his life and figure out how to get to grips with his transformations.

Personality Details:

Strengths:
He's quick-witted and a smart when he puts his mind to something.
He's good with his hands, making useful tools out of the most unlikely scraps.
Can drive the rough roads with relative ease.

Weaknesses:
He doesn't like the pack hierarchy. Even though he abides by it, he often takes a step back from anything that could put responsibility in his path.
His amnesiac shifts means he actively avoids turning and has a lot of anxiety about full moons.
Annoying, he tends to rub people the wrong way with his cheeky disposition.

Surface personality:
Generally cheerful, Jean hides his opinions in an upbeat tone and sarcastic manner. Cheeky to those who really pay attention to him, Jean backs down from fights as quickly as he starts them. A bad influence, he would rather waste his days by the river than actually aiding in pack chores.

Ophelia is the older wolf that Jean knows he can trust with any scheme he has up his sleeve.
He hasn't realized how much safer his ambitions become when he's with Ophelia or just how much she offers him in comfort - just that he'd be a litlle more lost without her.
Poor Orpheus has to put up with him like an adopted nephew, and Jean loves it.

Julian's wolf takes the form of the Lycan. A rare wolf in

The first child of Julian Vega Sr. Julian Jr. was born and raised in the Pack of Evercreek. Many decades ago the Vega family's original pack(Noche de Luna)integrated into this pack with rise of hunters and limits on land through the signing of the treaty of the rising moons.
Most of their family and other remnants of their first pack still live in Evercreek to this day.

Personality:
Grown out of his rebellious years Julian is often described as an unruffled and laid-back personality. Unlike his brother Andres, Julian doesn't care to be involved with(or cause)the day-to-day dramas of living within the pack. His main priorities are keeping the peace inside his family dynamic/pack, and keeping track of the collateral of having a little brother with an attitude problem. He's taken the torch to be the man of his house now that his father is growing older. His new responsibilities often leave to clean up the messes Andres makes. Raised the golden child of his family Julian hopes keep their family name tidy by being the new representative of their name despite his brother's antics. It is one of the main reasons he carries such a calm, pacifistic, and collected demeanor. He is hoping Andres' new responsibilities help him become structured and make him realize that- at some point- he needs to grow up and ease down. Julian learned many years ago that living life on the highroad is less likely to produce desired results. Julian continues to do his best to be a good influence while guiding him in the right direction. Granting Andres the patience that their father granted him through his years.
Allowing him to discover himself and grow into the person he knows he is capable of being.

Instead he attributes it to the pressure she has had since she was young.
It is only an assumption though. Letha has neither confirmed or denied.
He doesn't pressed her too hard on discussing these things with him,
and instead prefers to be a person who lets her be herself and relax.

Reika is his Alpha by birth-right. It is as his previous Alpha wished her to be.

Wolf Description:
Unlike his brother Julian, Andres wolf-form is that of a quadrupedal wolf. One similar to those you would find on the discovery channel. Despite how self-possessed his older brother is Andres himself does not yet possess his tact. It's likely the cause of his age young age, but Andres has patterns of shifting in moments of anger or when experiencing pain. Nowadays it (mostly) only happens when he close to a full moon.

Biography:
Born the second child of Julian Vega Sr. Andres was born and raised in the Pack of Evercreek. Personality:
While his brother is often described as laid-back and unruffled, a pacifist even at times, Andres would be described as the complete opposite of this.
Not only is his wolf quick to anger but he has a tendency to put himself in situations that might cause discourse within groups. Often making an active choice to move against the grain, a rebel without a cause would be the most gentle way to describe him. The saving grace is that Julian is usually able to put him back in line when he steps out of it. His new pack position- that Julian and their father had to practically beg Reika to grant him- does help by giving him structure and responsibility...it also keeps him away from everyone for extended periods of time. Not only is Andres occupied for much of the day but he's usually exhausted by the time he gets home.

Wolf Description: A medium-sized wolf, Erek is still lithe and long within his shifted form. He is not a particularly powerful wolf in brute strength, however, he is known to be fast and agile. He has a thick off-white coat that adorns a gray sheen due to a dark undercoat. His ears are triangles with soft rounded tops and he has a black nose. Upon shift, his pale gaze takes on an amber color which remains for several days even after the full moon is gone.

Biography:
Not born within the pack, Erek instead was merged into the new pack as a young pup alongside his father, Renold. They had been exiled from their previous clan due to growing tensions and the loss of the older man's mate. As a single father, the only thing that Erek's father cared about was securing a safe place to raise the boy - and that place would become Evercreek. The first few years were calm and relatively pleasant as the pair learned to become a part of their new community and bond with their packmates.

When Erek's father decided to challenge the previous Alpha in the following years, it would come as a shock. Erek was not sure what motivated the man to do so but in the end, he would pay the ultimate price. Renold would die of his wounds and Erek would be labeled the son of a traitor. After all, Renold had broken the bonds after being accepted into the pack despite not belonging.

Due to Erek's age, he was granted a small mercy. He would be allowed to stay within the pack if he became the previous medic's apprentice, who's health was failing, and take his place upon his passing. It was by a stroke of luck that the young man was revealed to be talented in the craft and took to it with ease.

Personality Details

Strengths:
Erek is well-educated in medical care for his own kin, including an infinity toward certain magical practices.
Erek does not bow down to his own fear and will resort to whatever means he must for his pack.
Shifting between forms is generally easy and a smooth process for Erek. He suffers few repercussions.
Erek does not half-ass his work; he is always meticulous.

Weaknesses:
Erek is not in the best bodily health; he is generally pale and weak.
Plagued by the death of his father, Erek is pessimistic and conflicted.
Erek is awful at large groups all at once - any parties or events are a nightmare for him. He'll hide.


Surface personality:
An enigma. Erek presents himself as a calm and collected individual, prone to keeping to himself and coming off as cold and detached. It is not hard to tell that there is more just beneath the surface, however - simmering anger and resentment toward the life that he maintains. There are certain topics that he has no patience for and will readily snap over - such as his deceased father. He is not particularly friendly to most and manages to keep a mask of necessary politeness with his pack. Those who manage to earn his good graces can note that he is prone to sarcasm and fretting over any injuries similar to a mother hen. Despite his own reservations and dubious loyalty to his mates, he will not hesitate to do whatever he can to save a life - whether it be through his extensive skills in healing or through brute force when he must.

Wolf Description:
Upon shifting, Letha takes the form of a large wolf with golden blond fur. She has soft triangle ears, a black nose, and a set of dull amber eyes. Shifting is second nature to Letha and she displays no trouble in changing forms at all times of the month - although there is a certain change within her mood when it is forced onto her by the full moon. Her breeding and experience as a guardian have helped her harness her talents efficiently.

Biography:
Similarly to others within the pack, Letha was born for the role that she would eventually accept. The only child of a long line of previous guardians, she had always known where she would eventually find herself.

From an early age, Letha had begun training to be the best that she could be under her father's guidance. It was through his teachings that the woman blossomed into who she was; through him, she learned to not only tame her shifting nature but to accept it entirely and enjoy it. Not only did he help her to become one with her inner wolf, but he also taught her the principles of being a part of a pack.

These lessons stuck to Letha like glue and formed her personality. There have been soft whispers who wonder why Letha has not attempted to become alpha before. Many consider her to have an old-world view of how a pack should be run but in the end, she believes in whatever is good for the pack. As long as Reika remains to be that - she will not fight it.

A soft face hiding the storm underneath. Letha is fiercely loyal to her pack and her duties to keep it functioning and thriving - no matter how cutthroat she feels she needs to be. The only thing that Letha seems concerned about is maintaining the harmony of the pack, shaping her entire life and choices based on what is most beneficial. There are very few who have seen the softer side that is hidden deep under the mask of irritability and sarcasm.

Wolf Description:
Similarly to his human form, Vi's fur is a dark black and fluffy. The only second color in his wolf shift is a pair of soft yellow eyes that peer out with curiosity and life, along with a single white patch on his chest. He has a long animated tail and large paws. While not the largest in the pack, he is heavy with unseen muscle and dexterity.

Biography:
Vi's family originated from a small pack within the northern mountains, though at some point merged with the wolves of Evercreek. This was several generations ago - leaving Vi as apart of what is considered an original family. Despite this, he does not have any special titles or expectations placed on him - his family and himself all content to live their lives as peacefully as they can.

Personality Details

Strengths:
Vi is very friendly and easily approachable. He does not judge anyone.
No matter the situation, Vi does his best to maintain a positive outlook and gives people the benefit of the doubt.
Vi is deceptively strong behind his silly smile.
Even in human form, Vi's senses are stronger than others - particularly his sense of smell. No one's dinner is safe.

Weaknesses:
Vi is considered to be a little dense.
With his trust in others, it leaves him naive.

Is not trained in fighting - relies on his brute strength and talent alone.


Surface personality:
Always smiling and happy, there seems to be nothing that can really bring Vi down. He is an optimist and enjoys life with his pack in the woods. He has a casual attitude about most things and people, accepting whatever comes at him with open arms and rolling with the punches. There doesn't seem to be much room in his brain for too complex of thoughts though - as he becomes easily confused. Some might consider Vi dumb.. and maybe he is.. but you know what? He's kind, generous and a good puppy to have around. And he'll pick you up like a princess and twirl you around.

Shifted-Form:
When they shifts Scarlet is a small black wolf with a long fluffy tail and bright white eyes that people have said remind them of stars. They are fast and agile and can burrow into places nobody else can. It doesn't hurt for them to shift and they actually prefers to turn into their wolf form during the day to scavange and practice hunting. They hopes to one day be a Scout.

Biography:
Scarlet is the youngest of the Howler family. The apple of her parents eye until the day they came out as non-binary and tried to explain that they were also on the ace spectrum. Something so simple to them - the best labels to truly describe who they were that made Scarlet feel comfortable in their own skin was too modern. They argued about it constantly and spent years correcting each other and finding new ways to assert the way they saw "her" until at 18 and on Scarlet's first full moon as a true werewolf they had enough and packed their bags. Now they live with the older sibling and his .... slight obsession with sugar gliders. Scarlet doesn't complain much. In exchange for taking care of his pets while he patrols they get a free room to sleep in and a good cook. Truth be told? Shephard was always like a dad to them anyway.

Looking to find people who will accept her the way that they are, Scarlet has asked to apprentice under the pack scouts in hopes of finding her thing.

Saffron turns fully into a large wolf with mixed brown and black fur when shifted. Coat is thick and eyes are bright gold. She can shift at will at any point, but it is always easier and faster when its near the full moon. During the full moon she is stronger and has heightened senses, but she shifts against her will and remains in her wolf form until the next day. During the new moon, she is weaker and her senses are dulled, and she is unable to shift until the next day.

Biography:
Saffron was born and raised in Evercreek, and is the third born child of the Glade family. Despite being the middle child, she is easily the most ambitious and hard working. She acts as the representative of her family.

Personality:
Saffron is extremely ambitious, and hopes to someday become a guardian for the pack. She is fiercely protective of the pack, and especially those she considers family. However she is also loud and boisterous, and seemingly cocky to those who don't know her well. These aspects have dissuaded Reika from allowing Saffron to become a guardian- at least until she shows a little more maturity. Saffron doesn't let this get her down, as she's never been one to back down from a challenge.

Eli turns into a average sized brown wolf when shifted. He shifts whenever he is particularly anxious or spooked. During the full moon, his shift tends to be slow and painful since he doesn't know what he is doing, and he often has to be guided or encouraged through the process. In his wolf form, he acts on instinct rather than logic, and often needs to be corralled back.

Biography:
Elijah used to be a human living a relatively normal life with his family. However, things changed when he fell ill. His parents didn't have the money to pay for proper treatments, and so when a strange man claiming to be a doctor came to their house, they immediately agreed to have him "treat" their son without question. Eli was admittedly cured of his condition, but at a steep cost. After escaping his new "pack", he traveled the woods as a lone wolf for months before stumbling upon Evercreek. He begged the alpha for protection and a place to stay, and in return he would help serve the community however he could. Currently he is studying medicine.

Personality:
After everything he's been through, Eli is extremely nervous to trust people again. As it stands, the only person he actually fully trusts right now is Reika. He is slowly learning to open up again. If you get to know him well enough, Eli is a very sweet person who gets excited about art and history and hyperfixates on mythology. If it were under better circumstances, he would've been stoked to get a chance to live in a nice quiet community like this. When he is not treating people or studying, he spends his time painting, as it's something that connects him to his old life.

Eden was ready to run away from it all when her mother fell ill. Before she died, she begged Eden to stay and continue the family legacy. Despite her resentment of her ties to the pack as Guardian, Eden is very good at her role.
Personality: Always down for an adventure, the first to volunteer for just about any task requiring action. Very reliable, sticks to her word. A bit feisty and impatient, something that often gets her in trouble. Very protective of those she cares for.

Because of this, she isn't entirely in control in her shifted state, memories of what she's done hazy, but she isn't completely feral. It's just harder to motivate her to do anything outside of her base instincts in wolf form.

Ophelia and her twin brother Orpheus have grown up in Evercreek, perfectly content and happy with their small family. Trouble makers in their youth, the twins have settled remarkably well as they've gotten older, a fact their aging parents are grateful for. That being said, Ophelia still has a bit of mischief in her, and ropes her twin into it whenever she can.

She's learned with age that the best trouble is one everyone can laugh at later, and still proves that to this day with creative pranks and jokes that don't just annoy or cause trouble. While she loves the whole pack dearly, the troublemakers have a special place in her heart, she sees herself and Orpheus in them and knows a gentle hand will do more good than punishments and anger. That said, she's more likely to give a sharp reprimand than he is, if being gentle doesn't work. To the older pack members, she's grown into a respectable woman, and made amends for the errors of her youth. Strengths:
Even-tempered, having a sibling as wild as Ophelia means it takes a lot for someone to get under his skin, and knowing his own temperamental teenage days, he's much more likely to cut the trouble makers slack. Gentle guidance is more his style than domination and punishment.
Observant, Orpheus takes notice of the little things most people don't, subtle habits and mood shifts, as well as his surroundings. It makes him an excellent scout, and good at reading people.
Kind and loyal, he'll do anything for those in the pack, from helping with whatever tasks he can to simply being a good shoulder to cry on and a wonderful secret keeper.

Sometimes, Orpheus is too patient and understanding, giving people far more chances than they truthfully deserve because he believes so entirely that people can change with enough time and help.

Out of the twins, Orpheus is easily the one to have matured the most. While he wasn't as much of a troublemaker as his sister, he was still in on all of her schemes, and the one to fight when she ran her mouth too much. His protectiveness of his twin hasn't faded with age, but thankfully, her habit of picking fights she couldn't hope to win without his help has faded. Once he began to mellow out, he made amends to his packmates for everything he had done, and now most can see he's truly reformed. Having gotten out all of the zealous energy of youth, he's turned into a picture of calm, even-tempered at things that would have most people pulling out their hair. His patience is practically boundless, knowing what he needed in his youth was a guiding hand, not a reprimand, and striving to provide that for the younger pack members. He never pushes for more than what he's given, taking in what he can from what people say and how they act, but waiting until they're ready to talk about it. He may provide gentle nudges for someone to bring something up, but he's quick to back off if he strikes a nerve. Ophelia tells him that he's too soft, sometimes more than a gentle push is needed, but he's content with how he is. He'd rather let someone come to him for help than force it on them, no matter how much he can tell they need it.

Technically a hybrid, a coywolf to be exact, Juniper is downright tiny in her shifted form, less than half the size of the average wolf. She has the appearance of a large coyote, but it's the fluffier tail that truly gives away her hybrid status. Capable of shifting whenever she wants, though it is easier near the full moon, she's spent much of her life in this form, giving her excellent control and retention of her mind and memories. The flip side of this, however, is that she shifts when uncomfortable or frightened, and once back in human form, retains a few quirks, usually vocalizations, for a few days.​

Biography
Juniper's mother, Elowen, was one of the elusive were-coyotes still around. Unlike wolves who have maintained their strong pack bonds into the modern age, coyotes have adapted to be more lonesome, and the same rings true for their shifters as well. As a young adult, Elowen wandered near Evercreek, and had a fling with a young man in the pack for the time she was here. Once she decided it was time to keep moving, she continued on with her journey, only realizing she was pregnant after a couple months of travel. Too far from Evercreek to easily get back and unsure of how the pack would handle a hybrid child, Elowen made the decision to raise Juniper on her own, settling down for a few years in a nameless town in the middle of nowhere. Once Juni was old enough, the pair resumed Elowen's previously nomadic lifestyle, but it never sat right with Juniper. She knew she was different from the other weres they met, both coyote and wolf, and wondered about her true heritage. For the longest time though, she never brought it up, instead traveling faithfully with her mother and spending days at a time in her shifted form as it was the easiest way to travel and hunt. Once she turned 18, however, Elowen finally sat her down and told her about her father. Juniper thought about going to find her father then, but decided against it. It wasn't until she turned 19, after her mother passed from a run in with a hunter that she decided to find Evercreek based on the vague description Elowen gave of the area. It took a year to find the pack, and now that she's here, Juniper isn't so sure about things. Her father passed in the storms that gave Reika her position, which should have been enough for her to wander off, alone in the world again, but curiosity about werewolves and her half sibling, as well as her own desire for a pack, has kept her around.

Strengths:
Determined, she's willing to do whatever she needs to get what she wants, even if she's absolutely terrified.
Kind and curious, Juni wants to know everything she can about the people who would have been her family if her mother had decided to stay with the pack, and while she isn't so sure about everyone all the time, the feeling of pack was something she didn't entirely know she was missing until she came here.
Weaknesses:
Nervous, having not been around many people her entire life and suddenly in a whole pack, she's very out of her element. She's not entirely sure how to deal with other people.
Frail, while certainly not the weakest person, compared to a bunch of werewolves, she's downright fragile. She's built for speed and stealth, not brute force, and a life of wandering, with many nights of going hungry, has only added to the fragility of her build,

Having been around only her mother for most of her life, Juniper is socially awkward, both childish and entirely too mature depending on the moment. She wants to be closer to people, to learn all she can about everything, but her upbringing has left her unsure of how to do so. She knows how to react with were-coyotes, straight to the point and playful since interactions won't last long. It's best to get important information out of the way as quickly as possible to squeeze in a bit of socialization before they go their separate ways. Goodbyes aren't a thing, one day she and her mother would have a companion, and the next they would be gone, off on their own again. Being around wolves now, she's still sorting out that walking away isn't a proper way to end a conversation, and having an alpha to answer to. It's all very new to her, but she's trying her best to follow all the rules while figuring out how she should act. In her excitement to be here, she can be a bit much, hyper and talkative with an undercurrent of nervousness. Quick to submit when she realizes she's done something wrong, or touched a nerve by asking about a sensitive topic, but she won't take bullying. She knows she's not nearly as strong as the other pack members, but she's faster than most, her small size making it easier to hide, so her main defense is a hit and run.
Having grown up staying in her shifted form more often than not, she's especially unsure of how to interact with others in her human form, without the body language cues she's learned to rely on to tell her how her companion is feeling about the situation. It makes her fidgety, constantly moving even when she does her best to hold still. It doesn't help either that after spending time in her shifted form, she can't always shake the vocalizations right away, especially if she's shifted from being nervous or frightened. Around the pack, she's trying to get better about her yips especially, and learning to howl like a full wolf would, but it's slow going, just another thing to mark her as other. She wants so desperately to be accepted, to be seen as just another packmate, but it's incredibly difficult trying to unlearn all of her coyote habits and replace them with purely wolf ones, since she is a hybrid. She'll never be a 'true' wolf, never entirely comfortable with full pack gatherings and always having habits and behaviors she'll never shake, ingrained in half her DNA.

Raine is a curious guy who tends to toy with others in innocent ways, his playfulness is his own way of getting to know someone, because of his curiosity about others he can read people rather quickly and sometimes catch onto their ulterior motives. He's very discreet when getting information about someone and rarely does he forget.

Despite the fact that he's born with a thirst for violence, death, and chaos he's rarely angry, it takes a lot to upset him and he shakes things off pretty easily. Either he hides the impact it has on him or he simply doesn't care.

He is easily bored and tends to sneak off to do his own thing to fill that emptiness of boredom. If he can't find an activity to do on his own the easiest way to ease his boredom is to playfully banter with others and loves it when they react, sometimes he even goes as far as to drop flirtatious comments. When they don't give him the reaction he was hoping for he gets discouraged. Sometimes when someone doesn't seem fazed by his comments and actions he tends to target them more to see if he can get a rise out of them but he usually knows when to stop. He doesn't like to be told he's not allowed to do something and he definitely doesn't like being told 'no' but he doesn't get hellbent over it. Raine loves attention, and although he won't go to extreme lengths to get it he thrives when he's in the spotlight. He loves drama, but only to watch it, it sparks his curiosity and gives him entertainment. However, he avoids conflict whenever he can. When he finds himself in conflict for the safety of the other he does his best to walk away, the longer he continues the harsher and more twisted his commentary becomes.

Bloodlust
His thoughts tend to be warped and although he can be having a pleasant simple conversation he could be imagining and thinking of doing heinous things to his chatting partner. He can easily ignore these thought patterns but if it gets too much for him he might have to leave abruptly.


History:
Originally from France, he and his father had to run from their home country.
His history in France is a rather dark one. He was born and raised in a werewolf pack with his mother and father. The pack was well hidden in a low valley and the closest things to them were only farmland. The secludedness made it easy to build a large community, the biggest pack in France. In the valley, he had free roam and only knew the members of the pack.
His mother lived a secret life, the life of a killer. She didn't just break the rule "no harming humans" she took it as far as to viciously murder the lives she came across, completely on impulse. She hid it very well. Her secret got out but it was too late for the pack to do something about her actions. Hunters followed her track and sought out the valley with the goal of killing the monster who committed these murders. Many lives of the pack were lost, innocent lives. All because of her, his mother.

The tragic event resulted in the splitting of the group. His father and a few others set up in farmland, keeping to themselves. As he grew older he began to share the same hunger his mother had. At first, it was hunting wild animals around the area. He'd go indulge himself every day to feel the adrenaline his body craved. Though this was normal for his kind, the acts of mutilation he did to the animals were far from wolf-like nature. His father took notice of the abnormal instincts Raine displayed and he sat his son down to confess the secret of Raines's cursed bloodline, the curse he feared would affect his son too. His mother and those related to her were descendants of Frances's original man-eating beast "La Bete du Gevaudan." His ancestor ravaged France and claimed about 100 men, women, and children.

He refused to believe it but only then questioned himself as he grew out of his unorthodox hunting and revealed his true self. He craved lives, the lives of humans. He fought this side and continues to fight it.

To feed the stronger urges he now targeted nearby farms with large herds of livestock. Between killing live humans or terrorizing farmers he picked what he felt was the lesser evil. There have been enough unfortunate farmers affected by his actions that he's become quite famous and the farmers even have a name for him; "La Bête Saboteuse" which translates to The Sabotaging Beast.

With more news about France's werewolf population decreasing heavily, his father felt it was best they'd leave the country. Which lands him where he is today.
Though the urges are still scarily strong within, him being in a new pack and the trauma he faced with his old one, he's more cautious than he was backing home. Not wanting the lives of his new brothers and sisters to be taken because of his actions. He doesn't want to be like his mother. He's not going to be another "La Bete du Gevaudan."

Biography:
Jack Cannamore is a werewolf of high class. While there isn't an upper ring of wolves, Jack has come from an incredibly wealthy family that bought him some luxuries you wouldn't otherwise see in Evercreek. His parents had once even tried to bribe the alpha of the pack into allowing them liberties with the laws they held, but were quickly put back in their places. Biography:
Young and naive Liliana once fell in love with a human. She always had a curiosity about them ever since she was little. In her teen years, she began to sneak off to the city for days despite her parent's warnings. She never understood the danger that came with the humans and didn't think that werewolves and humans were much different. She learned a lot about them through her trips to the city and found herself spending most of her time in public libraries. She even went as far as to bring the books home.


On her 19th birthday, she decided she'd rather celebrate it alone at the library and read one of her favorite books. A charismatic confident Woman sat beside her and introduced herself as Delilah. Delilah was five years older than Liliana however the two of them instantly connected.


Delilah seemed to share almost all of the interests and hobbies that Liliana had and everything Delilah did soon made Liliana swoon over her. The two of them formed a relationship rather quickly and Liliana felt that someone like Delilah was too good to be true. On their first anniversary, Liliana felt she could trust her girlfriend with the biggest secret she kept. She changed into her wolf form in front of Delilah in hopes she would be accepted and not feared. Delilah was thrilled to learn her secret and they remained together for a few more months until Delilah shared a secret of her own. The woman was a werewolf hunter and ever since Liliana wandered into the city for the first time she was marked by the hunters. Thankfully during their relationship, Lilian had left the pack and remained in the city, she never even mentioned them. Lilian fought for her life that night and ended up injuring the love of her life in self-defense. Liliana had been the one who called for the ambulance which rushed Delilah to the hospital where they immediately put her on life support. Liliana never knew next what happened to her love but she'd never gone back to find out. She did her best to forget the memories of Delilah, after all, were they even real?


Liliana retreated to the pack once again keeping what happened a secret. With rage she set fire to all of the books she collected for many years, her strong hatred for humans to this day remained. However, she could never bring herself to hate Delilah.

Lark is a full wolf when shifted. He appears larger than the average wolf, but this is only due to an extremely dense coat, unkept and shaggy, he is mostly fur. An ashen brown undercoat is streaked with grooves of ash and patches of white adorning his muzzle, underbelly and the innermost tufts of rounded ears. His snout seems to droop as do murky dull eyes. Shifting for Larken has always been a slow agonizing process that he prefers to do in private. While there is always a difficulty shifting on any day, closer to the full moon a certain moodiness always seems to set into the older man. As more of a pacifist his strength is unreliable, but his defense tactics and quick wit get him free from danger without the use of fangs.

Biography:


Not too much of Larken's private life is shared with the pack. What is known is that he came to the pack originally as a lone wolf and after many offers and a display of overly submissive nature, he was let in begrudgingly. He has spoken of a prior life, one of mostly docile human origin, saying that he did not find his wild form later on in life and an inability to control it pushed him away from home and to Evercreek. Occasionally the mention of a wife and children is brought up but just as quickly dismissed, something of a bitter divorce and things being better this way. Originally, Larken was a scout for the pack but found that he preferred to keep a close eye on the youngest of the pack, whether that be training fresh hunters or just entertaining the smallest. Eventually, fulfilling the role of a guardian would be his end game, but as he has only been with the pack a few years, not all treat him with the same trust the children do and earning this role would be a difficult feat. Acting as a makeshift nanny is good enough for him.

Wolf Description:
Juno transforms into a lycan with pitch black fur and piercing golden eyes. When standing on its hind legs, it reaches a height of 6'10- though it is more commonly seen on all fours. Despite its impressive stature, it becomes immediately obvious that its lycan form is well meaning and relatively harmless, even playful at times. It won't approach humans, but it is very friendly towards fellow packmates and will even become possessive over those its closer too. Of course if the time comes, it will become aggressive towards potential threats to the pack. Juno has fuzzy recollections of their shifts, often perceiving them as if they have been drunk the whole night.

Biography:
Juno is the only member of their family to have a lycan shift as opposed to a wolf form. Originally their parents expected them to become a Guardian, but it became very obvious at a young age that not only did Juno have no interest in the role, but they also simply didn't display the mental fortitude or leadership skills needed. Despite this, their parents remained supportive of their child. Juno later discovered a love for art and learned how to design and apply tattoos. They only got two tattoos themselves, as they aren't exactly a fan of needles, but they are more than happy to give free designs to other packmates. Having a "purpose" that aligns with their passions makes them incredibly happy- though it doesn't really show on their stoic face.

Personality:
Juno appears standoffish and severe to those who don't know them well. However, beneath the surface is a big heart. They struggle to show others that they care, and will often show affection in the form of acts of service. They are a person of few words and tends to sound monotonous, but those who look more carefully can learn to read their body language. They're secretly a bit of a crybaby but will vehemently deny this fact if brought up... just don't pay attention to their whimpers whenever they need to visit the medical tent.

Rita's height translates into that of her wolf form, not being necessarily the biggest wolf, but her legs almost seem longer than most. Her pelt is a muted ivory with a cream under pelt showing through. Her fur is dense but sleek. Colbalt eyes shift to a golden hue, her nose a fleshy pink. Some say her nose is pink due to it being rubbed raw, her hearing very poor in her wolven form, so she often has her nose to the dirt. A very stocky, tempormental wolf who'd nip haunches and bite tails. She shifts with fluid ease, likes to hunt towards the back of the pack.

Biography:
Rita was born into the pack with a few siblings she was never all that close to. Her parents are some of the main providers of food for the pack, her mother a successful gardener and her father serving as the delivery boy between the neighboring town and the pack, stocking their food storage full. They were well liked and respected in the pack, but after drought after drought they began to face scrutiny, her mother falling into a depression and her father working himself to the bone to provide more food for the pack. When the flash floods came, the last of their crops were washed away. Out of frustration and not wanting to face anymore scrutiny, her parents left the pack. Rita however chose to stay, taking over her father's responsibility and proving herself as a useful scout despite the fact that her hearing is begining to go entirely due to her parents neglecting an ear infection when she was young.




Strengths:


An excellent sense of smell, few critters get past her nose.


Calm under pressure, Rita is used to being thrown into difficult situations and persevering with them.


As she brings food to and from the town, she has several connections to the people there that might aid the pack in time of need. Food, medical supplies, anything the pack might need.


Weaknesses:


Rita never learned kill them with kindness, just kill them. She will snap someone's head off over the smallest thing and many call her the 'Birch Bitch'. Her demeanour and height can also intimidate some, making friends harder to come by.


Rita is completely deaf in her right ear, and mostly in her left. Never having learnt sign language, Rita relies on what hearing she has left and her eyes to make out what people are saying. With french decent, most think her slight lisp is an accent.

With the worst resting bitch face known the man and the flattest, dead pan voice you've ever heard-- Rita isn't very welcoming. Stiff and stoic, she doesn't crack many jokes outside of insults, and smiles rarely outside of seeing another pack member eat shit. She's to the point and craste, short with her words and a bit barky in her orders. There seems little care in most of what she does, and how she regards people, effortlessly sassy and rude. At times, she seems unware of her offensive nature, looking confused when people tear up or snap at her. A bit socially inept, Rita isn't completely aware she's a raging cunt. She just doesn't see why people bother with small talk or faking expressions to be better liked. People should focus more on bettering themselves.
